I would like to become a vice commander in this battalion as I want to help grow it and improve it for new players to come in and join and just have a good time with Nova and with the server, I’d also want the position as I believe with my activity I can put a good look on the battalion as I’m on the server a lot and I feel that a command team that is active and online looks really good and makes new people want to join as they can interact with the command team and see who is in charge and running the battalion. I'd also want to become a vice commander for Nova as I believe as a vice commander I will be able to give all of Nova more activity's to do and make things less boring because as a guarding battalion things can get boring and stale and I wish to avoid that and just make things more fun and exciting rather then having those days when there's nothing happening. 4. The main purpose of a vice commander is to help the commander with anything that is requested. As it is the vice commander's job to help lighten the load on the commander and disperse the work rather than having one person do most of the work. I also believe that a vice commander should look over NCOs and officers and make sure everyone knows what they should be doing and make sure everyone in the battalion is following the rules and is not messing around or doing anything they aren't meant to be doing. A vice commander should also give new ideas to help the battalion with being more refined and have things run smoother, keeping people in the battalion and bringing in new people. Another thing a vice commander should do is help resolve any issues with anything whether it is caused by a player or even something messed up in a document. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : You should trust me as I have been on the server for a decent amount of time now and because of that I feel that I have shown that I wish to actually rp. And that I have been trying my hardest to bring new people into the battalion and you can see my efforts in the fact that I have brought in several new people into the battalion. Another reason you should trust me is that I truly wish to Improve Nova and I hope that with Improvements whether small or large that it makes new players want come and join and with those changes I also hope that it makes everyone else's time on the server more fun and enjoyable, As I do believe that a refined battalion can improve other battalions or even just improve other people's enjoyment. Another reason I believe I can be trusted is that I'm not afraid to say what's on my mind and say things out right rather then hiding it and having it cause any issues as I believe that's what makes a good person someone that's up front whether its to high command or even a private there should be no difference when you talk with someone just be cause of there ranking we are all people and deserve respect. 7. How will you assist the command with this rank? I will assist command by being able to more effectively add to the ranks of Nova, and providing Nova with more structure then it currently has. I will also be able to help command control the Battalion when they are not on, and encourage others to play when very few are on, which will help to spark more activity in Nova, and also being able to contribute to this by training more troops and being able to promote them, which will encourage activity. Why do you want to become an Officer? Because I think that Nova is a really cool battalion, I believe that Nova deserves to be on-par in terms of players and activity with other Battalions such as Shock or IF, and I always wanted to hold an Officer Position because I think it will be an enjoyable new experience for me. Do you have any experience leading/being an Officer? I have little to no experience as an Officer, however, as NCO I have done a good amount of leading the troops during SIMs and Events, as well as during normal ship activities. What is the purpose/duty of an Officer? The purpose of an Officer is to be the best possible role model for all other troopers and be the person that other troopers look up to the most, they should always be astute and aware. Officers should never abuse their rank, and should always stay humble around other troopers while putting those who lack discipline in their place. They need to host Tryouts and Sims and make sure that NCOs are up to par and trained, as well as making sure to always be there for NCOs and other troopers when they have questions or need help overall. An Officer should be the very best he can be. What qualifies you to be an officer? I think that my genuine understanding of other people, my helpful nature, and my leadership capabilities make me a great candidate for an Officer Position. I think that my ability to coordinate with other troopers, and the way I help other people when they need me to be there make me of the highest quality choices. I joined Nova on 11/19/21 so I have been in Nova for a total of 3 weeks. How will you assist command with this rank? I will take some of the demand load off their shoulders. I will do this by being an active person who the Enlisted and NCO's can go to for questions and help. I will also pump out more training and tryouts so they don't have to deal with those time-consuming tasks. Why do you want to become an Officer? I will use my new position as an officer to expand and fill the Nova ranks. This will be my main focus however I plan to fill Nova with dedicated players, not minges. I plan to make Nova be up there as in player count with Naval and MC. I will also use my new rank to keep players entertained by having multiple NCOs lead patrols and doing SIM's. Do you have any experience leading / being an Officer? Yes, I use to be a high NCO in purge about a year ago. I also have the experience from being a part of Naval as well as my experience as a Nova NCO. What is the purpose/duty of an Officer? My duties are to handle Promotions and tryouts. I also handle SIM's to keep people entertained and interested in Nova. I also oversee NCOs and their tryouts along with training them to do tryouts so that we can keep growing. What qualifies you to be an officer? I feel as I have been an active productive NCO as well as I have added players to our ranks. I also feel that we need active officers in the EST time zone. About a week and a half. How will you assist Nova with this rank? By increasing the amount of Nova that plays during EST time zones, as well as overall numbers and trainings. Making Novatroopers a greater battalion that can compete with the activity and fame of more popular battalions such as DT or IF. Why do you want to become an NCO? Because I have been an NCO before and would love to be an NCO again, and I see a lot of potential in the Novatroopers Battalion as a whole, due to it's flexibility and spec-ops nature. I would also like to help other Novatroopers be able to do things like ID checks and Guarding Army HCOM more often, and overall make sure that the server gets familiar with the Novatrooper Battalion and our purpose. Do you have any experience leading / being an NCO? Yes, I was an NCO for Purge earlier in the server's lifespan. What is the purpose/duty of an NCO? To train other troopers and be an example for the enlisted ranks, and host tryouts and trainings. They are to be the rank above Enlisted, and make sure that the Enlisted troopers get familiar with the ship and the duties they will perform on it. They should make sure to always set the Best example for other troopers, even if it's not necessary.
