I believe I deserve to be promoted up to Captain due to the activity, and the continuous leadership I have shown during my time as PD Command. As a Lieutenant the main job you have is to be able to get a good understanding of how the Command team operates and functions, I think I have done that, and am ready for the next step in the Command team. I also have improved my ability in dealing with situations that may be very tense or heated, I've learned how to do this during my time as SRT CoCommander & as a SuperAdmin but I also believe that PD Command is completely different than any of those and you deal with reports on a much more constant basis. I believe I can also continue to help build the foundation of the Police Department by supervising some of the supervisors who are training the newer 'generation' of officers. I will continue to bring the other skills I have acquired from my 3+ years spent on the server to continue to help PD be the best that it can be. I have been in command in a variety of depts, from medical, to state, to tac. During this time as command, and as Co-Commander of SRT, it has taught me extremely high levels of leadership & responsibility. I have been able to work hand and hand with some of the best command & fellow members on the server, and during this time I have learned a lot from them. I also have extreme patience which I believe is a valuable asset that I could bring to the command team. This is a valuable asset due to how testing people can try to be at times, and being able to know how to properly handle these situations is a major advantage. I also have a lot of experience on the server in general, I have been in the community since 2019 and have accumulated a total of 0 warnings. I have a very good understanding of how the community works, and how the departments on the server operate. Being able to spread some of this experience to newer officers is a valuable skill I can bring to the command team. On top of all of this I also believe I bring a very positive reputation and hold myself to a very high standard. I don't really ever see this as a problem, I play a lot of crim & gov and have never ever had a problem with being smoked too much, it's annoying.. yes. But thats the point of it, and it's one of a few advantages gov gets in big robberies.
