Why do you want to be a vice commander of this branch? From the day I joined the server I have been part of 501st plus has always been my main battalion and I wish to host frequent trainings and sims to keep the battalion fun for those new to the server I also wish to bring a new face to the 501st Battalion. In addition, I want to provide the 501st battalion with an active command member as one of the vice commander slots has been filled but the issue still stands. Through-out my time on the server I have only taken 2 LOAs and they were both short so I believe that I can be trusted to keep up my good activity. Another reason that I am striving to reach the vice commander position is that I want to help the sub-battalion leads and assistant leads to make changes that will help their respective sub battalions grow in a healthy way that allows all other sub-battalions to continue to grow in a way that does not damage the others. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I currently have 2 weeks or about 500 hours on the server . 5. What is the Main Purpose of a vice commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Vice Commander is to keep the battalion organized and well disciplined. A good vice commander should be active, know how to train officers and NCOs alike to be the best they can. They should be easily approachable for those with questions within or outside of the battalion, and they should be willing to help the leads and assistant leads of sub battalions to help them grow and thrive. A good vice commander should also be there to help do the behind the scenes work like updating the roster, prepping for meetings, and even looking out for candidates for the new ribbons and medals that have been introduced to the battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a vice commander? : I believe that I can be trusted as a vice commander because I am known to be highly active as an officer plus 501st has always been my main battalion since I joined the server, and I have wanted to make it better in any way that I could from the day I joined. In addition, I am dedicated to fill this position to make 501st proud and to assist in making it a better battalion to be part of and to work with. Secondly, I have been with the 501st for around 5 months now and I have seen it go through highs and lows I believe that I am reliable, and I have 501st best interests in mind. With Aegis resigning from the server Malo has become the sole command member within the 501st battalion, and I want to help Malo with running the battalion by becoming a vice commander. In this position I would be able to take some weight off of Malo’s shoulders and assist him with anything he needs done.
