As stated in your warn appeal (by the way you don't have to make a separate one for that as they're linked.), this is denied and the ban is to be extended to one month due to your consistent negative behavior. Regarding the word itself, used in that context it was clearly meant to be a derogatory statement.

That's definitely not what you were saying as shown in the screenshot. I do not appreciate lying, especially on appeals. Due to this and due to your constant negative influence on the community, I will be extending your ban to one month. I hope that in your time off you can take that opportunity to grow and mature.

If you're going to test something you should make sure you have consent and since testing is an OOC interaction, you shouldn't be trying to impose RP elements such as FearRP.
