-Support You were the one I mentored when you first got WO and it is nice to see you grow. However before you recently got more active again, you had a bad streak of inactivity. You have been a 1LT for little over a month now and I'd rather see you get CPT so you can train a bit more with that power. Though you complain sometimes, you are a nice person and someone I would like to eventually see in SCMD. However I think you need more time as I haven't truly seen you act on your own accords, and you rely on your fellow command a a lot rather that handling things by yourself. Next time applications are out I hope you will have grown to fit what I would personally like to see in the position.

Sorry But -Support You may play more than a lot of people in low command, but that doesn't mean its a pass. In my opinion, scrolling through logs. You don't promote enough as a low command should, I have never seen you host a PT or Off meeting, or much less speak at a meeting. You may know all the rules/ins and outs of our branch, but I don't think you put enough effort into the branch compared to some unnamed low command. I am not discrediting the effort you have put in thus forth, but simply saying it does not beat expectations and what some other low command are already putting out. (Bael I have known you longer than most of Security Command and Security in general. I'd like to think we are buds. It is because of this that I have to be honest with you, as I would hope you'd prefer honesty over being fake.)

Don't think that makes much sense. That isn't me countering an argument, because "Get Good" Is not an argument to counter. It is me asking for him to preferably provide valuable discussion material. Unless you would prefer the phrase "Get Good" over actual debate and conversation? I stated it was being subtly toxic, and it is lmao. What else is that phrase supposed to do? It isn't meant to garner discussion and it isn't a compliment. I mean sure, I get it. If you would rather have needless and goofy slander over a good and well spoken discussion then yeah, I understand you now. Now I think we should end it at this and if you wish to have pointless debates on how to properly argue and what toxicity is we can talk over it in private, but for now I would like to only see + and - Supports here please. Thank you for your input Skela.

The knives already took the fall and then got rebuffed more than any other melee I've seen get nerfed. This is not a gensec post however and the knife is not solely utilized by dclass. I would disagree, I say that it is very easy to get multiple backstabs. When riots occur the enemy will not and is not coming from just one side, they are all around. Not just riots but in general combat as well, if there is a good amount of people, then you cannot kill the guys all around you. Its easier to do on a 200 200 CC, but a security officer who is weaker than a pro dclass? forget it. Would you not prefer to be able to use more than one melee weapon? The fact that you are crutching on it rather than the many DCLASS CC weapons such as deagle, duel berrettas, tec-9, and so on shows that it is more usable than even the guns you are offered. Yet instead of trying to make it so you don't have to crutch on the knife, you prefer to leave things as is.

If your only reason as to why they shouldn't be nerfed is one I have already addressed followed by "Get Good" I would recommend you try using your noggin a bit more lol nhf. You may think its funny and sure it is but I would appreciate it if you set your subtle toxicity aside when on the forums and act mature. Best of wishes.

What are you suggesting? - We nerf the CSGO Knife damage, at the very least the Backstabbing damage needs a severe nerf. As you will see. If it will not be an overall nerf. I suggest we severely nerf the backstab damage of these weapons, lowering it enough so that it will take 8 hits to kill a 200 200 CC rather than 4. How would this change better the server? - Fix an old issue that only came about because people thought it was nerfed too harshly. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Aside from people being mad that they cannot main a knife instead of a firearm anymore? No. Who would this change mostly benefit? - Everyone who has to deal with the most commonly used melee weapon on the server and its broken backstab. Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - What I think would be helpful right now is some common reasoning and logic. The knife is 10 Dollars, yet every weapon more expensive than it is worse in close combat. People who own the Scythe and Golfclub still use the knife because it is simply superior in every way. Not because of raw damage output, but because of the crazy range and speed of the knife. It is not a stretch to say that the CSGO knife has one of the best reaches and hit accuracy on the entire server. I cannot think of one other melee that was nerfed and then rebuffed to such an extent that it is still used over firearms and other donator melee weapons. How often do you see people running around with the fubar, X-mas hammer, and Scythe anymore? and you hardly see bats because they are just too trash. FOR THE FOLLOWING TEST WE USED A CC CALLED "OMNI PURPOSE SECURITY FORCE" A 200 HP AND 200 AP CC WITH AN AVERAGE HITBOX. LEFT CLICK SLASH (FAST SLASH-WEAKER DAMAGE) HITS PER 5 SECONDS (5-6) RIGHT CLICK SLASH (SLOW SLASH-HIGHER DAMAGE) HITS PER 5 SECONDS (4) ^^Already It is among the fastest melee weapons in the server^^ ATTACKING FROM THE FRONT Left Click Slash- 400 Damage in 11 hits Right Click Slash- 455 Damage in 7 hits. ^(Reasonable damage right? 8-10seconds to kill. Balance is pretty good for Front slashes. I can live with it ^-^.)^ Oh boy, here we go.... ATTACKING FROM THE BACK Right Click Slash- 440 Damage in 4 Hits Left Click Slash- 455 Damage in 7 Hits (4 Hits to do 440 damage. In a mere 5 seconds you can kill a 200 200 CC with a good hitbox. But lets be real, how often are you at full health when in a fight? Almost never, so you will die even faster from these knives most likely. People utilize knives in chaos against multiple opponents, 9/10 times you will NOT be at full HP and AP. You will die so fast if you have a lack of it. Good luck to Security enlisted and Nu7 Recruits right?? This is a 200 200 CC, most classes do NOT have that. So unless you are in Omni-9, have fun buying your CC so that you die in 5 Seconds instead of 2.) -"People, I know you love your knives. I loved my Christmas Hammer, but we have to use our brains and push past our own selfishness and desire of having a busted weapon for personal use, and do what is best for the server. I Guarantee CSGO knife sales are much much much higher than those of the dive knife, trench knife, bat, hatchet, claw hammer, etc. Don't + or - Support based on your personal bias, base it on reason."-

