I understand that, but logs never show me doing that it was the other ST like i said during the Sit and earlier i had no involvement, we all were doing the event, any crossfire was accidental

Never used a LAAT to do that, and regarding the "c slur" my name WAS St PVT Kuhn, its not spelled the same or even pronunced the same. I was called the "c slur" by everyone even after saying its pronunced KUN (Which is a name ive used on many other server and hasnt been an issue) I was never warned or even told to change until you told me to, which i immedieatly changed. Also, to say i was migning is ridiculous, i never got warned, arrested, or even spoken to until the incident. I was never warned or even told it was a problem until i changed it. I didnt see it as an issue and IMO nobody did because i didnt mean it any hurtful way, Like i stated i never used a LAAT to kill (Logs only show E-11 Crossfire/Accidental RDM)

The admin who brought me the first time was @KLONDU around 20 minutes AFTER the supposed MRDM, then he asked why i was killing a bunch of people and i was very confused and told him it was probably crossfire from the event with shock, he said something along the lines of he would give me the benefit of the doubt and returned me. Then, around 10 or so minutes later, @KLONDU brought me and informed me he was banning me for 10 days for MRDM.

Then, around 10 minutes later i was banned for 10 days by @KLONDU I am aware of what the logs say but i didnt intentionally kill anybody. I am aware i have many past warning, but i have been playing recently and trying to improve my record and join a batallion

He RDM'ed me immediately, and I obviously was pretty mad so I did a stupid thing and said a racist slur over voice chat, not that it matters, but he was a middle aged white man and it was not racially motivated, obviously, it was a pretty dumb thing to say, I immediately knew this and panicked and left the game, both decisions were terrible and I fully deserve this ban, the reason I am appealing is I go on vacation starting the 21st for a week (I get unbanned the 22nd) I know this is a stupid request but is there any possible chance I can get unbanned before that? This is my first offense and I will do everything in my power to make it my last, hope I get a 2nd chance because it'd suck if I couldn't play my favorite server before vacation.
