(150 Word Minimum) I think I would be a good fit for the Team cause I want to help out and help others with lots of stuff that they need help with. Staff Team I could take lots of sits and always make sure everything alright. I will all ways follow the handbook and MOTD. I see lots of staff stuff and it inspires me to want to join the team. I will always be Active, Professional, and Nice to all people even if they are new. I will treat everyone with honor and respect just like we should treat everyone. I will assist other staff members and help them on what they need. Hours, you will see me Active on Staff at 12:00AM-6 or 7:00PM. Sometimes if no staff sits come I will go and fly around to see what's going on and everything. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First, I would bring he/her to the sit and ask why you was rdming, then if they keep cursing at me, I will GAG them, so they don't interrupt me. Next, I will check logs to see who they Mass RDMED and then I would Warn for Mass Rdm and get an Admin or higher to Ban them for 5+ Days if they Mass RDMED. (150 Word Minimum)I beleive i deserve this rank because,I've played this server for 1-2Years and i thought i'd apply for staff so i can support my favorite SCP RP server probably my favorite server because i don't play anything other than it and i have a good amount of play time i have and i adore this server and don't want it to get ruined or die and i figured i'd help out the staff team by doing alot of work and being as active as possible because i don't want them to be under alot of pressure or get burnt out of the amount of work they have to do plus i really don't have anything better to do on the server rather than just doing moderation because its fun and i really enjoy helping out players in any way i could thats all i have to say for this application . Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? : first of all i would bring him freeze him gag him if he continuos to swear then i would have to gag him then i would read him his charges by looking at Blogs or if he was reported by someone i would bring the reporter and ask him if he has any additional evidence if not i would charge him with (MRDM+Staff Harrasment) and add the required ban/kick if im aligible to do that if not i will ask a higher up to do that for me since i cannot do that. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?Firstly i would gag the ones that are begining to start frustrate let each of them have a turn to speak try to deescalate the matter and continue on with the sit. (Can be any length): I believe I deserve this rank because of a couple main points which I feel place importance to me along with my qualifications. The Biggest Reason for being deserving of this rank is the dedication I possess for this server with only wishing my best for the server and being able to help in any way shape or form. The Reason I say this is because I always come back to this server and have constantly been there and have only left due to personal reasons or life becoming extremly hectic to where I sadly couldn't keep up. Another Reason I feel as though I deserve this rank is eagerness to help this server and its community which I have fallen inlove with through my time of playing. As I want to do more for the server and wish to help it out and be more of a part of it than I currently am. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would first try to get everyone to calm down and if they proceed to not handle it calmly I would have to gag them so i can have the person that reported the ticket give their side of the story as they are the one that issued the ticket Its only right to hear them out first and see what they have to say and to make sure I hear everything clearly and as they give me their side of the story I will confirm everything with logs and to confim player combat and to find out how many kills they have proceeded and see how many counts of mass rdm they performed to finalize everything and then I would proceed to ungag the person I had already gagged and would ask them why they proceeded to mass rdm and convince them there are many more things you can do and that you might actually enjoy the server if you gave it a chance if they were a new player and not a repeating offender I would proceed to give them a formal warning with MassRDM and Player diss if they chose to continue to harrass me and not want to give me a chance to have a proper talk. However if they calmed down and stopped cursing me and realized what they were saying after that I would have a casual talk explaining whats going to happen to them and to hope they would come back once everything is all over so they can experience the server as it is and enjoy it. Then I would request a Ban on them for 5 days if its only 1 count of MRDM however if its multiple I would proceed to add how many counts of mass rdm and request the ban length that is needed and give my evidence if need be as that is not required their offense count and if something drastic happens in the process like mass racism due to them getting banned which could happen I would make sure to record evidence and request a JMT+ to deal with it and formal warn them if need be.

(Can be any length): I believe anyone can be deserved of a rank if they are mature enough, It's not about experience or if they have been staff before, its if the person is willing to be apart of a team and keep their powers in check and not abuse them, that's a person who deserves to be apart of the staff team. And I proved it once before that I can be an asset to the staff team, I want to be that once more. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: First of all, attempt to de-escalate the situation, ensure the player who was Mass RDMing is frozen so they cannot attempt to kill the victim who made the report. Then inform the player who was Mass RDMing that if they continue cursing at me they will either be muted or gagged (depending on their method of communication) and inform them that I will be bring an Admin+ to issue a warning an a 5 day ban for Mass RDM.