+/- Support. I'm more for moving BACK the line a bit more. When people whine that research can't do tests and security is always losing D-block, but then want them to lose D-Block and have hands up on 24/7.

It was not just security. We had at least 15 MTF. These MTF were comprised of many OMNI9 and SF. One Cannister of Gas won't kill people if you miss. The throws were terrible and practically missed all Gensec and MTF. Our combined brain power was good enough to realize that the best way to avoid being gas, is to just go where the gas isn't. Therefore deeming the gas ineffective. . It does not matter if one or 2 men have 500 hp and an inaccurate crazy recoil minigun that is 100% one of the worst weapons to try and aim with. 25 Foundation shooting in a straight line will still come out on top, its basic field combat logic. The Dclass don't have cover, nor did they have it in the old DBLOCK. Keep in mind that the first barricade structure on this new map was replaced because you guys thought it was too OP for Dclass and you wanted to help Gensec. You and me are on the same exact Dclass CC, the best one on the server. I can name 40 times in the past week alone me and other CCs took over dblock. Earlier that day, not even an hour before this. Gensec lost Dblock and the Dclass got to armory and held dblock. Sniping us from the back, making it so we could not get back into Dblock. They do a complete takeover of dblock multiple times a day. +Support You can give 30 dclass mac10s like you guys were doing, they will still die just the same and they cannot breach. You were giving them scopeless SMGS that are meant for close range combat to use against people with accurate weapons that are far away behind barricades. It makes sense that this riot was ineffective, we practically had all of MTF in Dblock. After they left and SMT stopped rioting, dblock fell. Took 5 wardens to hold it until our boys were done with NLR. Frankly, I don't care what happens to dblock. Security can adapt. But Rang told us he wanted less partial lockdowns and more hands up. I don't think this will help us achieve that goal. lol, I appreciate the balancing efforts more than you know, as I adore my DCLASS CC but this isn't the way to do it. A more effective way would be returning DBLOCK to how it used to be when the map first launched. Even right now DBLOCK is fallen and has been multiple times since the change. lol, once again I'm fine with it if you guys say we need it to stay like this.

-Support Don't think he's gone far enough in many branches yet, coolness and good attitude aside, I think RRH should not only be on the server for a decent amount of time, but also know what it takes to go farther in the servers command structure.

What are you suggesting? - That we implement a basic day and night cycle within the foundation and on surface. Meaning a cycle in which it goes from sunshine and bright lights within the facility, to night sky and dimly lit halls in the facility. How would this change better the server? - It would create a more ambient and at some times creepy environment, as a relatively dark foundation for a period of time makes things more creepy and reminiscent of the original containment breach game. It would also just be cool as hell to have the lights within the foundation darken for prolonged periods of time, and as stated above it would create a more suspenseful atmosphere for those within the foundation, and perhaps even make pvp/pve creepier to a good extent as well. The dark is scary man. Just think about it, night time on the surface would make all raids so much more covert and fun, not just raids on foundation, but raids on non foundation as well. Don't even get me started on SCP's and anti foundation within the now dimly lit hallways of the site complex. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - I honestly cant think of any besides people just having a personal preference for a daytime and an always bright foundation (asides from when lights are shut off completely of course. Who would this change mostly benefit? - The server as a whole, making certain things more suspenseful and changing the ambience entirely. Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - I do not know if any workshop content would be required for this, however I feel as if it would not be too hard to do. After all many servers have day and night cycles, and though I don't know much about modifying and adding things into a server, creating a cycle which changes the sky and light sources at different intervals spread over long periods of time is in the realm of things that are doable.

