  1. -support, would recommend you edit this post. The application is relatively good & I know you're good at RP, however in the 'Give an example of an event question' you just copied and pasted an event ping from two previous events. This question is asking you to come up with an event idea to prove that you are creative & can come up with good ideas for events. Please edit so I can change this, as I believe you'd be a good GM.
  2. +support, the event ideas seem pretty good, you're dedicated to the server and have pre-existing trust as you are a Commander of the 501st. Your knowledge seems good, and I think you have what it takes to become a GM with your knowledge of the server and experience as a Commander. Good luck!
  3. +support, Razer has been great during my time in Medical and has helped me elevate my MedicalRP. He's dedicated to the MC and has some great RP to teach people. Along with this, he's good at conveying ideas and training people.
  4. -support, there's a lot of SO applications up right now, and whilst I think you are an amazing candidate, there are so many other candidates that have got more experience, and proved themselves more. I think you'd be great for a specialty, but SO is not the one for you at the moment due to how much it is in demand.
  5. +support, this is a great application and during your time in Naval you've been a great addition to the team. I think you'd be a great fit for the SO and they'd be lucky to have you.
  6. +support, the application is fantastic, you're a great person in game and you've never been warned or banned, completely with a clean sheet. You've been GM before too, and your event ideas are brilliant. I wish you the best of luck and hope to see you in the GM team.
  7. You provided SteamID64 when you were supposed to provide the normal SteamID. I was able to use steamid.io however to turn this into a normal SteamID (STEAM_0:1:549343388). I then checked the staff Discord for this ID and found that you were banned on the 3rd of October, and an extension was requested. Your reason was 'ARDM and LTAP to avoid punishment during a sit'. This ban was originally issued out by Penguin, but then extended by Ducks. This is why you were banned. LTAP means 'leaving to avoid punishment', which means that you left the server while in a sit to avoid getting a punishment for ARDM. ARDM on its own is not bannable, however leaving when getting punished is bannable. If you feel this was unfair, you can appeal it (properly, not like this), however the ban will be over soon so I advise to just wait it out.
  8. +support, but only for the next map update (in a couple months, perhaps longer). This idea is great, but yeah, we've just had a map update so it's probably best to wait for the time being. Love the idea however, a surgery room would make medbay even better.
  9. +support, not only does this make sense, it also follows the trend of other jobs able to whitelist. This will save the Fleet Admiral time, it will also save staff time, and make promoting people better for Rax. I don't see any downside to adding this to the server.
  10. +support, Sainty has been fantastic since the day I met him. He's been friendly, helping Havoc, and looking to do everything possible to support his regiment. I've worked with Sainty in hosting SIMs for Havoc and I've seen him have a good eye for leadership and being extremely cool-headed. Along with this, Sainty is one of the most active Havoc on the server and inspires activity in Havoc, for example, just today we had about 5 Havoc on at 9am EST thanks to Sainty organising a SIM and hosting tryouts early on. Sainty is a perfect example of what a Commanding Officer should be and I don't think there is a better candidate for this position.
  11. +support, WarProof is a fantastic Naval member who has worked tirelessly to get to the rank he currently is at. He's been promoted to LT very quickly for a good reason, and has a lot of potential to achieve great things. Would love to see him in a specialty, good luck WarProof.
  12. +support, I have seen you online working hard and listening to Supervisors. When I've seen you online you've been self-sufficient and independent which is great for someone at your rank. Keep up the hard work and good luck with SO.
  13. Hey there Gladis! Custom jobs and clans are donation perks on the server. You can find a lot more information out about these by going to the 'Store' page on the website. Custom jobs and clans are exclusive top-tier donation items that usually cost a fair amount of money for people who are more dedicated to the server, or have more money to spend. If you are wanting to buy your own custom job (or clan), I'd recommend reading all the information found on the store page about the custom jobs, to make sure you're happy with what you are buying before you buy it. If you do not wish to buy your own custom job, there is also the possibility that a pre-existing custom job has an open slot that the owner is willing to sell. If you see someone on a custom job that you'd like to join, feel free to ask them if there is a slot, they may require you to pay a lower price ($20ish) to join this job, and it is a much cheaper alternative if you do not wish to buy a whole custom job, or go through the application process. If you have any more questions, feel free to respond to this.
  14. +support, Theta has been a GM before without any issue (from what I know), the application is great, the ideas are ideas that I would definitely be eager to see in action. As Theta has experience in staff before there is no doubting his ability to use ULX, and as he has also been a GM before then I imagine his knowledge in how to host an event is solid. I see nothing negative in this application and think Theta should be accepted.
  15. +support, Jaegar is active and has been around the community for a long time. The event ideas are solid, the application as a whole is solid, and I think Jaeger definitely has what it takes to become TGM (and proceed to go on further)
  16. +support, Proteus has shown dedication to Naval constantly since I've known him, and has been a fantastic role model to me and countless other Naval members. He's earned every promotion he got, and I think he has more than earned this promotion to Security Director. I see Proteus doing a great job at continuing what Spectre left behind, and keeping Security as a great branch.