I believe that I deserve this rank because I have been on this server for two weeks and before this I really looked up to the admins and asked for help and explanations. As an admin it will be the chance to learn by helping and learning to deal with situations that arise. I want to learn what to do in different situations and learn how to be the best admin I can be. Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? I feel that I deserve this rank because of my ability to learn and keep an upheld sense of maturity. I also feel that I deserve this role because I am able to handle tough situations such as someone being really annoying, I can keep myself calm during those situations. Even though I have no prior experience with staffing, I am still completely willing to give up as much time necessary to make sure I will be the best as I can and even try to do things better than I thought I could. I would firstly bring the player who got reported and the person who reported them to a sit and then If all the person who got reported just kept cursing over me I would gag the player so they can’t be talk over me and then tell them what they did wrong. I would then proceed to tell them why they are getting a 5 day ban (after requesting an admin+) I would then let the admin ban them and then continue on with my sits and responding to reports. If they came back on an alt and I had proof of this account being an alt I would bring them to a sit and request a higher up to give them a perma-ban for ban evasion. I would then explain to the person again why they are getting a ban. After that I would let the admin ban them after calling them again. I would first separate all the players and then try to calm them down and then next go to each one talking about the situation and if they had video evidence if the player had proof of another player doing the thing they reported that person for. I would then proceed to bring them back to together after after talking to each one and telling them the conclusion based on all the evidence and if they were gonna get warned or not and the reason if one of the people was gonna get warned (due to evidence showing them doing that makes them deserving of the warn) If no evidence is presented I would just give them a verbal warning but if they did I would give that person a formal warning (if they are new or may not understand that it was a rule) a verbal warning would be given otherwise. I would then return them and return to responding to reports and making sits if I need to.

(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve this rank because; My activity is good. Im mostly playing on the server when theres literally no staff online. I respect everyone and treat them equally. I like helping people and solving their problems. My field is law so I try to make the best decision that should be. I follow the rules and Im warning the people when they do mistakes. I am a responsible person and I am aware of my responsibility. According to EST, I'm on the server very early and the staff is usually not active during these hours and Im seeing some people needs help and Im thinking I can help those people when theres no staff online. Then i freeze him in sit for not RDM someone inside of it and I calmly ask why he is acting like this. It doesnt matter if he has a valid reason or not, he break the rules and he ruining the fun of the players. I just calmly tell him to he did something that be undone, remind him the rules and give him formal warning and ban him for 5 days, like it says in the "Staff's Handbook". If theres a staff member higher than me, I let him to do what he's gonna do and I just assist him. If not, I freeze everyone for prevent them to RDM each other and mute them. Then I open their mutes one by one and ask them whats wrong. When I find out what they're all complaining about, and taking into account the opinions of other staff members, I solve their problem and punish them according to "Staff's Handbook" . Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? He is just being toxic, but it won't take long. Nothing he does will go unpunished and he will be banned eventually. Still, I would try to figure out what the problem was by talking to him. I cant do anything if theres no evidence, But if theres a evidence I got, I just give him a verbal or formal according to what he did and remind him the server rules.

Here is some reason why 1 because i have done a lot for you staff like the over 1.2k reports on minges and racism and ETC’ 2 the fact that i helped out over 300 new players on your severs like for example i gave a new guy 2 mill $ for the future and i did that alot of times 3 I am a very positive person I can turn anything around quickly and I am also a fast learner when it comes to my work . I would ask them to stop talking and then ask if one can go at a time if they fail to listen i will warn them 3 times to take a breath and if they fail to do so i will gag them all. If the punishments are not sticking and consistently are breaking the rules I will first try to explain the punishments of the 10-20-30-40 mark warn ban and try to make them understand that bans and warns matter if he fails to listen i will have no choice but to ask a higher staff member to show him what the bans means [aka baning him for 1-2days] Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. To ask about what the bug what the bug can do then after he tells i with warn him 1 time not to do it again the report to map designer /owner about the bugg.

Also when I first joined in 2019 and saw a staff member for the first time, it looked unique, it looked fun and it didn't look like a chore, the commands look different, and there wasn't a lot of restriction and it looked more free, the staff had life in them an did didn't seem corrupt and that's what I want to be apart of. The server I staffed on got corrupt and everybody was toxic, staffing was a chore so if I could join this, it would mean a lot to me. But I love this server and I'll play on it for a long time. Now I've been playing again for a week now and I've had some fun and from all the people I asked if they liked staffing and 98% of them said yes. I check logs and look at both sides and if the person has been mass RDMing [including the have PO’s (pass offences)] I will ask a ADMIN+ to ban then for 5+ days for MRDM/Disrespect Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I will go to each one and ask for there POV and if it begins to get toxic I will Gag the players that are yelling/ear raping and then I will ask them nicely to let each one talk and if they start to diss me I will either gag them or give them a verbal warning, then I will go on with the sit to see who is doing what and punish if needed to.