What's up man? Sad to see you leave. You, Me, Sinnik, Creamey, Sixx, Mind, etc. We built security up again from where the previous command left it. We did some good work together, but you did much more for the branch than I've yet to accomplish. It's not a goodbye since we talk quite often. But it will be lame without you in LCZ. Invictus.

(150 WORDS+): As senior command, I feel like I can bring more of myself into the Gensec branch. CPT is a nice rank for sure, and one I have not taken for granted. However If I were to become a Major, I feel as if the ideals I place on security can be implemented more and ultimately bring me closer to the goal of making Gensec fun for everyone in my own way. A little bit of Ape's homecooked Spice if you will. In my time as a member of Gensec, I have witnessed the scrapping of our entire command and their replacement. I was lucky enough to be one of the members of this "new command" era and I can safely say that It is much more fun for me now than it has been for a long time. I've been here for 9 months yet 6 of those were spent as a Sargent Major. Yet I still stayed loyal, never went inactive, never transferred, and kept trying and trying again. Each time I was rejected I changed what the issue regarding me was and adapted to better fit the role I desired to obtain. I have no issues laying down the rules, and also have no issues admitting to my mistakes and lapses of judgement. That coupled with the fact that I am not someone that lets our branch be trampled on, makes me feel like I have a good older brother sort of appearance too our lower ranks. Which I enjoy because though rules and strict behavior is important for sure, security is also meant to be fun and enjoyable. It's a game, a game we have invested hundreds of hours into. I think that as a Major, my culmination of experience and what I've accomplished with other members of command will not go to waste, and will allow me to impact this branch more than I ever could have before. My ultimate wish is to leave a mark on security, not a gross and foul one, but a mark that will stay engrained in the heads of those in our branch even after I leave (whenever that may be, not anytime in the next few years I assure you). If I obtained the Rank of Major, I would be closer to that ultimate goal. So yeah, that's about all I got. I am lucky enough to be a Deputy head of the exciting new wardens branch, and being a Major would also help me gain influence in that field. As all other Warden command members are SCMD+. 11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: I would direct them back to D-block and once in an area they are allowed to be in with no permission required, I would ask them what they were doing in LCZ without permission. After receiving the answer (or lack there of) I would explain to them that they needed NCO+ Permission to go into LCZ, and even then it is only for specific purposes. Once I'm sure they understood, I would go back to my duties and make sure they do theirs. If they did it again, I would be forced to strike them. 12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: I would tell them that their reasons are flawed and not useful or acceptable at all as an excuse. Since they are an NCO I would be a bit less lenient than I would be if they wre a new enlisted. NCO's Should be held to a higher standard so I would tell him not to leave D-block again unless he had an actual reason or else I would take action. 13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I would inform them that they hold no power whilst I am there and in most cases wouldn't hold power anyway. Due to their refusal to cooperate I would ask them to leave D-Block and if they still would not abide by the rules, I would contact a superior officer and as a final resort a member of the Moderation/Admin team. 14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: I would explain how much of a jump enlisted to NCO is and how they will be held to a much higher standard and be expected to set an example toward the Lower ranks. I would tell them how they can now be trained for JFTO. I would also inform them that as a SGT they can now lead patrols in LCZ, and also enter LCZ with good reason. Which entails giving enlisted Permission to leave D-Block as well. I'd tell them that they would now have the ability to call hands up and Partial Lockdown on DEFCON 3, and that hands up should be activated if there are more than Three D-Class rioting. Same applies for Partial Lockdown which should only be called when there are Five or more D-Class rioting. I would lastly hand them the link to the NCO guide and suggest they read it carefully before having them request their tags in discord and giving them their whitelists.

If it didn't need to be stated in MOTD, Then why is it gonna be in the MOTD when its updated next? Rang said that it is gonna be added in, if It was so "Obvious" then they wouldn't need to put it in motd.