  17. What is your ingame name?: Jintao What is your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:60446730 What is your rank on the Naval Roster?: Lieutenant What specialty are you applying for?: Gunnery What Naval HC (Admiral +) gave you permission to apply?: Admiral Pigeon What can you do to improve the branch you will be responsible for?: I can provide continuous activity to the branch, along with being reputed as a good member of Naval bringing the reputation up. I have a number of fresh ideas for the branch, and would love to work with Havoc to increase the RP of maintenance checks around the ship, and keep the RP of these patrols flowing throughout the server. I'd also love to be able to RP fixing things myself as when I do patrols on my own I usually end up having to call Havoc to fix something for me. I think Havoc could also do with some members at the minute and would love to help them out with that. Why should you be trusted with this position?: When first joining Naval, I was promoted multiple times whilst I was on cooldown and proved an exceptional Enlisted member. I then went on LOA due to some OOC reasons, and when coming back I think I picked up where I left off pretty well. I performed well whilst as a SubLT, and got promoted to Lieutenant a couple days after coming back to the server actively. During this time, I also received the rank of Trial Moderator (was promoted to Moderator after that too), and was promoted in GM. I think this proves my dedication to the server, and to Naval. I have also already been certified for tryouts, and I think in my short time as Lieutenant I've proved that I'm a good leader and I'll be able to help Havoc in some amazing ways, with SIMs, new ideas, tryouts and activity. Why do you want this rank?: As I mentioned two questions ago, I would love to help Havoc and the branch out in improving and I personally feel as if I have the skills and ideas to help improve. I also want to increase my responsibilities by joining a specialty. Do you understand that if you receive a strike you will be stripped of this rank?: Yes What is your purpose within your assigned branch?: My purpose is to make sure the ship's weapons are working as intended at all times, man the turbolasers, oversee Havoc and work as a field engineer when deployed.
  18. +support, no railings does not comply with OSHA safety standards in space and this upsets me. Please fix immediately or I will have to report the ISD. In all seriousness, this is a great idea and will improve the look, feel and stop the jumps from happening.
  19. +support, on this server and many other SWRP servers, we see Shock as 'the police', but in reality they are merely there to arrest people who break rules, and that usually sums up the work of a Shock Trooper. Most people I've met who don't want to join Shock don't want to join because they find the RP boring and / or non-existent. Adding in Rebel POWs will give Shock consistent RP at all times of day to deal with, and make use of the new brig Shock have been given. Along with this, it gives players a fun, low effort job to hop on when they are looking for a bit of fun without an event. I see nothing wrong with this idea and I think that giving the Shock something to do is a fantastic idea as it is definitely one of the lower tier branches in terms of popularity.
  20. +support, I've been actively playing on the server for over a month and I don't actually think I knew this job existed. It's underused and, if it's underused, most likely underpowered. The suggestion for the new job seems fair and balanced and if Purge Command agrees on it I see no reason for a denial.
  21. +support, I was only in IF for a short time but during that time Rice was a standout member. He made everything clear to me as I was new to the squad, made sure to make time to answer my questions, and showed a lot of dedication. Rice is active, committed and dedicated, not just to IF but also to the community. I've seen him do great in the roles of GM and staff along with his fantastic IF performance that many in this application have already talked about. Along with this, as everyone else has mentioned, Rice is a hugely active member of IF and the community.
  22. +support, this is a great extension to part one of the suggestion and I also don't see any downsides or anything that would make Havoc too strong in this post. My support for this is just as strong for the other suggestion. Allowing Havoc to be more tanky is a great idea.
  23. +support, all of the changes are relatively small and harmless on their own, but all together make a big difference for 69th. Along with this, a lot of the suggestions are basic cosmetics that will improve the RP of 69th and just general quality of life. Along with this, being able to tell the difference between people in Rescue Squadron is fantastic. I see no downsides in this change and think it will boost 69th numbers too.
  24. +support for all and any reasons listed above, along with the fact that Havoc really could do with some freshening up. Struggles to get new players because there's not really anything that Havoc Officers can convince Stormtroopers is worth their while (as Havoc is underpowered). Along with this, all choices made within this suggestion fit Havoc and make sense RP and OOC wise.
  25. What is your ingame name?: Jintao What is your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:60446730 What is your rank on the Naval Roster?: Midshipman What specialty are you applying for?: Gunnery What Naval HC (Admiral +) gave you permission to apply?: Admiral Pigeon What can you do to improve the branch you will be responsible for?: I can provide continuous activity to the branch, along with being reputed as a good member of Naval bringing the reputation up. Why should you be trusted with this position?: I have been promoted two times in 3 days, with one of those promotions being from HC breaking my cooldown. Along with this, my second promotion was for 'being recommend by many people', which I think means that a lot of people from the branch have recognised my hard work and trustworthiness. Along with this, I only have one warn on the whole of the community from 3 months ago, being from PoliceRP. I have also been staff on SCP-RP before and got into no drama during my time holding this role.
