Even when no other Purge officer or Lord is on he is always there tending to the battalion. He always displays effort and always tries to be on everyone's good side. He does in fact hold trainings and makes sure that IQ is at their best and at peak efficiency. He knows how to keep the troops in place and is overall a very knowledgeable and unique individual. Just wanna say, lately I have noticed that Crow has grown professionally. Not that he wasn't originally professional, but I've seen even further improvement on himself and I can positively say he is command material. He continues to grow and improve through each and everyday, and to add onto that, I have never seen such activity before from any troop or officer. + Support - He is highly dedicated to Purge and IQ - Is always making sure enlisted and NCO are doing the correct things. - Never once had a problem with micro and is a very likable fellow. - Takes lead whenever possible and while officers are not on, leads the enlisted and lower NCO. Just wanna say, I have a first hand view of Micro's performance and I can confidently say he has benefitted the battalion in a great many ways. He is capable and is always understanding when it comes to the enlisted and lower NCO. He guides them whenever they are clueless and that is a great factor within a leader, a leader always guides and takes advice from his peers. He is very easy to get along with and I think he can further benefit the battalion as a Purge Officer, he has my full support. GL micro!

+ Support - Has always been fully dedicated towards STs - Has never once ever acted mingey and leads without flaw. - Guides his troops with ease and is a likable fellow. - Has contributed to STs majorly and to the Scout sub battalion. Just wanna say, I've known Mel ever since the beginning we both started around the same time so I know how he is. He puts his battalion before him and other people. He has strong dedication towards the battalion and I have witnessed many times of him acting like how a true leader should act. He has changed a lot through the time he has spent in STs and I am a firsthand witness of it, I believe he can further better his battalion with the rank of VCDMR. GL brother!

+Support - Dark is a good soldier and follows clear orders. - Is active from time to time, just wanna see that increase a little more. - Is a good NCO, I would like to see him take a little more command over the enlisted as he is still a higher rank. - Just do more trainings and you'll be tip top shape, need to see more contribution towards the battalion. + Support - Is very active within the Shock battalion. - Personally have seen Corn do a significant amount for Shock, even when no Shock is on, Corn is. - Seems very dedicated to Shock and wants it to blossom into the amazing battalion that it is. - Very easy to get along with. - Takes the job seriously when it needs to be serious. - Has potential that can be used towards the Shock battalion. Just wanna say I only have a weeks worth of activity put into Shock as I only transferred into shock about a week ago. I can say that during my time within shock, Corn has proven himself to be a unique character and personality. I think the ones that make the best officers are the ones that express themselves openly and communicate the most with they're fellow troops. I don't want to prolong this so in short I would say Corn is qualified to be an officer with the Shock battalion. GL Corn!

+ Support - Highly dedicated to Inquisitorious as a whole. - Is always on the server holding trainings and SIMS. - Majorly passionate towards Inquisitorious and is always on top of IQ or Purge whether they seem to be slacking off or unclear of what they need to do. - Taking a look at his overall profile within Inquisitorious, he's contributed to the battalion a great deal. He's hosted SIMS on top of SIMS and has taken clear initiative to better the battalion and to better the troops. - Clearly knows when to take charge and how to take charge. In my opinion he is a natural leader and a respectable one at that. I tend to get sappy within the end of my + Supports but if not for Endo I would not have thought about joining Purge or Inquisitorious for that matter, but his charisma had pulled me towards the battalion. The way he has put work into the battalion sparks motivation and enthusiasm. He personally trained me from PVT all the way to my position into where I am in Purge at the moment, I'd like to see him do even more for the rest of the battalion as the Ninth Sister. GL Endo!

+Support - Has put in a significant amount of activity as a whole within the gaminglight community - He takes whatever role he achieves seriously and fulfills the needs of that role perfectly - Firsthand person view of his activity and is highly responsible. - Always follows guidelines and rules - Is not mingey in the slightest when it comes to serious roles. Just a few sappy words here and there, but the man has personally trained me from the beginning of my time in gamiglight to now and continues to teach me new things within the server. Definitely is ready for a staff role, as a trial moderator.

+Major Support - Lucy is a very capable lead and a fine specimen of what a lead should be -Is intricate and can add an immaculate amount to STs as a whole -Is always on top of just about any ST that is slacking or is on the verge of slacking -Always helps out any Stormtrooper if need be, and always holds trainings to make sure everyone is at tip top shape. I may not be in Stormtroopers anymore but if its one thing I know is that Lucy has trained me to be the trooper I am to this day, without the guidance of a capable leader id have been a very mingey person but I remember the leadership of those who have trained me well. The rank of Vice Commander would be a rather fitting title for the ST COL Lucy.

What is your in-game name?: KUFF What is your current rank?: CSM How much time do you have on the server`?: about 2-3 months Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer?: I know the procedures and regulations to meet Officer standards, and I feel like I can make a difference within the ranks of Shock. I personally have noticed a morale drop in Shock and I noticed the lack of following CoC within shock and id like to enforce that Chain of Command into Shock. Being an officer will allow me to regularly host Sims for those shock who are longing for some action rather than just having to deal with mingey people all day. Although I am fairly new to Shock I'm learning how things get done in Shock and id say myself that I'm learning at an increased rate. I'm good at taking feedback from lower ranks, so if any enlisted or lower NCO have problems I've told most that they can always come to me for help or guidance. Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position? I feel I can be trusted with this position because I do not abuse power when it is given to me. With great power comes great responsibility, and I intend to use the power granted to me for just reasons. This means nothing but I have held officer ranks before so I know all too well what it means to be an officer and how things need to be done as an officer. Being an officer does not grant me any bragging rights nor does it enable me to be cocky towards anyone, I am simply a Shock trooper who feels the need to better the battalion within. If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't? I can add wisdom to the battalion. It's not that I believe that anyone in the battalion does not have wisdom, I believe that most officer+ and NCO are capable and competent. I just know that most of them cannot be on all the time and I can be there to substitute those who are absent and cannot provide wisdom to the lower ranked Shock. I can provide excitement to the battalion by again holding Sims to quench the thirst for action for those who want it, trust me guarding all day can be boring but that's what Sims are for, it increases morale and it brings us all as Shock together.. it forms a great bond with one another. How active can you be? I can be very active throughout the weeks, and since I'm off of college for the semester I will be free most of the time.
