1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Shock EJTAL COL Dead 2333 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Shock Vice Commander 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I have wanted to be a Vice Commander of shock for a long while now and the drive and love of shock has not changed for me. Shock is in a great spot right now and I would like to help push that further. Shock has and always will be family to me and I would love nothing more than to move up and be able to assist this battalion more. The experiences, support, and criticism I have gotten has made me a better officer and a better person overall and I couldn't thank everyone who has helped me out enough. Its because of the people in shock that has made me love this battalion more than anything else and I would love to give back to it. I care about this battalion and I want to show that Shock is a fun experience for everyone not just the people inside of it. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 2 weeks (465 hours) 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Vice Commander is to support the well being of a battalion and also assist the Commander in any way possible. They are role models and direct extensions of the Commander himself so the duties and responsibilities they have are also greater. They should push for changes that are beneficial and make their battalion more fun to be apart of as a whole. They are to chip in and also communicate with the Commander on the current status and any problems that occur. Above all else Vice Commanders are figure heads and are who all enlisted-officers look up to for guidance and leadership. It is important that they are friendly, approachable, and understanding as these small traits go a long way in being respected and trusted. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I should be trusted to be the next Vice Commander because I am currently the 3rd highest in shock behind Bon and Ted. I have already been helping out Bon in any way I can with things such as changes in the battalion and how to make shock a more enjoyable place. I have a lot of experience in leading and being an officer. I feel I have done a great job in leading shock whenever I am the highest on: making sure Shock is stationed where it needs to be, hosting Sims whenever possible, and making sure to be respectful and fair whenever there were reports on fellow shock. I feel that I am trusted by my fellow shock and other battalions that I will do well and succeed if given this position. 7. I was on roa for 2 weeks due to life problems but I was never heavily inactive during any period as I still tried to hop on for 3 hours or more whenever I could. My activity is going to be increasing alot now as ive stated in my app.

I have been in shock for a while now and have seen shock go through many phases. During every single one I have always viewed shock as family no matter what and now I want to play a bigger role in this wonderful battalion and help it grow even better. About a month ago Shock was going through one of the worst periods I have ever seen it go through, with commanders constantly getting thrown out due to not being fit for the position and as a whole seeing shock suffer. I'm happy to see that this battalion is now thriving under the leadership of our current commanders and I would love nothing more then to join them and assist them in making Shock an amazing battalion again. I feel I have been able to assist in some ways in my position now but I want to help more and be able to do more for my battalion that I call home. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 1 week (309 hours) I've been apart of this community for 3 months 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? Shock Vice Commanders purpose is to be an example to the rest of the battalion, of what to do and what is right and wrong. They are guides and leaders to the rest of the battalion and have heavy influence on the direction of the battalion. They are also to assist the Commander with his duties and to spread out the work load so that to ensure everything continues to run smoothly in the battalion. Shock Command must be up to date with the laws and any changes made aboard the ISD and to make sure that the law is being enforced fairly and justly. Above all else, any Commander must make sure they their battalion is fun to be in, that players enjoy being under their Command and don't feel oppressed but rather free to express themselves and enjoy the server as this is still a game at the end of the day. They must be understanding and approachable when presented with problems. The end goal by achieving all of this is a thriving battalion that is respected and loved by those inside it and out. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I should be trusted with this position because of my actions in the battalion. I believe I have shown dedication since the day I have the joined the battalion and I will continue to do so everyday. I am known and trusted by those in Shock and the community when it comes to leading or just coming to me for everyday problems. I feel I have improved on my duties as an officer by increasing the amount of sim's I have done and I try to make shock a friendly environment and a pleasant experience for everyone regardless if they are in shock or not. I feel I am ready to take on the responsibilities of a commanding position and I plan to do them to the best of my abilities. 7. How often can you be Online? : I can be a lot more active as of late due to life slowing down and my schedule opening up again. I can be active for 6-10 hours a day or even longer. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose for any commander or vice commander is to promote the well being of a battalion. They are to watch over and improve the battalion in any way that they can. Shock Commanders and Vice commanders have the added job of making sure that all troopers in their battalion do the job correctly and fairly. They must be effective leaders and communicators as they are the head of a battalion and represent the battalion as a whole. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I feel like I am trusted by most in this server to be able to handle the responsibility's of this position (thanks to all the massive support on my last app you guys are amazing). I have already handled multiple disputes in the past and I feel like I have gained the reputation of fairness and generally being a chill guy to talk to about any problems. I feel I take criticism and improve myself to be better and that my intentions with this battalion have shown that I truly wish to do the best that I can for this battalion. 7. How often can you be Online? : My activity will be increased a lot due to school being out so I will be able to be online more often during the day. Thursday-Sunday I still wont be as active due to work but I will be able to be on during the mornings to afternoon on Thursday and Friday. Monday- Wednesday I will be able to be the most active due to no work or school and will be able to put in the most hours. I usually try to put in at least 3 hours a day.
