What happened to the PD?

I've noticed a wierd trend with PD. As time goes on, less and less people are on PD. Once the most played branch has one or two people one at any given time... What happened?

Honestly i dont really think theres a problem 

It just fluctuates however u spell that. 

Depends on time of day 

And ya maybe command on

People want to play the side that has the advantage. When PD are getting killed and don’t have the advantage in RP they don’t think it is as fun. So what do they do? They switch to criminal, make a family and bring more people over to play criminal. That happens and it fluctuates the players and what they want to play.

it is bc most players don't know how to RP most PD get on and RP but most Civs can or wont RP with the cops.

well maybe swat command

That and with all the other branches to be played in most players who used to play pd are actually getting in the branches so they are leaving PD so that leaves a handful of low ranked pd with nothing to do.
