Knowing this I knew that I would have a lot to learn about the dynamics of Low Command or any type of Command for here. Anything from leading, meeting responsibility's, promotion's and keeping up with the guidelines of promoting, other command interaction, or even just on scene commanding. Through that though, I would say some of it came from being a SM, but mostly a lot was from LT. Undeniably in my opinion, I would say I've learned and put all those to the job. I have made every single PD meeting since LT besides one, I have dealt with multiple occasions of reports, promo's, command issues, and meeting's. Along those lines I've also seeked to help lower ranks get courage to keep playing PD and trying for a higher rank. Doing ride along with even SNR+ is also a thing I would say I like to do, it offers opportunities for lower ranks above OFC to get to meet their command and even get seen by command when they do good. As a person who has reported people for things, and so on, Snuts has been one of the more frequent Staff to take said sits He's calm, collected, and knows how to punish well. I will be changing my support. +support. The reason I'm going to change is for the fact recently he has been grinding on PD a lot. Ik it's still not what some other people who applied for LT does, but it does show dedication and hard work to get to said LT. I also do belive that he wont be inactive what so ever If he did get accepted, I recently just got back around a week or so and I'm said to be active and got LT. There is nothing in the -supports other then just activity, and I think that has changed. He is a good guy and a good officer, so that's why I'm +supporting.

Massive +Support Vice IMO, has been one of the greatest people to come to GL. He has been a hard working, dedicated, and fairly nice and approachable person. He has been there for anyone that has asked for help, and does his staffing job correctly and actively. If any admin had to apply rn, and I could only choose one to be SAdmin, it would be Vice.

Mixed Feelings. Locus, I do indeed think you are a good officer, and person, I just need you to try a little harder on PD. If I see the activity increase in the next days or weeks, Ill +support it. But for now its gonna have to be a -support, sorry.

(150 Word Minimum) As someone who plays the server nearly everyday, I have seen many many times where staff is short handed and sits have been pilling up. Its sad to see someone I'm riding along with on gov have to switch onto staff due to "pile up" of sits, and them being stuck alone trying to deal with them. I have plenty of previous staffing experience on GL and other things like FiveM servers and more. I have currently 3 weeks of said game time, even though I'm 99% its more then that. I would say being staff in 3 of the Gaminglight servers I have built a good sense of how staffing works, how to act, and the rules. I am not staff in other community and nor will I ever be, Gaminglight is where I find my peace and where it finds me. I'm also looking forward to applying for event team soon and having fun. Main key to anything is to have fun, and at the end of the day that's what us staff are meant to keep, the fun. Most of these skills and wise choices of being in any type of COC have mainly come from PoliceRP, in no other department then PD. Currently PD is my only and will be my only department for a bit. I've been a SM for around a year now and have seen everything from how to treat OFC's and how to deal with command situations like suggesting a promo, or maybe talking to another SGT about something they did wrong. In gaminglight I have been here for 2 years now and have been in almost every corner, Command, Low command, Officer, Enlisted, Supervisors in multiple departments, servers, regiments, branches, and units, spred across all 3 servers of MRP, PRP, and IMPRP. With that being said I would say I've had my ups and downs, so far having staff reports against me and that were proven. I am a better person now and definably have learned. I would also say I've been called to many situations as a SM to be there to help dispute or solve a problem along the lines of something low command would do or higher supervisors. Also I have been putting a lot of time on the job, around 8-10 hours a day or so and have been majorly having fun, which is needed when playing a game. I am mature when needed to be and in RP I would say that I'm pretty good at RPing things out. I am a type of person who goes for realistic RP over uhhh, dark RP? I have been in PD for 2 years now, have not had any strikes or demotions, nor do I plan on having strikes or demotions in the near future. I wish the best of this application and anyone who reads it.
