2. Your In-game: Vice Sovereign Sun Tzu 3. Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:497585588 4. The admin's name in-game: Nevada 5. The admin's steam name (If you know it): Dont Know 6. What warning did you receive: RDM 7. Evidence of the warn (REQUIRED): Uploaded below 8. Why do you think this warn was false: I don't believe this is RDM, as the offending player attacked me first. Using a passive force power such as Force Slow on someone does not initiate combat. It never has, as proven by this report I made a while back, where an SMT member stated it does not: Frog Stating that Force Slow does not initiate combat Frog in fact stated that I initiated the combat in that particular instance for attacking the player that force slowed me. In the sit video i will post on this appeal, Starch claims that I initiated the combat by using force slow, and that he was reacting to my combat by using lightning strike, which is not true, as stated by SMT. In this situation, I used it properly in an attempt to defend brig, as stated in Royal Guard SOP: "The brig belongs to Shock, if there is no Shock on, then we could send a RG down to guard it so that no unauthorized personnel can enter." There was no shock guarding brig at that point in time, nor were there any remotely near it, which allowed for me to defend brig under my SOP. My intent here, as shown in the video, was not to hurt him or kill him in any way. The force slow allowed me to get to the door, as it was my original plan to body block and call for shock, I did not pull my saber or any offensive force powers until starch attacked me. You may ask, "why were you following him in the first place?" My answer is this: I was following starch, as he had an active AOS on him for trespassing in bridge, and my intent was to monitor his movements so I could report them to shock, so that starch could be arrested. After my use of Force Slow, Starch used Lightning strike, which is a non-passive force power, and did damage to me, which is also stated in the RG SOP that I can then kill him for: "If someone happens to shoot you while you are not guarding a VIP, you may kill them but if guarding one, let the higher RG or SHG kill that person unless been instructed to yourself." 9. Any extra information: I would like to add that in this particular situation, Starch was intentionally trying to minge on the server and get people in trouble. He was running into areas he, as former Grand General, should know are off limits to him while on his CC. He was also Micspamming, as seen in one of my clips, which as a former staff member he should know is unacceptable. He was also intentionally being abrasive in the sit to try to get a reaction out of me. Clips Below: https://imgur.com/a/pZTDGt0 - The entire incident, as it happened. I wish to be completely transparent. https://youtu.be/WFXVqPeGmKo - MOST of the sit regarding this Issue, I was unable to capture the whole thing with my capture software.

+support I don't have many interactions with Suki, but from what I've seen he is mature and prepared for Officer.

ACCEPTED High Command has seen fit to Override your application process and promote you directly to Trial Senior Guard, Congratulations! Please See any Major+ To be trained.
-
+support -well written, thought out response. A little short, but has all the main points I would expect to see from this type of app. -never had any problems with mayluron, everytime I interact with him, he is nothing but nice and professional.
-
-SUPPORT -Was not a good Saber Guard Officer -Has shown to be extremely petty when he doesnt get his way -needs to learn when to be serious and when to be mingy. Its okay the joke around every once in a while, but not as much as he does. -in the past has used his SO position to antagonize others, including myself -short application Trey did indeed used to be Saber Guard Caedes, an officer in Saber Guard. However, he was largely inactive, and didnt do anything to better the sub-branch. He never once tried to recruit any members, nor did he hold any tryouts, or even attempt to. I know he is in a different time zone, but at least attempt to do your job. You werent given a position to sit there and do nothing with it. I ran the battalion almost exclusively by myself, with very little help from Trey. At least once, as his fellow officer, I had to deal with issues caused by him antagonizing the battalions other sub-branch, Shadow Guard, Including once where a shadow guard officer informed me that Trey had openly RDM'd a bunch of them. He transferred to Naval shortly after I was promoted to Primus and began to seek out trouble directly with me. At one point he abused his power as an SO and arrested me in response to my completely valid KOS of another player, and he should have known it was a valid KOS since he was a former Elder Guard. I had to go to the nearest Naval Command member on, which at the time happened to be High Admiral Jabronie, who had to force him to unarrest me and to whom Trey directly stated that he arrested me because he was envious that I got promoted to Primus. I will go ahead and +Support this. The pros outweigh the cons. Pros: -has already finished quota this month -never had an issue with them or their dealings personally -friendly and knowledgeable Cons: -has not definitively proved, from my perspective anyway, their ability to be an officer (Maybe I'm not on at the right times) -application is a bit short for my liking. If accepted, own it. Let your leadership show with every fiber of your being. Make me regret doubting you even slightly.