I've been playing on the server for a short time and have run into problems that have been awkward or frustrating while playing, resulting in my gameplay being ruined. I'd like to assist in resolving those problems and improving people's server gameplay to make it more fun for all. When a situation arises, I believe I am mature and capable of handling it correctly, effectively, and appropriately. I'd start by trying to figure out why they were Mass RDMing, and if there were several people involved, I'd try to get both sides of the story and, if necessary, evidence to gain a clearer understanding of the situation. If they were shouting/swearing at me and totally ignoring my questions, I would maintain a professional demeanor and not respond in kind, and I would continue to investigate what happened by other means if they were to ignore my questions. Over the past few years I have dedicated myself to become a well functioning member of other Player and Staff populations to ensure that I can make sure that others have the best experience possible when it comes to in game and out of context gameplay. One of the things that I notice is how long most tickets take to be accepted and handled within non peak player counts on the server. As I play mostly during the non peak times, I believe that I will be able to handle those tickets quickly and efficiently within those times to make sure that our community is having the best time possible. I generally believe that server administration teams are the heart of servers and without experienced members the servers will not be able to function correctly. I believe that I will be able to bring a good level of experience that will make me more deserving than candidates with little experience or no experience at all. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first bring them and if they keep shooting/running I would freeze them to make sure that they will not have the chance to kill anyone else. I would first ask them to stop cursing at me three times and if they don't stop, I would ask a mod+ to mute them and I would explain why they are here and try to give them the chance to explain their side of the story. I would then pull the reporter and if I don't have enough evidence with logs I would ask them if they have video and if they dont i would bring anyone that has physical proof such as video of the mass RDM. After that I would check logs and the video to make sure of how many people he has killed to see if it is worthy of a ban or just a jail. If it is worthy of a ban, I would follow COC to make sure that the sit gets to someone of rank who is able to ban them. If there is not someone high enough on, I would jail them and take it to the player report section of the forums.

If they do stop, I will ask them why they MassRDM and what brought them to decide it was a good idea at the time. I Really enjoy this server as it's very fun hosting events, but what i hate the most when people host events is the fact that random rule breakers will turn on the npc spawners, basically completely ruining the gamemasters event, making the build up pointless as we already know what we are fighting, so being able to punish those the second the problem is caused will allow Gamemasters to host their events a bit more often without any problems and allow me to keep an eye on everyone (to the best of my ability) I Understand That Some staff members cant hop on due to issues and such, but i do not have any issues and have the ability to be on the server almost every day of the week So i can help all staff members and gamemasters with issues and help keep an eye out for any rule breakers. I would ask them to calm down before taking any actual actions, as they could've just had a really bad day or someone must have annoyed them to the point where they just bursted out with anger and did the only thing they had in mind (mrdm) i would try my hardest to speak to the player and ask what has happened allowing me to take actions for what they have done, if i can get the player to speak and they can tell me what has happened, i can try and ask the person for any video proof and try to perform punishments to all of those that broke the rules in this situation, and i can understand people with mass anger issues as i have dealt with that for many years of my life so i am very good at handling these kinds of situations. I would bring the user to a sit I would tell them to please stop cursing otherwise I would have to gag you if the user keeps on they will get gagged. Then I would jail the user just to make sure the he/she doesn't try to escape and continues to rdm again. I will check logs to make sure this is not a false report and that he actually MRDM. After that I would contact a higher-up explain to him what the user has done then I would let the higher-up do he/she job to ban.

I believe I should make the staff team once again is because I have had Over 2 months to reflect on what my actions were and I'm here to say I will not make the same mistake I made last time. For those who are wondering I used my phys-gun off-duty and threw another player into acid killing them. I have joined ET and Reflected on my actions since then and I'm ready to say I am back to try one more time to help benefit Gaming light SCP-RP in a more ways than just donating or joining the Event Team. I have 10 Weeks playtime on the server with Zero warns and Zero Bans/Blacklists, as well as No bad run in's or interactions with staff. My goal this time is to show that I can be a Non-Rude and Non-Mingy staff member. I want to be trusted with this so I can prove that I can actually do this and make it to places I didn't before! I have gotten more involved with the community as a whole instead of just SCP-RP and I'm ready to be a staff member again. I would inform them they are not improving their situation and ask them politely to quite down while I explain what they did wrong. If they stop I explain to them what they did wrong and provide proper punishment. If they continue I will gag them then explain what they did wrong and how they worsened the situation by doing what they did warn them for MassRDM (RDM x #) | Staff Dis. After doing that I will call for a higher ranking staff give them the players SteamID and have the correct punishment issued. (If they leave during the sit I will also warn them for LTAP and have the punishment given.)

(150 Word Minimum) I feel I deserve the rank of trial mod for the following reasons. I have been a long time player and have been able to watch the server grow and be part of many situations both good and bad and I would like to turn other player’s experiences into mainly good. In addition, with my previous staffing experience and knowledge with ULX I will have next to no learning needed to effectively staff if my application does get accepted. Furthermore, I truly want to improve other players' experience on the server no matter how big or small just like other staff has done for me in the past, staff are an extremely needed part of any community and I would like to help others enjoy this community as much as I do. Lastly, with my good server involvement and my connection with the community I feel that I would be a great addition to the staff team as well as a great addition to the helpful people of the GL Servers. I would first bring the player to a secluded area away from other players most likely a roof. If the player is trying to run from the sit I would Freeze or Jail them. If the player was cussing towards me or other players they would receive a gag this would not only decline vocal conflict but also give the player some time to calm down, afterward I would talk to the player to collect some information if they are calm enough to provide. I would then inform them that they will be receiving a warning and a jail for 300 seconds. I will give them information on where to read the motd and also knowledge to where if they felt the warning was invalid that they can post on the forums. I will then make it known to the other staff that this player has been warned and to keep a keen eye on them.
