I will be giving my side of this as well since I was one of the 3 staff members in the sit and had answered a ticket. I will be +supporting for the reasons listed below With that being said. Here is how the sit played out. We had received two tickets simultaneously, one which I took, and one which Maroon took. Maroon brought his person to where I was at and we decided to combine the sit since they were both reporting you for the same reason at the same time. You were handling another sit at the time. We were informed by both that they were talking to Overseer Jack while there were other people around the PCP and near elevator. They stated you then proceeded to post the following advert as followed. (also, warning via verbal isnt allowed either as there has to be adverted) You then teleported to one of the ST's and began to tell your side, that you knew who they were and that you killed them, giving the excuse that there were multiple stormtroopers at the time trying to enter into PCP Bunks. You continuously did not want to listen when we tried to tell you that the above warning cannot be used as it is considered invalid. your excuse was "I seen other people use those binds." Kio was called over to the sit to confirm with us that the bind is an invalid bind and you shouldn't have killed them as there is no warning in the message other than you saying warn 1/2/3. once kio told you, only then did you proceed to change your bind. I would also like to add that we did not use your kill count against you, we had stated that based on damage logs, You RDM'd multiple times, which is a clear cut case. When it came time, I believe Sainty came over and wondered what was going on, in which Kio and Sainty went off to have a discussion. When Kio came back, the ST's were informed that if they believed you were at fault, to post a report on the forums, and were given a link, along with your in game name and steamID. You then became completely unprofessional and belligerent, stating "this is fucking bullshit", "where's your proof", "you need video evidence", "you cant report me without evidence" You then proceeded to state to both ST's, myself, Maroon, and Kio that you had video evidence and that you would post it on the forums should the report be made, and said you even went to check if you did. I have asked permission from an Admin+ to post the below information that i was able to snip before having to rejoin the server.

I've been off cooldown for a while now, and I cannot attend meetings, at all. the meeting times conflict with my work schedule. I believe I've been stuck at TMOD because of this as it seems the only way to get promoted from TMOD to MOD is to attend the meetings. So the reason I applied via forums was due to this, along with the staff application format stating I was able to as long as i met the requirements.

I was made the weekend supervisor, so i dont really have any annoying visitors on my shift since they know if they make me do my job, i do it and i do it well. i do get ones that like to cuss when you deny their visitation though and we cant tell them why. And if by minges you mean people doing stupid crap and getting in trouble, yes, on the daily. Most violations ive wrote in a 12 hour period is 14.

I could name a couple lol The wackiest person i probably had was a guy in his mid 40's to 50's and was in on a drug trafficking and escape, he was placed on in-house(restricted to the building and has to complete certain programs) about a week prior to this incident. I'll call him wolf for the story. I was working 2nd shift which lasts from 2pm-12am at the time, and i was giving another client their medication for the day, which was around 9pm. After i gave the client his medication, Mr. Wolf came up to the control room and said he needed to go outside. I asked him why and he said that he had a bus waiting outside. I peek my head around the corner and see its pitch black out so i tell him "hey bud... the bus dont run this late, just go back to your bed and lay down." He just nods his head and goes back into his dorm. I start to file a bit of paperwork and look at the dorm area and see him standing on the wall of the dorm area trying to look outside, so i yell for mr. Wolf to come to me and ask him "what the hell do you think your doing?!" His response: "a little girl wrote a message for me on the window, can i go up there and read it?" "No, theres no message on the window, just go lay down" he just nods his head and goes to the vending machine and buys a bunch of snacks. Like 30 dollars worth and goes back to his dorm, i think nothing of it and dont hear from him. Then i came in the next day and another client comes up to talk to me. "Dude, you gotta hear this." "What happened." "Well, when lights came on, i saw a soda on my foot locker and when to drink it, fkn wolf was under his bed and screamed at me saying not to touch it, those snacks are for his friends, he's having a party" "I think your fuckin with me." "Nah man, look" Man pulls out his phone and all i see is wolf hiding under this dudes bed, snacks galore, with his shoe propped up next to the snacks. I go talk to wolf, and walk up on him talking to his shower shoes. "Dude, what are you doing?.." "Talking to my shoes, coz they take me everywhere i go" He didnt stay much longer after that Then theres the situation that happened last year that caused a new hire to quit, i thought it was funny, i'll make a TLDR for that one. Her first day she got chased around by a dude who was wearing nothing and was crapping on the floor while chasing her.

I Would explain to them that Mass RDM isn't tolerated on the server and inform them that due to their actions on the server, they would be receiving a formal warning for Mass RDM and a 5 day ban, and if they would like to appeal the decision made, they may file an appeal on the forums. I would also request to them that they should read the MOTD upon the next time they join and hope that they learn from their mistake.

Due to the fact multiple staff members have been having issues with them doing this, and the fact that he's been warned before for it, i say +support.

As he finished his sentence, you begin to jolt awake, looking around before reaching under your pillow and grabbing the book, hurryingly making your way back to the Sith Library and placing the book back on top of the shelf you found it on, hidden from all other eyes. You take one last look of the books cover, noticing the red crystal embedded to the front of the book glowing brighter as you hear the sound of parchment paper being written on. Maybe he's updating his story again? you think to yourself. You decide to leave the Sith Library and continue on your normal duties, walking past a person that was making their way to the Sith Library. wearing a grey robe. and gold armor adornments...