This is sung to the tune of "The Battle Hymn of the republic." Glory, Glory, to the Em-pire! Glory, Glory, to the Em-pire! Glory, Glory, to the Em-pire, And to the Emperor, Sheev Palpatine! My Eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the sith; He has trampled out the Jedi, Oh how good a job he did; He has loosed his hateful lightning, And ignited his saber; His wrath is march-ing on. Glory, Glory, to the Em-pire! Glory, Glory, to the Em-pire! Glory, Glory, to the Em-pire, And to the Emperor, Sheev Palpatine! I've seen them on the battlefield, I've seen them on the ship, I've seen them hurting Rebels And I've seen them killing pykes. I've seen them in the pits of bridge, destroying the enemy's might. His troops keep march-ing on! Glory, Glory, to the Em-pire! Glory, Glory, to the Em-pire! Glory, Glory, to the Em-pire, And to the Emperor, Sheev Palpatine! His Royal guard surround him, And ignite their sabers bright; They trample on assassins all through the day and night; Be careful not to cross them, Or you wont end up alright, His guard is marching on. Glory, Glory, to the Em-pire! Glory, Glory, to the Em-pire! Glory, Glory, to the Em-pire, And to the Emperor, Sheev Palpatine! In the glory of the sith, he needed a killing machine; He had a plan, he made a man, to do the killing free; Vader was created to enforce the emperor's wrath; His hand is march-ing on! Glory, Glory, to the Em-pire! Glory, Glory, to the Em-pire! Glory, Glory, to the Em-pire, And to the Emperor, Sheev Palpatine!

1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name): Saber Guard Primus | Royal Guard Centurion Guard Klondu 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Royal Guard 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? This Branch means a lot to me. Almost immediately after joining the server, I purchased the apprentice rank and became royal guard. I've always been fascinated with Royal Guard, and this was my first chance to actually roleplay as one. I have seen friends come and go, and I have risen through the ranks and become the Highest non command rank in the battalion. I have put many hours and several suggestions into command and high command with the only goal of improving the battalion. I'll admit I have had my flaws, but since joining the battalion I have matured a lot and I know I am ready to move forward. I've seen Royal Guard go through a lot of different phases. I've seen it go from one of the least played battalions that struggles to find new members to absolutely booming. I've seen great NCO's and officers alike, and I've seen people fall. I know this battalion in and out, and the handbook like the back of my hand. Any question that anyone could ask me, I'm 90% sure I could answer, and If I can't, I will use all of my resources to find an answer. I will protect this branch like it is my own child, God help the person that ever suggests its removal while I'm here, I've put too much work in and experienced too much to see it fail. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 939 hours, 37 Mins 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? A lot of people would probably just say that the commander is there to just lead the branch, but I would disagree. It so much more than that. The commander and vice commanders are there to be mentors for the entire branch. they are meant to be present, and available to everyone. Of course, you want to enforce chain of command, yes, but I believe a good commander is there for everyone to go to should they have an issue. A good commander might encourage the following of the chain of command, but in reality, their DMs are always available. They are the liaison between the players and high command. They are there to defend the member of their regiment, if necessary, from undue persecution and to work out compromises in the event that someone within the branch causes bad relations with another. With all of that being said, a good commander will always have his ears open. He is not afraid to lay down the law if he has to. It requires a balance of being friendly and being a hard ass, because there will always be people who try to flake the rules. Additionally, when you do have to enforce the rules, it is important to have a cool head. some people will flake the rules just to see if they get a rise out of you, and if they do, you have already failed. You also have to be tough without scaring people away. go too hard, and you may find you have no one left to lead. Being a commander is a very delicate balance of a lot of things. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? Here is where I say my piece. I know that there are a lot of people on the server may disagree with my application to be a vice commander. I already know I will get a lot of negative comments, and I can't deny those. A few months ago, I wasn't anywhere near a good officer, much less ready to be commander of anything. There were also several times that, if I'm being honest, I should've been removed. Then something happened to me on the server that changed me. I don't need to say what happened because it isn't relevant. After that, I took a very large step back and I re-examined my image on the server. I wanted to improve, and I absolutely feel like I did. Since then, I have made great strides within the officer corps. I learned to calm my emotions and hold my tongue when it wasn't necessary for me to speak. I may still at times have a fiery temper, but that was the greatest thing I learned, was how to take that temper and handle it professionally. The old me would have gone off on people who made me mad. I now handle it with dignity and professionalism within the change of command, just as an officer should. I hope this statement goes towards how I have matured as not just an officer, but as a person. As stated before, I know Royal guard inside and out. I know its member's likes and dislikes, and am prepared to again rebuild my leadership style to further benefit the battalion and empire as a whole. I have great respect for the battalion, and great aspirations even further than this. Should you trust me with the great honor of being a vice commander I absolutely refuse to let you down. 7. How often can you be Online? I attempt to get on every day, but If I'm not able to be on because of work, at the very least I will be on for several hours each day on the weekends. With that said, My DM's are always open, and I am prepared to help anyone at a moment's notice should they message me. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?): I do, I have 2 warnings. Neither of them recent, they are both for RDM, but they were for foolish mistakes that I have since learned from. They won't happen again.

