(150 WORDS+): The reason I should be Major is that I have proven myself to be a loyal, respectful, and dedicated member of GenSec. I am helping to GenSec people and even though people doubted me for being new from the last MAJ applications I didn't let it get to me and used it to better myself as a command Member who always tries his best 24/7. I still may be doubted but I have proven I could handle big responsibilities as I have gotten HOPO (Head Of PTs and Off-Meetings) and am command in the juggernaut sub-branch. I am very well known for being a fun dude who is well respected by everyone in GenSec and I have shown to be a good role model for people who I have mentored. People who I have mentored were enlisted and are now proud members of Low Command. I always try to help make people better every day to make GenSec as good as possible. I show people that GenSec is the best branch on the server and still excelling in numbers and activity. I am also very active being on almost every day, I know people who respect and look up to me which shows I am very professional while also making sure people have fun and don’t lose interest. I know I am still pretty new and people still may doubt me but I have been doing very well at commanding and doing everything I’m supposed to do while always putting my best effort in while doing it. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: First, I would see why they keep leaving then I would warn them that they need NCO perms to leave D block and then if they keep doing it I would demote them and set them on a DNT depending on how respectful they are If they are just toxic towards me when i demote them i would Put them on a 5 day DNT if not then a 3 day DNT 12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: Again, I would first ask them what their reason is then warn them that they need a good reason to leave D block and then if they do it again I would demote them back to CPL for being unfit for an NCO 13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into D-Block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I would kindly tell them that we control D block and It is in our jurisdiction If they keep doing it I would report it to a E11 Command member 14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: First I would read the NCO Guide to them and make sure they understand it I always make sure they have the binds for Hands up/partial and they know what code they could call them on You can now be trained for JFTO, Talk to an SFTO it looks good on you If you haven’t tryout for wardens and apply for Jugg It also looks good on you You may assign escorts to researchers, then say that it is OFC and LCPL to LCZ, CPL+ for HCZ but if there is RIG on they always go with the researchers first Talk over NCO activity Logs with them 3 day promo for JNCO and 5 days for SNCO And then go over the WO applications Lastly Change your rank to SGT both on Discord and in game and then I would WL them

(150 WORDS+): I would love to because I have been very good at commanding, and I think I could take the responsibility that senior has I have been really good at answer question that NCO and enlisted have I have been really active I make sure D block and GENSEC is in place and doing things professional while also having fun I never Ming and I am never toxic Every day I log on this server I give it my all and over the last few weeks I have showed that I am loyal and dedicated to this server I am also very careful of who I promote and I make sure they actually deserve it and I always learn from my mistakes to become the best CMD member I could be I always make sure D block is secure and looks professional and neat and when there are D block riots I could rally up GENSEC and get back D block fast and back to secure again if there are SCPS out I would take a group of corporals and above to help recontain the SCP if there is a CI I make sure GENSEC is ready for them while also securing D block 11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: First I would tell ask them if they had NCO perms then if they didn't I would ask them where are they going depending on where they are going I would either grant them perms and tell them make sure you ask next time or else you could get removed off of GENSEC and be put on a DNT or tell them to go back and tell them the same thing then i would warn NCOs and ask them to let me know if they do it again 12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: First I would try to find out why they are doing it then explain why they shouldn't do that and explain to them if they keep doing this I may have to Strike or possibly Demote you then after everything put them on a watchlist or inform other command to beware to make sure they don't do it again 13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into D-Block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I would tell them in a friendly way that they cannot do that and to please leave D block as you are not allowed in there If they keep on minging and messing around i would clip it and send it to a higher up in E-11 14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: first go over the guide with them and make sure they understand Taking charge and you will have to Lead GENSEC when there is no other CMD on or no other higher NCO on and also you will be looked at more then enlisted then I tell them about the NCO logs and I recommend you do one at least 1 or 2 every 2 weeks and they could now get trained for FTO and I would recommend Joining wardens because If you are a warden and a FTO it shows you have leadership skills and looks good on you I would make sure they can now attend researchers if they need a d class for testing and you can assign enlisted and can now self assign and also go over that they can do patrols with enlisted and corporals for an HCZ patrol and you can now station enlisted but please check up on them every 5-10 mins and make sure its a good spot like med bay or something like that you can also grant perms for enlisted to leave D block but make sure they have a good reason then I would tell them that you can now call protocols on orange/black and I would make sure they have binds also you must request tags in the discord and to change your name in discord and game and I would recommend they make a forums account and link it to them

(125+ WORDS): I feel like I should have access because I am very trust worthy and it would help D block a lot in bad times if I get accepted I am also a 2LT meaning I have worked hard and built up a good reputation and I am very well known I am also very active so if major D class riots are going on I could defeat them within a good amount of time I am also very good at combat skills so I will make sure I will deal tons of damage while only receiving a little making it harder to kill me and cause riots I am also very mature non mingy and follow orders fast and well and will not abuse juggernaut 11. Which weapon in the Juggernaut load-out would you use to hit a D-Class in the middle of a crowd and how would you ensure to hit your mark?: i would probably use the Nova because it does the most damage and it shoots the slowest so I know I wouldn't spray and accidentally hit a D class or Fellow GENSEC and to make sure I hit my mark I'll line up a good shot to shoot If they are moving I would take my time with the shot but also try to do it fast
