Ever since I joined Gaminglight, I've put all my focus into R&D. All the way to the point where I try my absolute hardest to maintain the order of the branch, and do my best to command R&D. I do not believe there is currently anyone in R&D within the 05 Research team, and my intent here is to represent R&D in a sense as a honorable member of the 05 Research team. I feel this could be a chance to both show, and grow my growth in the Field of Research RP, along with other researchers on my path. I have so much more to provide from other applicants of this position. I have only received 2 Verbal Punishments. 1 for not knowing what NLR was. One for playing 939 wrong. He really does try and do a good job with it. -When he was in R&D he was pretty active, and if he is recruited again, the very same would be expected. -Although he could be a bit mingy, he still got the job done, and never failed to do so, but aren't we all a little mingy sometimes? Name: Neo Rank: Executive Researcher Discord: Neo#2337 Activity: 10/10 Ideas for CI: As an idea that disregards in-game, but rather in Teamspeak, CI does a good job keeping its R&D and CI RP channels separate, however, we still have yet to have a Off-Duty room, and I personally have recently noticed people who might be, I don't know. Playing another game, or discussing with people from other branches within the Operations room, or even more common, the R&D Lab. Which are both meant for RP rooms. It becomes frustrating at times, and I believe a Off-Duty room for CI would be a great help on the matter. How do you think you're doing? What you think you can work on?{Command only}: These past couple weeks have been somewhat iffy for R&D within the realm of activity, however I think we've been doing much better on the matter, and if there's one thing I personally want to work on, its to continue to encourage this and become more proficient in encouraging the matter.

Playing on my R&D branch is just manageable, but trying to host events WITH a supervisor is a pain with everyone starting school and trying to find a time to do an event supervised. Give me a week to try to settle in with school. Ill still be at the meeting, but I can't seem to find a good time to do a supervised event right now.
