This will hopefully be my last comment. Syn told you, both of us actually, that he had no recording or evidence of what he said being true. But, you still took his word for it and warned me with zero evidence.

I get a sawed off out of my inventory for defense. Syn runs in as I spawn it yelling mug, with a gun out. I kill him. I then get pulled into a sit by Nathen because Syn reported me for RDM and Failrp, saying that a gun dealer can't kill. I mentioned yes I can defend myself from attack. I asked for proof from Syn and Nathen and was given none. I was warned and returned pretty quickly. I feel this is a false warn, as it is NOT RDM to defend yourself and not failrp to do so either. I unfortunately only have the text logs of what I said as I had not hit record in time before I was warned. Any extra information: Nathen is the same mod I have a confrontation with yesterday, when he threatened to warn me for Failrp after I called him due to being arrested with zero evidence. I also apologize in advance for the swear, I lost my temper a bit when they refused to provide proof. Note that Syn's 'proof' and argument was that I did not have a shop, but I had a sign up outside and this happen right as I started to build. The police should have to have actual evidence before arresting someone. I got arresting for 'breaking and entering' when I was standing outside someone's house, no tools out or anything. They arrested me solely based off the persons word and because he did /me hands camera footage, with no actually recording. You shouldn't be able to be arrested based off of someone's word. The SNR said 'Well he had a camera up, so why would he lie?' I can easily put a camera up. Does that mean I get to make fake claims against anyone I see? I just want a standard set for evidence, no more arresting off of what a random civilian claims. Unless they have actual proof.

The only new thing about revive is that you can be arrested after getting revived for a max of 8 years. The officer should not have instantly arrested you, as far as I am aware anyway.

+support Just read through his warn list. Multiple warns a day and almost every day? Yeah...His most recent one was just yesterday as well for breaking NLRx2 and NITRP. A lot of his warns are for RDM, so I sense that he is not actually here to RP, more like he's here treating it like deathmatch.

There needs to be a punishment allowed for PD giving false tickets. Such as when I got arrested for robbing a store. Which is fine, I robbed it. Then an OFC gives me a 1k ticket for robbing the store. I was told to tell staff, I did and was told there wasn't anything they could do to him, except tell him not to do that. I feel there should be some sort of punishment allowed to be handed out, as what's to stop them from ticketing a car for the max amount, if nothing is going to be done to them? Edited to add: He also admitted to shooting out my tires for the same reason, which nothing was done about as well.

It helps the PD/FBI/whathaveyou relax and try to RP more as well, because they don't have to worry about getting shot as soon as they pull up. Made for some solid RP with ColeSoft when he was FBI and chased me down in ravine. Rather than a shootout we did some nice RP. Ended with me in jail but hey, it was fun.

One of them was due to an idiot rear-ending everyone. The truck? We still don't know how he managed that.

Kade, I was NEVER given discord or told about the forum section. But if I'm supposed to be psychic then you're looking at the wrong person.

Why, after 5 months of activity and nothing being said to me or Keuka, do we get our whitelists stripped and lose all our work, because we were not told about Discord, roll calls, or sign ins? And then to have Maral sitting there telling us it's all our fault and how irresponsible we are, for not being psychic and knowing about all this. Telling me I'm irresponsible 20+ times and how it's nobodies fault but mine when my trainer never told me and neither have any of the EMS I have been working with? I get told, oh you have to go reapply and be retrained. Why? What's the point in doing all that work again, when losing my whitelist was NOT my fault. This lack of information just lost at least three EMS that I saw and probably more. I found it highly disrespectful to be told how it's all my fault and I'm irresponsible and that Tigers never tried to get it sorted out. I just instantly lose my whitelist. @Keuka
