+support -I served under News when I first joined purge, he was active, helpful, and kept us engaged. -He is on basically everyday and I have seen him on medical every time. -He understands responsibility. -He is already doing all that he can with his rank to improve the battalion, as officer he could do so much more. -He’s always where he should be during events and defcons. -He has shown leadership skills. Went to NCO very fast, hasn't been an NCO long which I think there should be more time in before becoming officer. App somewhat says the same thing a few times. Since 10/28/22 How much time do you have on the server? 350ish hours Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer? I feel I deserve the position because I have been active in game and on TS, following orders, helping enlisted and fellow NCO's, making sure that rules are followed and enforced on the ISD. I have never gotten in trouble with administration since I've joined back on 5/14/2021 and have been fairly active on this server since. I have done my best to work with command members with keeping the battalion in check and want to work closer with them, since I know command jobs can be difficult, and while I believe they are fully capable, I would like to give them somewhat of a helping hand. Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position? I feel I can be trusted to hold this position because I have shown dedication and loyalty to this battalion, I have done what I can within my rank to help any shock members with their questions and generally what to do. I wish to help shock thrive and grow more than it already has. I have experience up to CSM in purge and either matched or went above the behavior of the officers at that time. I want to be able to push this battalion to the top and show everyone why we all agree on one phrase, Glory to shock. If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't? If chosen, I can add the complete and non-wavering loyalty I have to the officer position, I can show NCO's how they should behave as a shock trooper especially when guarding. I can also use this rank in shock to do sims and trainings to make sure that the shock troopers are kept fresh in their combat and keep them from being bored and burnt out. I will say that despite this, I still believe most, if not all other applicants are good choices as well, from the time I've been here shock troopers have been some of the best to play with, and I'd be honored to server under them or above them. (Can be any length): I believe that I'd be a good choice for the role of staff because I want to help the server. I have loved this server since the day I joined, the community is amazing, and I want to be able to assist its members. I will be hardworking, determined, willing to learn, and active. This server is great and I'd be honored to be counted among its staff. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would ask why they were RDMing to see if it is a minge or a new player who did something without thinking, if they are new and weren't thinking then I'd issue them a verbal warning. if they do it again, or clearly are just minging then I would contact a higher staff to issue the higher punishment that is required for this situation.

What is your in-game name? Blaez What is your current rank? LCPL How active can you be? I can be on almost every day for quite a few hours, usually into late at night. Most times will be from 4:00pm EST to 8:00pm EST, but the time will vary. I can confirm that I will be on for at least an hour every day. What is your time zone? EST What can you bring to Shock as an NCO? My experience and knowledge of the server, and my unwavering loyalty. I was once CSM in Purge, so I know the responsibility that NCO brings and will successfully fulfill any duties given to me and complete all quotas. I would like to bring the dedication I had for Purge to Shock. Shock already has shown to be a great battalion with amazing superiors, I wish to be able to assist them more. Why should you be trusted? I believe I can be trusted because I have been present, helping to the best of my ability, and listening to what I am told. I have done the absolute best job that I can for Shock and want to do more. I follow the rules set before me and help the other enlisted when asked a question. If I am unsure of something I ask someone who would know, and when I am told I keep it with me and share it to anyone else who doesn't, making sure that all needed information is known and followed, especially among the new enlisted who will need a helping hand.