-support *I don't know what word you said, but since you said it and admitted to saying it, I wouldn't be so quick to unban you. * Everyone makes mistakes, true. But that doesn't mean the punishment should be any less. To completely remove the ban would reverse the purpose of it all together. I +support a ban reduction, but not a ban appeal, serve 2-3 days instead of the full 7

-Support * Leadership style is lacking. I dont see you engaging in your leadership qualities. * Great Roleplay, but RP ability alone isnt enough to get into the officer Corps. * I have heard some instances where, as shy said, you have been rude to some people in the battalion * Literacy needs improvement As much as I like you as a person, I do not feel you are ready to be an officer yet. However, do not let this discourage you. Work on the things listed by various members of the regiment and learn how to rework yourself into a more productive member of the battalion. Make yourself known. Shadow an officer, learn how and when to speak, and you will do well. We need officers that know who they are and what they want. we need officers that are not going to stagnate out when they reach officer. Always strive towards improvement. Do these things, and then reapply at a later date, and maybe I will reconsider my response.

+support You deserve this, no question about it. You are an amazing officer from what I've seen of you. Amazing personality, amazing leadership ability and RP ability. Good luck!

ImperialRP Forum Suggestion [Accepted] [In Progress] [Completed]
KLONDU replied to Hunter Drexus's topic in Archive
+Support * seems like a sound idea. very well thought out, valid points *I dont see any reason to NOT add this, so you have my support. -
+support *Excellent, well thought out application. You spent time on this, and it shows *Very articulate. You sound educated when you type and when you speak, and thats definitely a plus in my book. *You have natural talent in a roleplay environment. From what I've seen you've never failed to disappoint. You deserve this, probably more than most.
-
+Support *Great App! * I love the fact that you are not too proud to admit you might need help. Also, that is literally the job of a TSG. to learn. *It is absolutely ok that you are not perfect. Nobody is. Everyone's leadership style is different, and I guarantee that you will find where yours helps. *Experience on other servers counts. We might not be able to see it right away, but it shows eventually. If you know what you are doing, we will see it.
-
+HUGE MEGA ULTRA SUPPORT *Agreed with the fact that it may attract more people to donate and play as royal guard. A lot of people donate for the use of a lightsaber but it could add just that extra bit of interest to the job class. * This would allow for diversified event planning for the regiment. the officers opting to use some of these troopers during events, and as a reward for those in the regiment that are doing well. *This allows for other regiments that are a part of IPO, but may want to do other things or guard other areas during events, such as DT, to do those things without feeling spread too thin. I have been wanting something like this for a while, but I didnt think it would ever happen. Some days, I just want to use a blaster, but with the current loadout in royal guard, that is virtually impossible without joining another regiment.

As some of you may have already found out, due to several factors, I have been removed from the staff team within the ImperialRP community. After doing some reflection today, I realized I'm lucky the punishment wasn't worse. I also realized that most of the actions I made during my tenure as staff on this wonderful server rubbed a lot of people the wrong way. Ive never dealt with power very well, and I let it go to my head in a way that wasn't healthy, nigh destructible for the server, its reputation, its players, or myself. I wanted to apologize to everyone that was involved in the gross misuse of my staffing powers. The title of this post is to remind myself and everyone that the old addage of "With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility" when that power is misused, it can lead to disastrous consequences. One of the 5 steps to destruction is "undisciplined pursuit of more". during my time as staff, I was always focused on getting the next rank, rather than taking a step back and actually learning how to properly be the current rank first. Another is "Denial of risk and peril". I threw caution to the wind when I administrated. I didnt care about who I hurt, and what damage I did to the server and its people. When people tried to warn me; "stop!", "think before you speak!" Etc... I chose not to take those things into consideration and continue down that deadly path to destruction. I will be taking a 3-week LOA from my RP on the server, and during that time I will be focusing on how I build relationships. It wasn't just during my staff tenure that I ruined them. I know a lot of people on the server don't like me as an officer and I aim to change that. I have ambitious goals on the server, and I realize I will never be able to achieve them unless I think like the servers' people. I also understand that with the damage I've done, most people will not believe me until they see it, and upon my return, I will be ready to show that those changes have been made. If you have read this far, Thank you. I will not be replying to any comments on this post, but if you choose to leave one, I will read it and take it into my reflection and future interactions. I will be a completely different person on the other side of this. Gaminglight Forever!

