[100+ words] My aim is to support the command and officer team by any ways possible and organizing regular training sessions and simulations with the Royal Guard. I will strive to overachieve my monthly quota unless I am on LOA. Furthermore, I will host SOP training/quizzes for both cadets and NCOs, with a bit more focus on the NCOs to ensure they are ready for higher demanding ranks. I will also host assassination SIMs from time to time to train them in saber discipline, usage of saber, and effective hunting techniques (which is a necessary skill for becoming Saber Guard and Shadow Guard). As an officer, I will ensure that everyone follows the rules of the Royal Guard and will hand out punishments when necessary. Before promoting anyone, I will ensure that they are worthy of the rank and ready to take on higher responsibilities. This includes evaluating their ability to follow orders, level of activity, and leadership skills if they are an NCO. I wish to become Vice Sovereign to help and to make Royal Guard a better regiment. I have been in Royal Guard since I have joined the server and have loved being here. As such I deeply care for Royal Guard's success and there are some flaws that I would like to try and solve, or find a middle ground. With my knowledge and experience I do believe I can make change within the Royal Guard battalion that can benefit all of us. Additionally, due to my time in Gaminglight, I can solve a lot of stumps and find the best possible way to fix a problem. Additionally I am an Australian, this means Royal Guard will have a nearly 24/7 command team, which can really help as people are able to contact a Vice Sovereign at any time of day. I would also like to improve Royal Guard's enjoyment as a lot of Royal Guards goes inactive due to lack of activity of VIPs. Ensuring the currency of all information is crucial, and they are accountable for promptly addressing and resolving problems and suggestions. The Vice Sovereign's duties extend to overseeing the training and preparedness of Officers and NCOs for leadership roles. They play a vital role in implementing appropriate disciplinary actions for those who require them. (Can be any length): I have been on this server for 4 months now, and I believe it's time for me to do something more than help Royal Guard, but help the whole community. I have stupidly woken up at ungodly hours to help others, mainly within the regiment I'm in, and wanting to start helping out with more of the community. I have worked hard within my battalion to make it as fun as I can by being as friendly as possible, and because of this, I am well liked, rarely getting on someone's bad side. I am also committed to this community hence why I have actively made it pass NCO and is ranked in what some considered Senior Officer position, this commitment means I can be contactable at nearly anytime of the night for the Americans, as well as late in the day. Additionally, being an Australian means that I can be on during GamingNight, when most of the annoying mingers get on. In conclusion, I would like to become an TMOD to help out this community more than just helping my battalion as an active staff, especially during minging hours. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: First attempt to get them quiet, if they don't, gag them. Ask the reporter for evidence of the MRDM if I didn't see it, or get the evidence myself if I did see it and pull out logs. Confirm that the person did MRDM. Ungag them to ask them questions and their perspective, though if they are still swearing, gag them again. If the scenario calls for it, eg they are new or it was an accident like a RPG, give them a verbal/formal warning and/or jail time, unless they have done it a few times. Otherwise calmly tell them that they have committed MRDM + Staff Disrespect and that they will be getting a Formal Warning and a 5 Day ban. If I'm still a TMOD, request for an admin and jail the person for 300 seconds while waiting.
