-Support -Due to overwhelming evidence provided against you by the head of staff in question, I can not support you being unbanned. -I do believe in second chances, but not for people as unremorseful as you seem to be. -Come back in a while, show some actual remorse for what you did, Garner some staff support, and learn from your mistakes, and maybe, just maybe, SMT or Rux will decide to unban you. +Support, but only for higher ranking GM's like GM IV+ -These props are likely restricted for a reason. there is a potential to majorly lag the server if anybody can spawn them in. GM's should have to prove that they know how to handle such props before being given access to them.

-support -it is not lore friendly to include this change. I get that not everything in this server is lore friendly, but this is a recent lore topic, and the whole purpose is that IF in lore is an elite special forces unit. -IF's members in lore were all highly decorated officers. you had to be the best of the best to join.

+support -From what i hear, he is in an odd time zone, so he would be able to fill in a gap of the night where Officers arent common -seems to be a very good leader and role model -is current Saber Guard, which is difficult to get into without showing amazing leadership qualities.

+support - I don't have a medical life, so I don't even know what is in the kit. If there is a redundancy that is causing confusion, and there is no other reason to behave it there, then it makes sense to remove it.

+/- support - I need more information on how the prop affects the server. Do squad shields cause any lag when placed down, or if multiple of them are placed down? - Has high command ever stated any other reason as to why it hasnt been given to the lower ranks? If someone could quote me clarifying these questions I will gladly update to a definitive + or -

+support -I never saw why the number 69 was chosen in the first place, is that even lore accurate? -at current, it is easy for any new player to come on and "hAhA, sEx NuMbEr Go Brrrrrr" and then completely ignore medical because they think the number is mingy.

-support I feel like this would cause more problems than it solves. As russ said, the pykes do already have a major advantage over the Imperials, simply because you have access to black market vehicles and weapons that we can't get. Maybe the answer is not changing the rules for the Imperials, but rather learning to better equip yourselves for tougher battles. For instance, those of you who have unlocked the ion disruptor cannon (or whatever it's called) you can wipe the floor with most imperial jobs, and I'd be willing to bet with most of the CC's within just a few shots.

-support In RP, even if the bounty hunter retreated, Shock would still hunt them. If you fail the hit, you fail, plain and simple. "Nobody uses them because you are in jail half the time you are (using them)." That's kind of the point. Even an organization as evil as the empire has laws. If you try to kill someone, you go to jail. I don't see how changing this rule would affect that.

This is in blatant violation of the MOTD, as it states in section 9: 14. If a criminal opens fire on a trooper, that suspect is an automatic KOS, troopers should not attempt to arrest them. after questioning him about why he arrested us, he stated that "raids on the ISD are not allowed" which is again in violation of the MOTD, section 9: 4. Criminals are allowed to raid the Imperial outpost and/or the Star Destroyer (through the transport), but with a cooldown of 20 minutes, any action that indicates a raid will count (like hacking the door). He also broke NLR by interacting with us after dying to us the first time, as evidenced by section 9 rule 16: 16. Once you die, you cannot act upon the reason for your death. For example, you cannot immediately kill the player that killed you in your previous life. This is also known as the 'New Life Rule' or 'NLR' rule. 6. Evidence of the abusive action(s) (REQUIRED): 7. What do you believe should happen to the admin: This should be a formal warn, since even after the abusive actions were made, and brought up in chat, he refused to reverse them, or even apologize for making them. This shows that there was no remorse for the situation and that after being made aware of the action, he refused to correct it. As a person with an arrest baton, and of the rank of CSM, junior Lieutenant, he should regularly be familiarizing himself on these rules. this should never have been an issue. 8. under the criminal rule section, it states "Troopers cannot attack criminals unless they are hostile towards them." under this rule, it currently means that anyone that witnesses the hostility, or even has knowledge of it can then act upon it. Let me give you an example of why this is bad, and why it needs to be more specific If a criminal attacks someone above the rank of Vice Commander, that vice commander can then go on the radio and announce to the entire Imperial Garrison that that specific criminal attacked them, and that gives the entire ship reason to come down and target that specific person. that is egregiously unfair to that specific player. therefore, I propose the rule be changed to something more specific like, "Troopers can only attack criminals who they witness being hostile to themselves or another Imperial."

I realize now that I was not prepared to handle what I thought I was at the time, as such I made some decisions that ultimately caused me to fail. I have since picked up my act, I have learned that I have to watch what I say and do, because other players, and NCO's are always watching me. I cannot change the past, I can only learn from it and use the experience to affect the future. Furthermore, I have great Ideas and plans for the future of RG, especially with my recent promotion to Saber Guard. I aim to be the best, to work with the NCO's and officers of the battalion to make RG a battalion that people want to play on, a battalion people want to interact with. Also, A little birdy informed me that they have noticed Royal Guards propensity to Kill first and ask questions later. I used to follow this ideology, but have since realized that is a really bad attitude to have. I intend to work with command to reform the entire battalions playstyle so that we are no longer feared. There is a difference between being respected and being feared. Ive seen many battalions give RG a wide berth because, due to prior experiences, they were afraid to interact with us, because of this playstyle. +support I do not have much personal experience with parker, but his app seems really well put together and he seems to deserve the position.

I saw no reason up to the point of warn to believe that he was quote "just chit chatting" even when I started warning in the video, he clearly has no intention of carrying on an active conversation with someone at PCP. If it were the case that he was "just chit chatting" he would have very clearly told me that, and then proceeded to continue his conversation, but if you notice, the IQ that walked up to me, only did so AFTER I started killing him which followed the 3 warns, AND the IQ and purge inside PCP seem to be having their own conversation NOT including Twinkles. This case should be treated as any other case of loitering. The video shows absolutely no evidence of "just chit chatting".

I would like to help out the server in bigger and better ways than just with my roleplay job, and I think staff is an excellent way to accomplish this. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would Mute and gag them, since they are openly disrespecting me in the staff sit. I would then explain to them what it is they did wrong, and why they cannot curse at me. I would also explain that massRDM is wrong and warn them for both staff disrespect and MassRDM. At this point, since a trial mod cannot hand out bans, I would call for a moderator to handle the ban portion of the punishment.

+Support -Responsible -mature -has self control everything that I have seen from joslin during my tenure as a royal guard points to the fact that he is very deserving of this postion. he is extremely knowlegeable in the day to day operations of the battalion and I have never seen him act on a situation without taking a step back and processing it first, which shows maturity.

[150+ words] Trial Senior guards are among the most prestigious positions available within the Royal Guard. The rank comes with a large amount of responsibility that if used incorrectly, can cause massive disturbances within the lower ranks. The ability to wield that should be a goal among any royal guard. I believe I have shown a lot of growth and maturity since my time as a cadet. I have risen through the ranks swiftly and I feel like I have impressed the officers by my maturity within the battalion. I have my faults but am always willing to accept feedback on something I could have done better, and then work on improving in that area. I am also always prepared to give my time and opinions to not only the new cadets, but to the other NCO’s my same rank and below me, as well as the officers above me. As an NCO, that is my job.
