1. My in game name is MC RSLO LTC fatbob 4312
2. I am applying for medical vice commander
3. I would like to be a Medical vcmdr because I want to assist in leading the battalion, and help the battalion grow. I would also like the opportunity to be a greater leader and role model to enlisted and nco. I would love to be able to help any new enlisted in any way possible such as helping them with TS, teaching them the rules of the server, and seeing them grow within medical. I would also like to have a better say in changes and additions for medical, and the ability to suggest such changes. If I was given this position I would try my best to improve research and make it more appealing, because there is a big difference in players between research and rescue. I would also try and improve rescue as well ensuring neither sub-branch dies out. I would also like to make some miner changes to the officer application as I have noticed it is slightly outdated (has minimum rank to apply at as ssgt on the format). I believe I am a good leader and would like the opportunity to show that to everyone not just people within medical.
4. As of writing this I have 457 hours on the server according to battlemetrics https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/972978308
5. I believe the main purpose of a vice commander is to not only lead the battalion but help the battalion grow, by making changes that will positively impact the battalion, and keep people in the battalion by hosting enjoyable sims. I believe a vice commander is also the backbone of the battalion, by keeping rosters up to date, and writing important documents that are vital to their battalion. Vice commanders are also forced to make the hard decisions weather that be punishing or removing someone, but also deciding if one is worthy of promotion. It is also a vice commander's job to help show new enlisted what the server is like, guide them down a good path, and assist them in climbing the ranks of the battalion. Without command a battalion could not function.
6. I have been in medical for 2 and a half months, and within that time I have been on nearly every day, and have only filed 1 loa (which was only 5 days) so far in my time on medical. I have a good understanding of what it takes to be a medic, and understand all the rules of the battalion. I am also currently the highest ranking officer within medical being at LTC. I also try my best to assist any enlisted and lower nco. I am very active on the discord, and am very quick to respond to dms, unless I am sleeping. I also believe I have a good understanding of what it takes to be a medical vice commander as I have worked with some great past and current medical command and they have shown me the duties a vice commander is responsible for. As of recent I have been leading in SIM count out of all the officers within medical.
7. During weekdays I am mostly on around 7-11pm est, and on weekends I am usually on between 12-4 pm and 10 pm to 1 am.
8. Unfortunately I have 7 warns on this server. I realize this is a lot of warns especially for someone applying for the vice commander position, however most of my warns were between march and June, and I believe I have made a significant change since then, and believe these warnings do not represent who I am now.
