(150 Word Minimum) I think i deserve this rank because i want to make the community a better and safer place for everyone here. i also like to interact with members of the community and to help them if they have any problems on the server, for example an rule breaker. and i do also want to show people that i am actually an responsible enough person to achieve this Rank and that i am responsible enough to have the power an moderator does. I have soon been on this server for 1 year witch is also an reason on why i want to apply, because i want to contribute to the server and help it. and i want to help making staffing easier by taking sits so other staff members dont need too if they are in something very important. and i think i am responsible enough to get this rank beecause im an CMD member of research and im also deputy head of our sub-branch RRA. witch shows that i'm responsible enough to be an moderator as i would not do anything stupid. and i've seen that a little more staff members is needed during off hours as there is nearly any one on, and if there is they are mostly AFK, so they wont be able to take ur sit. as i am an GMT+2 player i can be on during off hours mostly if i dont have school, but even after having school i can still be on pretty early. If given the chance i would be very responsible and try to not make any mistakes or do anything wrong during sits and so on. Scenario questions: Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I Would first ask them to stop cursing and to calm down. if they keep on cursing i would gag/mute them. I Would then check the logs to make sure the person did Mass rdm and to know how many he killed if he did. I would then procced to ask someone with clearance to ban the person for Staff Diss + Mass RDM. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? Depending on the situation i would give out an Verbal warning. I would then explain their Wrongdoings witch what they did, then i would possibly try to make them read over the MOTD so they wont conduct the same thing as they did again. if they procceded to not listen and i would reason with them thats its not worth playing on the server if they just keep breaking the rules. if they wished to continue i would give them an warning depending on how severe or bad the rule they broke was.

Test idea/execution - 19/25 - Very simple test idea, idea has been contucted multiple times before therefore u would already know the result. Grammar - 25/25 - grammar is pretty decent in this document. Presentation/format - 21/25 - Presentation is decent, however the format ur using seems really plain, if u added some more detail to it then im sure it would be better. quality/length 16/25 - Document is very short, try writing some more text to ur docs in the future as u might get an better grading if the document is in an better lenght. Overall 81/100 = Overall, document is decent in its own way, if u added a little more detail to the format and some more text to the document it self then the document would be very good.

Test idea/execution - 23/25 - execution was good as the D-class Cooperated thruought the whole test, tho the test idea seems pretty simple. Grammar - 25/25 - saw no grammar mistakes within this doc. Presentation/format - 21/25 - presentation is pretty good, however the format ur using is kind of boring and not kind of boring as it looks pretty good, but yellow as colour doesn't look too good. quality/length 24/25 - Document is decent lenght, its not to long or not to short, witch is good. Overall 93/100 = Overall, pretty decent document for an first document, would like to see more of these types of docs in the fututre but maybe with some different format.

Test idea/execution - 21/25 - decently good, really nothing to complain about. however, one of the subjects almost died, Grammar - 25/25 - Grammar is up to top, saw no overall problems with ur grammar. Presentation/format - 23/25 - Love the format, its green what can i say quality/length 24/25 - little to complain about, the lenght is very good and the text is not to long, however if the text was only a tiny bit longer, then it would be perfect length. Pablo Point: 1/1 - Very good document, format was good also and liked u found Elexir #3 i think. Overall 94/100 = Overall, Very good document and format, however i would like if u used this format for an normal test, like an 049 test. keep up the good work.

Presentation/format - 22/25 - The format is good but is little boring to look at, but still format is still kinda decent, if u added some more decals to it, then it would be an very good format. quality/length 24/25 - Document is not long and is not short. it has an decent ammount of words and the lenght is good enough. Overall 94/100 = Overall, Good document, would like to see some documents with more decals to spice it up, as u may get better grading then. but still, keep up the good work ur doing, would like to see simular tests and documents from u in the future.
