What is your IGN (In Game Name) : Lord IX Pepper What Regiment are you applying for? : IQ, Ninth Sister Why do you want to become commander of this branch? : I would like to be a vice commander of this branch because I have dedicated hours of playtime to assist and help IQ. I have hosted many sims and training over the past month and really showed my dedication to IQ. I have been on every day that I could and tried my hardest to provide help to anyone who needed it in IQ. I have had some experience commanding before on other servers even years ago on Gaminglight’s Clone Wars RP server. Being a vice commander is always a goal I wanted to achieve in IQ and I always had the intent of helping out people never for my personal gain. I have never had or been on a separate job from IQ and I’ve been on IQ ever since I joined this server. I already have command experience so I think that could be a helping asset for the command team. I want to make sure NCOs are doing SIMs and training actively so we could have a good reputation and more people join IQ/Purge. With all the talks I had with IQ lore before I got a really good understanding of what is coming ahead of me and I am ready to take it. I have plans to host many lore sessions and dueling sessions so all the IQ can improve their dueling skills and give them tips to defeat highly skilled Jedi. I will always be grateful for all the opportunities given to me to have the ability to apply for this lore IQ position. I want to help IQ grow into something bigger than it already is. As you all already know by now I don't speak and over time I have had the ability to command, and I have learned some different tactics that could be added into IQ that could be beneficial. Given these points, I think I am ready for the position of lore IQ and I think I can execute my duties as Ninth Sister very well. How much ingame time do you have on the server? : A bit over 3 weeks What is the main purpose of a commander for a branch? : The main purpose of a commander is to command your enlisted, NCOs, and officers, but achieving this effectively and with high numbers everyday. A commander is put in place so your troopers have someone to look up to and be able to trust any time. The commander should also make sure all the SOPs and the roster is up to date. Make roll calls monthly to clean out the roster from inactive people. Hand out punishments to those who have done something wrong. The commander should enforce the rules and when someone asks about the rules make sure to tell them every detail so there is no confusion about them. The commander should always be understanding of situations going on and assist people if there is an argument going around and give your advice on the issue. The commander should always promote if the person receiving the promotion is worthy, also if the person gets recommended for a promotion consider them moving up a rank. A commander should stay professional at all times because it can make the commander look bad if he doesn't. If the commander is active on all platforms (the server, Teamspeak, discord) every day then it makes him look very good to other people and shows he cares about his position. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe you should trust me as a vice commander. Firstly, I have shown dedication to IQ and never had a separate job. I have always been on the IQ job helping out as much as I can. I have been on every day except 1 very small LOA that I ended early. I’ve done a lot of trainings and SIMs as a NCO and Officer and trained as many initiates and I could get the chance at. I calculated my time played on the server since I first joined and I have played for about 10 hours each day. The other servers I have played on that gave me commanding experience could help me as a vice commander for Purge and IQ. I have tried nothing but my hardest on the server and try to deliver as much as I could so people could enjoy their time in Purge and IQ. I'm also very active on the discord and as a vice commander can help update the roster. I am friends with all the current IQ command and if I become an addition to the team I think we can work effectively and easily. My time as an officer I tried to help as many new IQ and Purge as I could. For example I helped some new apprentices make a skill tree fitting their needs, give them advice on what they should do as an NCO, and help build their skills with dueling and saber throw. With all this dedication I have shown and hours I have spent on this server and the experience I have had, I surely believe I'm fit for IQ lore. How often can you be online? : I can be online everyday of the week for 8 hours+ Do you have any warnings? (What for?) : 1 inactive warning for RDMx2. I was not involved in a sit or anything and I was AFK at that time.

So I previously had the Darth rank after I upgraded from Lord, I never had Apprentice. I was going to gift someone an Apprentice Rank but after I bou ght it I found out I cant gift things in the store so I accidently bought it for myself and changed my rank down. Why Do You Want To Become An Officer? [150+ Words] The reason I want to become officer is to provide IQ with more SIMs and sessions to learn off of and help other people who are need of it. I've only wanted to help IQ grow into something bigger if the chance is given to me. I have only done 6 initiate training and dueling sessions all together so far but I have tried to do many more, but no one would come to them even if the player count for IQ was good. I haven't proved much of myself yet, but I honestly have a lot to bring to the table. If I become officer I will be able to host PDBs after events try to do as many trainings and help out as many IQ and purge as I can. I have been on here for over 2 weeks which honestly is not a lot at all, but IQ command and the officer team has given me so much during the time I have been here and I definitely would not be making this application without the help they gave me. In all, I really do think I will be able to help the officer team in IQ and since I am on for a long time every day for about 8-12 hours on the days I can get on which are mostly every day, I would help as much as I can when the server is not as active and the server is active. I logged on this night and saw my permanent pistols were gone. I had duel rk3s and a X8 night sniper. This is happening for everyone too and the !unbox command doesn't work. No errors come up in console and it seems as if it is totally gone. Im just wondering at all if there is a fix for it. - Lord II Pepper
