The reason I would like to be a support member is for the same reason I want to be staff. I love this community and all I want to do is help. Wither that be by someone needing a simple tag or they are having Issues in with there discord or teamspeak. I am just willing to help. I work in the customer service field with Verizon's porting, activations, and credit department. So I am use to having to deal with trouble shooting technical issues. I am also use to dealing with frustrated customers and keeping a cool and collective attitude when dealing with a rude customer. Nine times out of Ten I can get them to calm down by just letting them vent there frustrations out on me so i can help them. At the end of the day why I want support is to be able to us my customer service skills to be able help out community.
