[150+ words] I feel as I have experience in the field of the officer world since I was a officer in other server won't say names but I will say what areas. I was a LTCOL for shock for over 2 months while there I was always being asked questions on what to do as a shock and I always had tips and tricks but I told them to always read up on there SOP/Handbooks so they can learn more before they become NCO's or Officers themselves. I was a COL for 501st for 3 weeks before I resigned. I regret resigning from there but I feel as I found a better place for me to be. All the people I've met on here are really supportive and excellent guides and I want to strive to be better or as good as they are and give them points in area's they might not understand but I do, I also wish to teach the players on how to do better themselves and to treat everyone with respect without causing issue. I also use to be Lead of many subunits like Hvy, Medic, ENG, Sharpshooter, Jet trooper as well as EOD and Incinerator. How could you assist Royal Guard command with this rank?
