Name: Brotimes Rank: Associate Researcher Clearance Level: 3 Date of Incident: 12/24/2021 Describe the incident: Following attempts by MP Tazza to fish in SCP-354 a large serpentine entity, hereafter referred to as SCP-354-19, was "caught" and appeared in SCP-354's containment chamber. MTF units were immediately called to the scene, securing the object and running rudimentary tests by feeding SCP-354-19 rats before calling for a researcher to ascertain the nature of the anomaly. By the time research personnel had arrived the entity had grown to an immense size after consuming the previously mentioned rats (likely via anomalous means due to the rate of growth and scale when compared to the relatively low food intake). SCP-354-19 was quickly determined to be too dangerous to study directly and so efforts turned toward the entity's termination. Several means of termination were devised, first of which was the simple use of explosives, however, the entity was able to dodge and grenades or improvised explosive devices used against it. The second means of possible termination was the deliberate feeding of two D-Class personnel to SCP-354-19 in order to make the anomaly so large as to not be able to operate, become crushed in the chamber, or run out of oxygen (based on the belief that the entity required oxygen and its need grew with its body's mass) and suffocate. This attempt at termination also failed as SCP-354-19, instead of consuming the D-Class personnel, bit them, turning them into instances of what will hereafter SCP-354-19A, having D-Class's skin and clothing turn red while their eyes became yellow. The SCP-354-19A instances proved to be intelligent, using a keycard (likely stolen by one of the D-Class prior to the incident) to set SCP-354-19 free, all entities attacking and overcoming MTF operatives. It is at this point that SCP-173 was set free, being in HCZ for use as a final method of termination should the others fail. SCP-173, however, returned to light containment along with SCP-354-19 and the two SCP-354-19A instances. This mass breach coincided with a raid by a local Sarkic Cult (it is unknown whether or not the breach and raid were coincidental or not). In the chaos there was a mass riot by D-Class personnel, many being turned into instances of SCP-354-19A. List classes of SCP(s) involved: Keter and Euclid. Immediate complications due to the incident: Several foundation personnel including members of Security, MTF operatives, and members of the Research division were killed by SCP-354-19, instances of SCP-354-19A, D-Class personnel, and Sarkic Cultists. Many D-Class subjects were lost. Long-term complications due to the incident (if applicable): The implications of instances of SCP-354-19A, being intelligent and possibly having (though possibly without the ability to use) knowledge of the Foundation being within SCP-354 are troubling, posing, if nothing else, the risk of easier breaches for any entities SCP-354 produces. Type of response towards incident (MTF/NTF/Security/ETC): Both MTF and Security responded to human and anomalous threats throughout the facility. Resolution towards incident: For unknown reasons, SCP-354-19 returned to SCP-354 along with many instances of SCP-354-19A. Instances of SCP-354-19A remaining in the facility being terminated by MTF operatives. Members of the Sarkic Cult left the facility on their own accord. D-Class riots were put down by Security. SCP-173 was recontained by a joint team of MTF operatives and Security personnel. How dangerous was the entirety of the situation?: Extremely dangerous. LORE NAME:kris RANK:researcher REASON/idea: to see what it would be like if they interacted with eachother. SCP: scp 173 and scp 1048. ENTRY LOG: Dr.kris: don't cuff scp 1048 he will go in himself. Other researcher: ok he's in Dr.kris: ok, close the doors. SCP LOG: As the doors close while i look at the both of the scps scp 1048 kept his distance the most right when scp 1048 went in he was already at the corner of scp 173s containment chamber and as the door were open before closed right when scp 1048 made his dash to the corner of scps 173s containment scp 173 also made a dash for the door and thats when the door closed. Guard: i don't think the scp has ears. SCP 173 begins to take a look at 1048. Scp 173 is confused because he has never seen scp 1048 before but he has also never attempted to snap scp 1048s neck yet either it is because scp 1048 is to short or scp 173 doesn't want to. Scp 173 makes a dash back from the door and looks at 1048 from the corner of the wall. Dr.kris: Scp 173 seems like he's struggling. SCP 173 tries to break the upper window but failed as he tried to make another dash accept he's focus on the two men who are watching him that is dr.kris and the guard this time. Dr.kris he's focus on us. Scp 1048 just sits down and watch on the floor as he sees scp 173 dash at dr.kris and the guard Dr.kris close the window doors for 2 minutes. the guard closes the window doors. and all the two men can hear is sounds from the containment chamber. SOUND LOG: There is drilling sounds inside of the containment chamber after the guard closed the windows. Dr.kris: do NOT open the door I don't want a breach to happen Everyone in the room can hear it now, it sounds like they're were punching sounds inside of the containment chamber and it was really loud it sounds if like scp 173 was trying to break out again to escape from 1048. Dr.kris: alright have a timer setup for putting it for 2 minutes then re-opening the glass windows again to see how they're doing. A knife as if it was just scrapping on the wall was the sound that was also heard as if scp 173 moved again. Then dirt sounds were also heard inside of the containment chamber. Dr.kris: ok we have 8 seconds left then 1 minute then after that open it back up and we will see how the two scps are doing. SCP LOG: Dr.kris: the timer is up please open the door back up. Both of the doors seem to be open up on the window but the 2 of the scps that were in there looks like it wasn't none of the scps were seen after the doors on the windows were open. Dr.kris: looks around from the uptop to see if he can see any of them. Dr.kris where are they? Dr.kris sees scp 173 and right when dr.kris sees him scp 173 dashes at the window again like he did before. Dr.kris: okay so scp 173 is in there but where is scp 1048? Scp 173 is in the corner of the containment chamber righter after he dashed at the upper window. Dr.kris and the guard sees scp 1048 crawling towards scp 173. SCP 173 makes another dash at the upper window. After scp 173 did that scp 1048 sits down again. Scp 1048 while sitting down is looking at scp 173. And scp 1048 always seeming to go near scp 173 scp 173 runs away as if scp 173 was scared of scp 1048 Scp 1048 is crawling to his corner again like he did before and scp 173 and scp 1048 are next to eachother. Scp 1048 is in his corner now and scp 173 is on the wall right next to his corner. And neither of them are attacking eachother. Dr.kris:scp 173 seems to be focused on on us. dr.kris:okay test over. Lore Name: SCP-096 & SCP-939 crosstest Rank: Lead Researcher SCP: SCP-096 & SCP-939 Question / Idea: Will we be able to terminate SCP-096 using SCP-939 since the 939's are technically blind. Background Research: SCP-096 has shown to be "indestructable" while in a rage state and since we cant approach the SCP without it getting "triggered", i thought what would happen when we introduce a "blind" SCP into the same CC as SCP-096. Hypothesis: I think the 939's will start attacking SCP-096 because 096 is constantly "crying" so therefore making sound and triggering the SCP-939's. Observations (What Happened During Test): SCP-096 was lowered into the 939 CC in a 3x3 metal box with a mechanism attached to open up the side. Once SCP-096 left the box and all personell left the CC we heard the SCP-939's making a "crying" sound, after approximatly 35minutes personell eneterd the CC again while being very causious of SCP-096 and not to look at it's face. When a researcher observed the CC the SCP-939's were nowhere to be seen, It's as if .... SCP-096 silentely killed them? No one heard the agonizing screams SCP-096 has been making reported in the past so it didn't make any sense as to why the SCP-939's were gone. After we saw that 2 MTF Units were send in the CC to retrieve SCP-096 and bag him. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): The possible termination attempt failed and we need to retrieve new SCP-939's for further testing, We have sent out MTF Unit-[REDACTED] to retrieve them. But we found out a new scary fact that SCP-096 can kill without letting out the agonizing screams it has done before.. SCP-049 appears to wear thick robe and has a ceramic mask indicating that he is of his profession. However, x-ray shown that the clothing of SCP-049 has outgrown of SCP-049, thus it became indistinguishable with SCP-049 inner body. SCP-049 touch is severely lethal to humans, but SCP-049 is generally cooperative with foundation's members. However, when SCP-049 encounters a human with such "pestilence" that he is talking about. SCP-049 will suddenly become aggitated and will approach to kill the subject. SCP-049 can cease all living organs in a subject through direct skin contact. SCP-096 is a humanoid creature that is shown very little body mass, x-ray shows that is mildly malnourish. SCP-096's arms are grossly out of proportions with the rest of his body. Skin is mostly devoid of pigmentation with no sign of hair. SCP-096 is normally very docile, in containment, he spend most of his time in the eastern wall of his chamber. However, when someone view the face of SCP-096, either by video surveillence, photograph or directly. SCP-096 will charged at the subject, killing them by causing massive lacerations in the suject. Hypothesis: If what SCP-049 says is true, then SCP-049 has no problem of revoking SCP-096's abilities or better yet, terminate SCP-096. With the results shown from SCP-049-1, SCP-049 is capable of lowering the brain functions of a human, making them more docile as usual. Observations (What Happened During Test): SCP-049 was introduced into the containment chamber of SCP-096 with the directions of Research Command, Supervisor Cancer, SCP-096 was bagged before hand by MTF units. Associate Researcher hope instructed the MTF and General Security Coporal to leave SCP-096 chamber. Then, the test began. AR hope instructed SCP-049 to approach SCP-096 and try to touch him directly. After 10 minute of testing, SCP-049 was removed from SCP-096 containment chamber. The termination attempt was deemed unsuccessful by AR hope as SCP-096 remained docile at the eastern wall. SCP-049 was brought back to his containment chamber Associate Researcher hope noted that: SCP-049 is not capable of harming other SCPs subjects as shown in this termination attempt. Hence, any terminations involving SCP-049 and another SCPs would be unsuccessful. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): SCP-049 is just not capable of harming any other SCPs. Sure, SCP-049 can kill any humans that came into direct skin contact with 049. However, due to the results of the test, it was deemed that SCP-049 is not capable of harming other SCPs. Background Research: SCP-939's file SCP-096's file Hypothesis: SCP-939 will attack SCP-096 but will not be strong enough to terminate SCP-096. Observations: We transported SCP-096 into SCP-939-01's containment chamber, where it went into the fetal position after a few seconds SCP-096 got up and walked to the corner where it resumed the fetal position, a few more seconds pass and SCP-096 starts wandering around the room and SCP-939-01 attacked SCP-096, surprisingly SCP-096 did not respond at all to SCP-939-01 attacking, SCP-939-01 stopped attacking after a while and SCP-096 resumed the fetal position, after this CI broke into SCP-939's containment and killed the other researchers and my escort. Analysis/Conclusion: SCP-939-01 did attack SCP-096 when it started walking around but stopped attacking after a while, the CI raid interrupted my test so I did not see what happened after the reason why SCP-096 did not attack SCP-939-01 is unknown to me and I will be doing research into it.
