+ Support I was torn on whether or not to ultimately +/- Support because I love the RP with the 'Shadow of Vader' character. However as an IQ job you could only take it so far. As someone who has 7 weeks on the server I am certain they have a solid understanding of the servers functions and its MOTD in my opinion this is 100% worthy of a temporary ban. 8. Any extra information: Void is not only Staff but is also a member of DT with 7 weeks on the server, for this reason I believe he is 100% well aware of the SOPs and MOTD of the server. He cannot claim ignorance to the situation.

Regarding what was said by Coolnic, firstly. An applicants command may not respond to or Support Positive or Negative on their own subordinates application. Second, I will DM you after this is posted, a screenshot of my discussion with the Fleet Admiral and his comment about VOIDING the abuse of power section of the Strike. I apologize for my quoting on my own application but I feel this needed to be clarified and spoken of.

I was originally the Vice Commander for the 501st legion, I left on great terms as I only left so as to come to Naval and assist in recruiting efforts and increase overall activity for the Battalion. As I promised the 501st, I promise the same here. I will do everything for The Navy as I did for them. Recruiting will increase, activity will increase and the quality of the members of Naval and the roleplay they engage in will increase with the others. 501st went from what it was months ago to a greatly active battalion with new quality Commanders that I personally trained and watched go from private to Vice Commanders. I am asking for that same opportunity here. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 743 hours and 49 minutes as of 4/23/2024 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? To ensure the behavior and image the battalion projects is a positive one and that the SOPs set in place are followed. 6. - Support FailRP Warn RDA Warn. Disrespectful on many occasions to myself and other battalions. Have not seen him in character in any capacity. Not fit for a Commander, Vice or otherwise.

This feels exceptionally childish. During the sit regarding the RDA, I did in fact side with the IC, in that you didn't go through proper procedure for arresting, you immediately arrested him without giving him proper time to either explain himself or try to give back the wallet. Mind you that in your clip you ask him to give you the wallet or return it to the proper owner. In the sit I also sided with you on some things, yes you would have been justified in arresting him, I agreed with you that he was guilty. However, you even apologized to him and said SORRY. You yourself admitted fault and said sorry. This needed to go no further than the Sit room. My question is where is the real part you're reporting? Do you find issue with me siding with IC, unarresting him, or something else entirely? In short; you agreed you made a mistake by apologizing for it, and the IC was unarrested as such. I see no part here where I mishandled this or leaned unfairly in someone's defense. A reminder that my reasoning was not for you arresting him but for not giving him and form of investigation or otherwise questioning. You, by immediately asking if you can arrest him showed you had no intention of investigating but instead wanted only to arrest him and leave it at such. I apologize if anyone takes offense or finds this to be me accosting anyone, that is in no way my intention.

+ Support. - Absolute pinnacle of an example to what Purge should be. He's funny, knows when to focus on the mission, instructs his people right, and is respected by his Battalion. - Can be trusted in a Command position. - Someone who has very quickly proven themselves a great leader.
