Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length)
I believe that I deserve to be staff because I will always commit the best of my abilities into every situation. Should I receive staff I would be putting in at least 1-3 hours a day and whenever I can see a sit and am available. I have put a lot of work into getting where I am and I have no problem to continue to put in this amount of work into being a staff. I am trustworthy. I’ve shown through my activity that I’m able to be on. And as a trial mod I understand I should be taking most of the sits that are smaller so they can focus on what they are doing.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?
If there was sit for MRDM I would bring and freeze the person and check the logs to see if the person killed 4+ people and intentionally massed. Due to me being a trail mod I would ask for assistance from a senior member of staff for banning the person for MRDM which is 5 days and giving them a formal warning.
