Taking all of these into consideration, I've revised my suggestion. Specifically I've increased this timer to 15 minutes and noted that Branch HCMD should be able to pick which jobs they don't want people AFKing on to have this auto-demote feature. Additionally, I've made it so that trainee jobs should also be exempt from being auto-demoted.

/ Low Ranks / Almost no experience on the server / Short App /
You're definitely great, don't get me wrong (I accidentally almost promoted you while you were still on cooldown), but you're only a PVT with like 2 days of experience on the server.
RRH is a big responsibility, and only the best are brought into it. I simply don't think you're ready for RRH yet. Like Rinzler said, I recommend you revisit this in the future and build a reputation in combative branches. My personal guide is if you want to remain in security, wait until SM before applying.

I’ve only heard of negative experiences with this guy both under this very application and amongst others while ingame. Additionally, the ranks are extremely low, and while rank typically doesnt play too much of a factor, being only a PVT in 1 combative branch does not look good for a branch which has universal Level 5 clearance and escorts high ranking personnel.
Furthermore, this application is bland and doesnt bring anything unique to the table, it feels like various parts were ripped off from other applications (if this isnt true, my bad)
If I wasn’t on mobile currently I would give a lot more detailed reasoning, but the point stands that you’re simply not prepared for RRH

What are you suggesting?
In addition to the current system in which a user is automatically marked as "AFK" after 30 minutes of not interacting, there should be a button you can click to enable this feature as well. Perhaps in the F4 Menu. Additionally, the time to automatically mark someone as AFK should be moved down to 15 minutes. Users who aren't interacting in-game for 15 minutes obviously aren't there and I don't see why it should be at 30 minutes.
Lastly, those who are marked as AFK (either by clicking a button or automatically being marked as AFK) should be automatically demoted / removed from limited jobs (Ex. Security Wardens Exspira, MTF Stealth Operative, and others). Of course, SCMD, HCMD, and SA jobs should be exempt from this for obvious reasons. Additionally, Trainee jobs should be exempt, and if this were to be implemented, branch HCMD could pick and choose which jobs they want to auto-demote people off of when they're marked as AFK.
How would this change better the server?
For the first point, going AFK becomes much simpler and it gives not only a more accurate depiction to the rest of the server of who's actually playing (preventing CI raids in some instances, or allowing people to make decisions based on this).
For the second point, it makes it much less of a hassle for both CMD, Staff, and even the AFK player to take time to demote someone off a job for something they shouldn't be doing in the first place. People can easily hop back onto the job once they get back so it doesn't have any negative impact.
Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain.
None that I can personally see, the only possible "disadvantage" is less CI raids

You genuinely seem like a cool person, and your application has a lot of detail, but I literally do not know you and thus cannot really make a decision here. You seem to have had higher ranks on other similar servers, so I assume you get the gist of things, but definitely join a combative branch, rank up, and get to know people here.

As a member of security, I am consistently trying to join new things, find new fun, and gain new opportunities to grow. I'm consistently online for multiple hours daily, and have demonstrated significant skill in combat over my time in security. I'm always one of the first to the fight, and always communicating with my fellow GENSEC. Almost as soon as I see something, I say something.
In Wardens, I am consistently calling protocols, and not only meeting the expectations but going beyond the expectations of a Warden as a recipient of Warden of the Week. I've also managed to effectively combat CI, SCPs, and other targets as a Warden and am constantly working with my teammates to ensure that we're in control as much as possible.
On my regular GENSEC Job, I'm holding down D-Block when necessary, communicating protocols and when reinforcements are required. When D-Block is safe, I station people in various important places and keep in touch to ensure that not only D-Block, but LCZ is safe.
Overall, I believe I deserve to join Security Juggernauts because not only do I demonstrate good teamwork, communication, and combat skills, but I have gone above and beyond the expectations in various other sub-branches, and wish to do the same here.

No, because people above your standard rank in security always have authority over you. Juggernaut still is apart of regular GENSEC even if it is a sub-branch.

Boomer was an awesome dude, he was so nice and was quite active while he was here. Undoubtedly the best mute in all of GenSec. It sucks to see you go man, I hope you'll find enjoyment elsewhere.

Why do you want to join the Red Right Hand team:
The Red Right Hand has always been an interesting case for me, as a person who was more interested in the roleplay aspect of things when I first joined SCP:RP, the lack of it has always somewhat disappointed me. While being purely a combatant is fun, I'd love to partake in a greater roleplaying role and also keep that combatant element.
I'm constantly striving to improve, challenge myself, and find new ways to enjoy the server overall. I believe this is the right way to do exactly that. I want the opportunities to both work in GenSec and have the fun environment of that, while also allowing me to have a more "serious" and coordinated element. The additional responsibilities of an RRH member and its high clearance level make it seem like a challenge, one I'd like to take on.
Why should we accept you:
As a Warden, I already have experience with guarding high ranking personnel (DHOS / HOS). I have also proven myself as a competent and capable member of all of the branches I've been in, as I've never been striked or otherwise punished. Furthermore, I am a recipient of Warden of the Week, showing that I can and do go above and beyond my regular expectations and get results.
With all of the experience I've gained from the combative branches I've been in, I believe I will have the combat skills necessary to protect O5 and other high ranking personnel from GOI's and other threats. On top of all of this, I am extremely active, at times I can be on for up to 11 hours on the weekends and up to 6 hours on weekdays.
I believe that with my activity, experience in combat, experience in escorting high ranking personnel, and my ability to go above and beyond regular expectations that I should be accepted for RRH.
