Yes verbal was issued but Joker feels like that wasn't the reasonable answer. What you want to see? - A state base up in the second layer, the house in the forest. (honestly state would take any place.) Why should we add it? - It remove any congestion that may happen during State meetings/trainings. State has had its own place for the last year that I know of. What are the advantages of having this? - Allows us to respond to calls in the second layer quicker. Gives us more room to do our trainings and removes unneeded congestion with other departments. It will also give us the abiliity to do our new trooper trains at base instead of us having to drive somewhere to conduct them.
