+Support Finally Alpha and Beta Ops won't look like boy wonder!
-
-Support The CI dog is tbh weak af, most the time you see someone on it they play it exactly like you would see someone playing as a 939 as that is exactly what the dog is. If you were to take just a moment and think about how to take it down, or stop it from being a monster then you wouldn't have an issue with it. Honestly a CI Alpha Op is more dangerous than the dog is, as they have way more things they can do than the dog. Not to mention soon the TTK might be decreased back to what it used to be, so the dog is going to have a indirect nerf anyways.

They are still redacted in RP for the ones that are, but it's also in a good place right now because back when it was redacted in and out of character people would just develop superiority complexes because they feel that they're special that way. Where SF are right now is a good place, and doesn't cause people to feel that they are better than anyone because they are in a SF. -Support

+Support 912 lame af
-
+Support If someone that has half the health of what an sf have can 1v3 them just because TTK is so long and hit reg wasn't in their favor that time then there is a problem with the TTK.

What are you suggesting? - That crossing negotiations between CI and MTF should be brought back. How would this change better the server? - As it stands right now negotiations are done in a way where upon meeting the opposing force from a negotiation it's just giving the person the agreed upon item to each other. It was originally removed from my understanding that it caused too many issues at the time it was around, but the server has changed a lot from what it used to be back then, no longer being as toxic as it used to be. If this were to be brought back into the server, it would bring RP back to that moment of the negotiation, but also bring more RP towards the surface as that's where most of the time it happens. In the current moment there is no reason to be worried when confronting the opposing force in the server right now as nothing can happen, but if crossing were to be brought back it would bring back that anxiety of confronting each other worrying about if they are going to strike or not. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Not really as the server has grown to be way more chill than it was before when it was allowed. Who would this change mostly benefit? - MTF and CI Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - N/A

What is your in-game name?: Ignis What is your steam name?: IgnisNuts What is your steam ID?: STEAM_0:1:516807893 What is your discord username: Ignis#0297 Do you have any other experience with staffing? Yes, a moderator on a Minecraft server that is now long since been shut down. What date did you start playing on the community? I roughly started playing SCP-RP ever since around November of last year. What date did you make your forums account? 12/8/20 How many warnings do you have on all GL servers? 3 What is your donor rank? Bronze Are you a staff member in another community? Nope Have you read the staff handbook? Yes Timezone: CST Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? I believe I deserve the rank of becoming a Trial Moderator because I have been in the server almost a year now, not to mention I try to make the server for everyone around me a more enjoyable experience the best I can. I have always been the type of person that is honest to whoever I talk to, no matter what the subject is, and haven't had any trouble telling people what happened in any situation truthfully. I have some experience with staffing on a Minecraft anarchy server before, but all that was, was to stop people that tried to crash the server, or make it lag intentionally. My time being on this server I have seen many examples of what to do, and what not to do while being a staff member here, not to mention I have seen multiple times from a player's perspective on what it is like to be a Trial Moderator / Moderator on the server that I fell like I could do an amazing job at it. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If someone was brought into a sit, and they were cursing at me, the first thing I would do is ask them calmly to calm down, as they might be having a bad day, or really might not be having a great time. If they continue to curse at me when brought into the sit, I would gag/mute them if it is really a problem. After that I would check logs to see if the person has actually committed Mass RDM, as combat logs would easily be able to show if he did. In the event that the person has Mass RDM'd I would let him know what he did, and let them know that it is not allowed on the server. After letting them know that I would give them a formal warning for Mass RDM, and request a 5 day ban for him from an Admin+. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? It depends on the bug that the player has been abusing that depends the severity of the punishment that the player would get. If the player is brought into the sit, and they swear they were following the rules, I would ask the person the reported them if they had any evidence of the player abusing the bug. If they don't have any evidence of the player abusing the glitch, then I would tell the person that reported the player that there is no evidence that the player abused the bug, but keep an eye out on the player that was accused of glitching to see if they continue to do it. In the event that the person does have evidence of the person abusing the bug, first you would have to see if it was intentional or not, as they were swearing that they were following the rules. If the conclusion comes to the player looking like it was an accident inside the evidence, I would tell the person to be more careful next time as it is a bug inside the server then close the sit. If the evidence shows the player intentionally abusing the bug, and I would let them know that it is a bug in the server letting them know that they are going to be punished depending on the severity on the glitch they abused.

