Just want to clarify something here since it seems like people are confused, Criminals (with the exception of Tusken Raiders) may not kill eachother for no reason. That is RDM. In the MOTD we laid out every scenario where you can kill eachother, we also said that Tuskens and Dune Crawlers can kill anyone, we did not say that Criminals can kill everyone. If we put everything that people cannot do in the MOTD it would be 30 pages long.

As the SMT member of ImperialRP that is assigned to the Report Center, personally I do not see this change as necessary. I am able to distinguish between staff and player reports just fine.
