Trainings i would plan on doing are NCO Trainings quizzing them about certain rules that are crucial to know as a NCO to pass on to newer players inside of the regiment. As a officer trainings and knowing ur SOP/rules about the regiment by heart is crucial to correct and inform in a nice way to people when they ask a question/are confuses about something. Also as a officer u should be a person people are comfortable and feel welcome to talk to and work on making new players feel welcome to the regiment and want to stay.
