+Support Dick Grayson has been using his physgun off duty for a while now, really ever since he got Staff, I told him to stop using his physgun off duty so many times I can't count. Besides being told to stop multiple times he should have also read the Staff Handbook and known that he shouldn't be using his physgun off duty. -Support Dick Grayson has the right to use props in CI Base, as he stated he blocked the entrance to the SCP Room so no one else entered I see no issue with R&D Command doing this. A Removal is way to much for something like this, I would feel a Strike or talking to would be best. NOTE: Dick Grayson has been previously striked so if he was to be striked he would be demoted.

There was no intent to enter Sarkic Spawn, someone (not going to name them to keep SF Identity JMT+ can request if needed) was showing Omen a way to get on top of the sarkic base with the world props from bar. Omen feel down to this little cliff you can see Omen stuck on, there is no way to leave without going through the sarkic spawn because of the pole. Omen had no other option to get unstuck except drop down and run through sarkic base. You can see Omen dropped down left ASAP, Omen didn't want any issues. Accidents happen and Omen doesn't see a reason for this to be more then a verbal warning which was already issued.

I think you need to report the 30 other people, all actions related to the reputation system on the forums haven't been influenced by actions in game but content you've posted on the forums which is what the reputation system is made for. I've looked back at the content Yato posted that I quoted, I found only one thing that I find could be toxic, while I don't endorse that part of the post Yato made several good points that are legitimate. Further more I've only given you a dislike once on the forums while you've given me a dislike twice. This post has been removed by the Forums Diplomat Team but I still have a screenshot, it shows you not only be toxic towards me but towards all of CI. +Support Jackcat135 has broken the Staff Handbook so many times I wouldn't be able to count and given childish responses on the forums. If something urgent comes up in life you can call a fellow staff member to finish the sit for you, you shouldn't just end the sit without making a solid verdict.

+Support Jackcat135 has not only abused his powers off duty as seen in this evidence, he has also shown a lack of knowledge towards the rules. I have two clips consisting of him not knowing what metagame is, not knowing how to use logs correctly, not knowing how to warn someone via SteamID (Really the only way you should warn someone for safety reasons), AFKing on Staff uncloaked on Surface, not knowing that your not allowed to AFK on Staff, and physgunning me when I stopped him from AFKing on surface. The two clips were sent to SMT and JMT as I didn't see a reason at the time to make a report as these are mostly rookie mistakes that can be corrected by being retrained and supervised without needing punishment. I won't be making the clips public as I don't want to cause drama but if JMT/SMT would like to review the clips again feel free to contact me on Teamspeak and/or Discord.

-Support While "Technically" this is violating the MOTD, You shouldn't only view something from a technical stand point. If we look at this rule, why do you think it was created? I assume the rule was created so Class-D don't spawn props in combat zones and so they don't abuse props. (ex: Spawning blast doors in Upper D-Block) With the information in mind on why this rule was created, do you think it is fair for Thin to be warned for trying to enhance an RP situation out of combat? After all lets not forget the reason we're able to spawn props in the first place. If Thin is not a donator rank and is using donator privileges off duty that is something that should be dealt with in the Staff Team, not something he should be warned for.

What bug is occurring? Last Branch Update that updated Hotshot set the HP to 200 and the Armor to 175. The issue is that the current stats are 175 150. Is it tied to a specific job, swep, player model, etc? CI Hotshot Has it only occurred once, or is it continuous? continuous Please provide screenshots or a short video of the bug in action:
