Trial Moderator Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I think I deserve the rank because I am a nice and non-toxic member of the Gaming Light SCP-RP community. I have zero warns, and don't minge or argue in chat. I also try to be very respectful when on the server. I am a very responsible person too. I always show up to things on time, and keep track of everything in my life and manage it, and manage a lot of IRL things as well as projects outside of the GMOD community. I am a very unbiased person as well, I try to keep every situation I get into as fair as possible and rarely pick favorites. I know multiple languages, so I can help with any language barriers within the server, so that people who aren't fluent in English can still enjoy the server as anyone else would. I know I may be a bit newer to the community, but I ask that you at least give me a chance with a trial moderator phase to see how useful I can be for the staff team. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first try to calm them down to stop cursing at me by peacefully talking with them. If they do not stop cursing and yelling at me, I would then mute them so that they could focus on listening to me rather than yelling. Then I would inform them that they have broken the rules by MRDM'ing, and then either warn or ban them based on whether or not it has happened before. If they have not done it before, I would be a little more lenient and warn them. If they had a history of Mass RDM, (assuming I am on my trial mod period), I would call a person that could take the proper punishment steps, and tell them that they should get a temporary ban due to their history. There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? I would first check if they had a history of abusing said bug. Then if they di not have a history of abusing it, I would give them a verbal warning to stop abusing the bug. If they had a history of abusing it, I would give them a formal warning to stop abusing the bug. And let them know that they can receive more serious punishments if they are caught abusing the bug again.

(150 Word Minimum) I believe that I deserve the title of Trial Moderator for a few reasons. I am a very responsible person, I manage a lot of things IRL and have prior experience with management outside of GMOD. I am also a very dedicated person. I will always put my priorities in order and keep them that way, ensuring that things are kept in order and taken care of. I had a lot of speech issues growing up, but I have overcome my speech issues, showing that I will overcome anything that is in my way. I also speak multiple languages, so I can help with any language barriers within the GamingLight SCP-RP community. I speak English (Fluent), German (Fluent), and Spanish (Intermediate). I know that I am a bit new to the GamingLight community, but I ask for you to give me a chance, and prove to you that I can be a useful staff member. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I would tell them all to quiet down for a minute so I can try to start getting the situation resolved. Once they quiet down at first, as long as none of them start to be disrespectful to each other again, it will be quiet and the situation can be resolved. If that does not happen, you could try separating the players in the sit room and asking them one by one about the situation and resolve it like that. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? I would ask the person that reported him to me if they have video evidence of him abusing the bug. If there is video evidence I would give him either a verbal or formal warning depending on if he has done it before. If there is no video evidence of it, then I would issue a verbal warning to not abuse the bug, and that if he is caught abusing the bug he will receive a formal warning.

(75 word minimum): I would like to join Nu-7 so that I can experience more of the server and have fun. I have been playing this server for a limited time but I have had a lot of fun on it and would like to experience all that the server has to offer. I already enjoy GENSEC so I want to try other branches like the Su-7 as well. I also want to join to become a better part of Gaming Light SCP RP's community.