This ain't even harassment or bullying??? Y'all must've grown real soft if you think this is, that or you got head so far up your own ass. Because that deadass ain't harassment by a long shot, mans made one mean comment that's it. Lemme show you the definition of harassment, under the laws of the United States, is defined as any repeated or continuing uninvited contact that serves no useful purpose beyond creating alarm. -Support

General Suggestion - Red Warehouse Suggestion - Denied
IgnisNuts replied to islandtoad's topic in Denied
-Support Warehouse Raids are easily noticed when CI start it up, so it is unnecessary for them to advert when it says multiple times in the chatbox that they are raiding the supplies. Like you must be hella blind if you don't see that in chat or the big bold letters on your screen saying that they trying to take the supplies. -
In Game Name: Ignis Steam ID : STEAM_0:1:516807893 Discord Name : Ignis#0297 If you have any SCP-RP warns, please list when and why you got them here : https://gyazo.com/a1b5b7143f8edd971f4347089825e806 1 more for NITRP When did you start playing on SCP-RP? : About November 2020 Why do you want to join Nu-7? (75 word minimum): I want to join Nu7 because I would like to have fun inside the branch again. I've had experience before inside of Nu7 beforehand, and it was a ton of fun being able to defend the foundation from any threat. The people inside of Nu7 made being inside of it really enjoyable to just hang around, talk, and just play a video game with, that's one of the main reasons I would like to join Nu7 again. If you've been in any other branches, list them and what your ranks are/were. This counts for all servers. : CI Mil LT-CMDR, Maintenance Adept Do you understand to get on at least every other day and keep yourself up to date with Nu-7? We don't treat it like a job here - but we do expect you to be notified and enjoying your time: Yea

Your In-game Name: Ignuts Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:516807893 The admin's name in-game: Bulborb What warning did you receive: NITRP When did you receive this warning: 10/17/21 Please give a description of the situation that led to the warning: So I was running around on surface with no intend to roleplay, but instead just talk to some old friends that I saw was on the server at the time, and wanted to catch up with them and how the server is nowadays. Then a RRH Analyst comes up to me, and cuffs me even though I stated that I had just wanted to socialize with some with some friends yet they persisted that I am forced to get in an rp scenario when I was clearly OOC. Cut to when I'm inside the facility, and I state to the guy word for word, "I have no intention to roleplay." Then thats when the warn was given to me because the context wasn't given in the sit saying that had no intentions to rp even though they forced me to. Mind you surface isn't like D-Block where there is constant action and rp, I was simply trying to socialize with some old friends. Then after that same sit the person that called the sit HSU Hawk, other known as Azreal came up to me on his staff job and yelled at me to get in roleplay or leave even though I stated to him that I wanted to just socialize with some friends, they acted like I was the only one in the wrong, like I wasn't allowed to be friends with people, and not talk or catch up with them. Why do you think this warn was false: I had no intentions to roleplay, as in I was out of character yet I was forced into a rp scenario despite being out of character. Evidence the warning is false: OOC can't be in character, as it is Out Of Character

This must seem pretty sudden to other people, but it's about time I say my goodbyes this time around. Pretty soon I'm gonna be heading out for the Air Force going to bigger places that need the help. But that's just how life is, shit's a highway that keeps on going. Thanks for the people that made getting on the server fun and exciting. Thanks as well as giving some experiences that I probably wouldn't of been able to experience without being on the server, some being applicable into irl skills, that some other people could use. This is usually where people put a list of people that made an impact on them so why the hell not I do it? Enuz: Other than the shit I heard, you were always a pretty down to earth dude that never lied even if the lie were to make someone feel better, you always told someone straight up. Warren: Mans able to diffuse about most situations that happened, and that takes some real talent. Smart as fuck dude as well, lead CI well. Fiery: A real brotha, get CDOP already. Toasty: Chill guy, and damn good at what you do, hope to see you go far dude. Saint: The GOAT Alexx: Another guy that is good as hell at what they do, mans always on that grindset mindset, you can go far with that. Cloaker: Anytime time you were around you made the whole place lively, and not seem as dead as if we were morning at a funeral with how many times I've seen that TS channel go from that to a lively place. Keep up the good shit. Deuce: Yet another great ass member of command for CI, anytime I saw you lead/help out with a raid it would always somehow end up being a successful mission despite all the odds against ya. Keep that shit up! Jolt: Man on the surface other people might not think that you do much, but man the shit that you do behind the scenes was always amazing, not to mention how great and honest you were. Gar: Overall an amazing dude to be around, and always was able to make a place lively and a fun time to be around. LukeMario: Probably the most lively person I've seen inside of CI mans is almost always turning a morgue into a party, not to mention how good of leadership skills you got, you can go pretty far with that inside and out of the game. Appel: Funny Dutch guy Cosmic: Funny Italian guy Bison: General cool and fun person to be around Blazzy: Hearing your spheals about code, and the different games with their own different code was always a blast to listen about. Yato: Relic of the past that was able to adapt to the new wave, keep up the great work! Lee: Great ass command member of CI, constant amazing work from you, reach for the sky with that shit! Hope: An amazing ass role model for not just CI command, but for many other things outside of the game. Not to mention how great of a command member you were when you were command, hope you're doing well! Zero: Honestly you were what I thought a peak command member was, actually putting effort into not only sub-branch trainings, but everything else as well. Not to mention how much of a down to earth guy you were. Was a shame to see you go, but hey that's just life. Thank you to everybody else that wasn't mentioned. Y'all have a good one! SEE YOU SPACE COWBOY

General Suggestion Adding Custom skins to the gaminglight store - Denied
IgnisNuts replied to MysteryGamer's topic in Denied
+Support This would def have a way bigger price to it if it were to be implemented, as SMT have to go through every weapon just to add in one new thing. -
