-Support Medicals Sub-class activity has always been spotty with moments of consistent activity. Adding another subclass and job would hurt the health of the other couple subclasses. This description does seem more like a RP thing rather that a whole new job. Creating a RP specialization may be better for you and Medical for the future. Beckett worded this well.
