I want to help shock be the best they can I love shock and everyone in it and want to try my best to direct shock. I want to help shock sub battalions change and grow to the best of their ability. I would also like to make it so that people that represent shock in a good light be held up and put in positions where they not only help shock grow but allow them to put there opinion on how it should grow. I know my actions can change shock to better or for the worst, but I'll strive to change shock for the best. I would also like to heavily encourage enlisted and NCO's to put in more suggestions while a lot of them would not be accepted allowing inputs from new people will give this battalion to grow I know this battalion can be a cornerstone for this server. I also want to be in shock to help resolve disputes and help any form of shock so that not only do they get their main battalion duties done but to also do it correctly. I also want to encourage cross battalion sims and missions that could enrich the entertainment and growth of shock. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? According to battle metrics i have 1,212:34 on the server 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The commander or vice commander provide leadership and guidance to the hole battalion, setting goals and objectives. This could be by enforcing quota or making sure that people who are required to be at the battalion meeting attend or if circumstances do not allowed to put in a meeting excuse. There is a responsibility of facilitating a growth in shock security by updating the SOP for the main and Sub-battalion while also taking suggestions from any enlisted, NCO, or officer because while some are not of the rank of command yet their input should be considered do to all of them could be affected when it comes to changes in the battalion as a hole. The shock commander or vice commander is also tasked with maintaining discipline and enforcing the SOP when it comes to events and missions while we should have fun we should also make sure that we are following the SOP at all times. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I would love the opportunity to help shock grow and hopefully you will consider me fairly. I know that I do have plenty to learn I do get accepted in this esteemed position. I also will try to uphold the standards that are tasked of me for this job to the best of my ability. I fairly amicable to most to all of the people on the server and I try to have a friendly relationship to everyone on the server. I do not have grudges against anyone on the server and I am quick to apologize if I cause something bad to happen at my fault. I know many people can abuse this power given to them but I do not see this as just going to command it is also an opportunity to grow and learn while also entailing a responsibility when it comes to the duties of command. MSGT How long have you been in Shock? 2 months How much time do you have on the server? more than 400 hours Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer? I think I deserve the position of shock officer because I do not abuse the power that is given to me with the shock arrest baton. I just want the opportunity help shock have more activity and with sims and trainings. I am fairly friendly to my fellow shock and do not hold grudges and try to as objective as possible when it comes to arrests. I am on the job most to all of the time I'm playing and I enjoy the people in the battalion. If I can help enhance the experience of shock by doing trainings and sims I would do so. I enjoy every moment I had on the server with my fellow shock and am gracious with the time I spend with them. I know the responsibility of what shock officers need to do for simulations and trainings and I will strive to meet and exceed those expectations. I am disciplined when it comes to shock responding to defcon situations trying to help the new enlisted to get to positions and helping them prepare and the stations. I try to lead by example when it comes to these situations and when responding to AOS situations. When it comes to mingling with other battalions I have minimal to no quarrel with them since I try to friends with everyone on the server and I do not look for arguments and fights when it comes to interacting with other people on the server. Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position? I know the responsibility of command and how people can be tempted to use their power for personal gain I do not want this responsibility because of the rank. I want this responsibility to help shock have more activity with sims and trainings. I know how many people can abuse this power but I strive to help the Battalion as much as I can. I know many people can and have abused the power given to them by the baton and I strive to be a example to shock when it comes to following the rules when it comes to the arrest baton. I know that the power of shock officer can also be abused but if I'm chosen I will never abuse the rank and try my hardest to shine a good light onto shock. I can be trusted because I want everyone to have fun on the server while also following their SOP. I will never laud my rank over anyone and abuse the power of the rank I think the rank comes with a huge responsibility to helping engagement when it comes to enlisted and NCO's. I am grateful for every opportunity when it comes to shock activities and strive to do more if I get the ability to do more for shock. If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't? I can add more activities for shock since I work remotely I am able to hop onto the job more and do more sims and trainings. I want to do more raids on Pike and help build shock up where we can do said raids daily. I want to interact more with other battalions and do more cross battalion sims. I think the best would be holding a public sim where people hides on the ISD and shock try their hardest to arrest them. This activity will help enlisted shock to familiarize themselves with the layout of the ISD. The ability of me helping direct new enlisted when it comes to Defcons and help them on their day to day activities is something I enjoy and still do. NCO's and Officers are here to help enlisted and moderate them on their activities. Do to the friendship I have cross battalion wise I will have the ability to do more cross battalion sims more often. How active can you be? I enjoy going through rp events and generally have fun interacting with people be they other players or staff. I would love the opportunity of helping the server be fun and organized while being a trial mod. I understand the responsibility of being a staff and what it entails and how people could abuse the power that is given to them as a moderator. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I'll bring both the person who is RDMing and the person who is reporting them. If they persistently interrupt the sit I would gag him so I can hear what the reporter has to say about RDMer and if he has any proof for it on recording or if he has anyone that can collaborator that can show me any proof. If there is no proof I would fill out a warning for him for staff disrespect and if he said anything offensive while he was cursing me out I would fill out a warning for those also. If there is proof I will fill out the Warning for MRDMing along with the 5 day ban, I'll also warn for any Staff Diss and depending on what he said I'll also warn racist and/or homophobic remarks if any were said. After everything is done on the sit Ill return everyone and go on with the day.
