(ALL ET RANK | 100+ words)? I'm here for almost 1 year and I think I should remain in Event Team because I did some good job while being here. Also I'm always trying to improve myself and work on any mistake I make and I'm trying to avoid them in general. I'm always more than glad to help ETL whenever they need me because that's my job, I'm always trying to help other members of Event Team no matter what the thing is, do they need help about Event or anything else. I have some experience that other maybe don't and I'm using that experience whenever we need it, I'm trying my best and I'll keep doing that while I'm part of the Event Team. Literally all the time, that helps me track command duties I have in RP, also it helps me with Staff duties and much more, I'm trying to use it as much as possible. Why do you think you should receive this role? (Minimum 150 Words): I applied once for EET when I was ETM, at that time I wasn't prepared for this role, but now, since that moment and since I got SET my experience has become bigger than it was at that moment. I know I can do more and want to do more to help people and show my leadership. I joined the GL community 1 year ago and people know me very well as I know them, so communication between us was never a problem for me, we can solve any problem in any situation, help each other to fix issues, and keep going as if nothing happened and I'm sure that with this role I can help Event Team like I always do and like I will always do. I know nothing is perfect and there is always some small mistake, but with this role, I will try everything in my power to make sure mistakes don't happen. What makes you different from your peers? (Minimum 50 Words): Besides ET I'm a staff member for a while and that helped me a lot to gain experience and to decide what is the best option in some situations, not every situation have a good outcome for everyone, but I'm trying to make it like that if its possible, but rules must be followed. Everyone needs a chance to show and prove themselves, and I want to help them with that. How active can you be on a weekly basis?: Depending on my job and how often I go to training I should be available a good part of the day, and my time zone allows me to communicate with everyone. Are you experienced with mega events?: I am, I hosted a few and assisted in a lot of them, some went pretty well, some not that good, but I tried my best to keep them going with other ETs because Mega Event is teamwork, not only 1 guy work. How many events have you hosted since joining?: I have around 50 events hosted myself and maybe 30 where I assisted other people because I enjoy helping them. My events were mostly PTs because I get much more people and more people mean more fun.

Grade: 80/100 Efficiency: 20/25 Insight: 15/25 This was SEC LCPL, I mean there are a bunch of questions about security for example sub-branches, Juggernauts, or maybe even Wardens, marksmen, what they know about SCP's, site Codes, what does every site code means, etc. But anyways you got everything you knew about and could from him. Presentation: 25/25 It's a cool website and all, you did really good questions and answers, it was a really nice, cool story from the Sec guy, I liked it Writing: 20/25 Even If English isn't my main language, I was a bit confused in a few sentences and didn't fully know what they mean, but I figured that out at the end Additional comment: Try next time and get higher rank personnel for a better log, keep it up Overall: You did all good but as I stated up there, try and work more on your questions, they have to know more, and there's always more Test quality: Exceeds Expectations

Normal Grade: Lore: 20/25 Presentation: 20/25 Creativity: 25/25 Grammar: 25/25 Final grade: 90/100 I can see the further picture here, but there could be more RP like trying to cooperate with SCP-049 to make some new injection for brainwashing, this is just my idea you could use for next time, creativity is good, but I don't think this log is better than the last one, it's almost the copy of it just with another SCP, anyways keep the good work.