I dont remember who told me this, But it was when I was a T-mod. They told me that it was an english only server, and that you werent allowed to speak any other language. In this particular circumstance, I had pulled these 3 ST's earlier into a sit because they had blatantly RDM'd me. They began screaming at me in German after I explained the warn that I was giving them for the RDM. At that time, I asked them politely to please speak English, as GL is an English server. They apologized and acknowledged the request. later on, when they started randomly screaming in German in OOC, I was confused because as stated before they had acknowledged my request and seemed to be only doing it to minge. I could not read it, and half the server could not read it. That was why they were muted. After the mute, I immediately jumped into OOC to explain why. I told them that they had been warned about speaking German, and that they were muted as a result. This seems to be completely ignored by both Jack and this report. When Jack pulled me to the Admin sit, I explained that I had been told about this before, and I also explained the reason for the mute to jack and the player, and telling jack to handle the situation as he saw fit, and then requesting to be sent back, as I was acting in an event. It was not my intent to be discriminatory here. I simply was acting in a way that I saw best for the server, since most people, apart from the few mentioned in the post, would have no idea what these players were saying. @JackForPrez

+Support * Seems fair, if normal RG does 250, Saber Guard should too. * The slots do not match, so it makes sense to make them match
-
+support ive thought this would be a great idea for a while

I cannot + or - support this because I am the banning admin. I did this ban on behalf of russ. There were a lot of misbehaving ST's on last night and I was reviewing logs of all the kills to try to determine massRDM or other rule breaking on a lot of them. After I pulled looney, he explained to me what happened, that it was crossfire and after reviewing the logs I seemed to agree with him, so I told him that I would give him the benefit of the doubt, and I sent him back. Then about 20 mins later I was reviewing another ST, who seemed to have almost an exact same record with this one. I mean, almost like they were in league with one another, shooting the exact same people, etc. So I pulled the other ST and looney. I called @RussTime, because I wasn't really sure what to do, and he informed me that he witnessed both of these ST's in a LAAT with him, firing into a crowd of friendlies with the laser. He instructed me to ban them both for MRDM, and I did. @Master Chief @JackForPrez @Firekirby

+Support * Current SHG, which means he has exhibited leadership qualities that rival base members of RG. * From personal experience, he is a well-known member of RG. * Good application, seems ready to learn and more than willing to assist the officer corps. * Is already and officer in Purge, which means he is familiar with how being an officer works, and how to present himself as such. Good Luck with your application! If accepted and you need help with anything, don't be afraid to ask me!

+SUPPORT * Decent application *prepared to learn
-
+Support * Great app. It seems like you have a great head on your shoulders and are ready to receive mentorship. * You seem to have a general sense of how staffing works * I believe everyone with a decent track record deserves a chance. A Few notes though: * Trial mods are there to learn. be sure to listen to those in positions above you and you will exceed * Keep in mind that staffing is not easy. you may hear or see things that might be difficult to deal with. Be prepared to act, even if it displeases you * Being staff is a commitment. There may be times, as you rank up where you spend more time on the staff job than you do actually playing the game. be prepared to do that. *MRDM is always intentional. There isn't a such thing as "new player who did something without thinking". It will always result in a ban, unless overruled by higher staff. One RDM, OK, we can deal with that, but 4+ all within a short time frame? That's intentional. Its only a 5 day ban, and new players are given plenty of time to turn themselves around. BEST OF LUCK ON YOUR APPLICATION!

-Support *after reading the application, I do not feel I can support this. You do know what you are doing, but you gave event ideas that were lacking. The ideas that you mentioned were not anything that hasnt been done a thousand times on the server, and if there is one thing that the GM Team needs, its originality, not the same old events over and over again. *If you edit your application to include something original, I will change my decision. *As always, good luck with your application.
