+/- support Hate to say it, but when I had a family member break me out of an arrest in progress, they were verbal warned for NOT adverting jailbreak. It seems like this is one of those things that either isn't being enforced evenly or there's confusion on it.

+support Whilst offensive jokes should not be tolerated, this was actually fairly mild, and long enough ago that you seemed to have learned your lesson.

- Support Was there during all of this. You were told so many times to stop and to take it to forums and Logan's supervising HA, but you refused to listen and kept going on and on in chat. Logan gave you plenty of opportunities to stop before he finally warned you. Totally a deserved warn.

As far as I know I wasn't gagged. And the typing wasn't what got him caught.

Ok so...Would I be able to talk if gagged? I'm unclear on this as I don't kidnap often.

Wasn't ARU it was a mod. But yeah, people were telling him that they had to do the gag advert, but he kept saying I was wrong. So now I'm confused on how kidnapping works.

Are you or are you not supposed to advert gagged if you want someone not about to speak out loud. I got kidnapped and they smashed comms. They did this in front of ARU base so naturally they saw. ARU walked up to negotiate, I say help, and apparently it's failrp to use your mouth when you aren't gagged because 'it's a communication device.'

I did not say they were biased. I am disputing the warn as it is invalid based on the lack of evidence.

As previously stated, I had my weapon out before you ran in, as I was spawning it for defense during my gun dealer time. Neither you nor Nathen provided any proof, and Nathen himself said he was going by what you and I said.
