  1. +Support for the DC-17m Rifle buff. The DC-17m is not only a rifle but a basic weapons platform for both the DC-17m Sniper Rifle, DC-17m Anti-Armor, and Shotgun attachments. The base rifle itself should be more effective against infantry and more of a decent tool in that regard. The weapon is good but could be better with this new buff. But, however, -Support for the DC-17m Sniper Rifle nerf. In any regard, I believe the Sniper Rifle is in a good place. The regular version has a damage output of 400 and an RPM of 75. It is a decent Sniper Rifle and only for 20 store credits (IC Package) makes a decent and formidable weapon for those who don't want to shell out an extreme amount of money for a CC and receive the NT which has a terrible RPM but a massive amount of damage which is 500. If the purpose of this nerf is to increase the chances of a better follow-up shot and possibly increase it's viability for the Scout Sniper subbranch, then this is the worst way of doing this. I do not mind the +1 to magazine size, which I might add is good, but it is understandable to decrease damage for such an upgrade. But seeing that the Criminals do have access to not only the Black Market and the Ion Disruptor as well as the AT-RT, TX-427 Variant (the one with old Clone Wars color scheme like TX-130), and other heavy ordnance (i.e. a rocket launcher which ammunition can be crafted for, the BM Z-2, and other craft-able/purchasable armaments etc.). Everything that is in either the crafting stations as well as the Black Market are very viable and can compete very well with standard Imperial Equipment save for a select few such as the DC-17s Dual Pistols, DC-17m Sniper Rifle, E-11D, and other weapons besides the TL-50.
  2. 07. Just like you and Rux, I am glad that I had the honor with working alongside you as Vice Commander. God speed, brother. Take care and hopefully you can hop on once in awhile.
  3. - Support I believe myself to be a critical thinker when it comes to someone moving up or moving down in some sort of hierarchy. I take all factors into account and try to establish a very well thought out opinion. In my experiences, this sometimes works out with people actually having a peaceful debate. Others do not, however, and that is quite troublesome. Here is my reasoning as to why Kio SHOULD NOT move up the food chain or even consider waiting to "mature": Harassment - Kio can be a good person to get to know and probably get along with fine until constructive criticism comes his way. To some, he'll brush it off and keep on moving. For others, however, he does take things to an extreme. When I was to be Sev (my first time around) I have encountered a troubling report about a situation that did involve one of my troopers with Kio. Although it DID NOT happen on the respective jobs (IC and Nova at that time), I still take these things seriously. Kio did receive some criticism from one of my majors at the time in which made Kio attempt to make dialogue with this individual. He popped into IC Lounge after the statement was made, which I had no idea about its existence, and Kio proceeded to act somewhat childish and blurted something out along the lines of "Is that how you really think, huh?" The person in question was away from the keyboard at this time but they still received the message. Later that day, this person who am I talking about hopped on their moderator job and saw Kio there, alongside them. They began to speak to one another, which was nearly one-sided, where Kio told this person off about their comment. Again, I consider this harassment but others would argue against it. But, however, this one of my examples. Emotionally Compromise/Anger Issues - Everyone gets a little angry once in awhile and a tad emotional. But for Kio, it's a different case. I am no stranger to being angry about things (may it be big or small) but I can calmly hold back my frustration during conversation and not allow my own issues cloud my best judgement. During an event I was randomly hand-picked for Ground Command when the previous one crashed. I joined the Event-Briefing channel and was greeted with familiar voices. One of them was the GM (of course), a former General (long since promoted now), and Kio. Due to how stressful the event was, I can understand someone getting a tad enraged which how shit things were going but Kio did take things a tad overboard. As soon as I entered the channel, Kio pipped up and basically threaten me with "If you say anything about the event and how terrible things are or even attempt to say anything funny, I will make sure that someone REMOVES you from everything. M'kay?" I kept to myself afterwards and led our forces to victory, never interacting with Kio since then. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I continue on with my second point for the sake of keeping me focus on my day-to-day but I felt like I should say something that needs to be said. During a mission/event briefing, Kio had another episode with his outbursts and demanded that people A) straighten out, B) shutting up, and C) if they cannot handle that, then they can leave. I didn't skip a beat and I left with the majority of my men and we stayed in bunks. At this point, his attitude was getting out of hand and he needed to take either a chill pill or a small break from GamingLight. This behavior is not needed in SMT nor should it be in HCOM in the first place. Especially when Suns, Sainty, and Starchy (among many others) can handle criticism, don't allow their anger get the best of them, and naturally work well stress-free. For my closing statement, I understand for my points/opinions I clearly have no means to back these up. But, I can say for sure, he does act out of line. I wish Kio would understand that he should either take a break and reflect on his mistakes/wrongdoings on this server or waits until he is mature enough to handle the big tasks that SMT handles. Especially with a emotion-filled, short fused person known as Kio.
  4. +Support Great Officer Dedicated to his battalion and his men No nonsense and hard working Knows when to hold 'em and to fold 'em Amazing Squad Lead (I am formally his Overseer)
  5. This is a sad day in the roller-coaster that is IC but I was glad to serve along side you. Take it easy, keep in contact while you can, and stay safe. o7
  6. +Support This man would be a great addition to IC Command. He is amazing Officer and conducts himself well and all of his points that he made in his application ring true. I speak highly of this and I know he deserves this position. More than I ever did when I filled the position twice. o7
  7. I hope things get better for you, Astro. I was glad that you were still around for both times I have been Sev. I thank you for your time on this server as well as some of the joy you have brought to me during my time has COL and VCMDR. God speed, brother. o7
  8. We didn't really talk much while you oversaw Imperial Commandos aside from discussion among IC Command Team but I would like to thank you for being apart of my IC career, nonetheless. It has been an honor working with and under you, Goat. Take care, my friend. Take care.
  9. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name): IC CSLD LTCOL 6924 Reaper 2. What Regiment are you applying for?: Imperial Commandos 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?: Due to the recent events that had plagued my beloved battalion, I would like to rectify and fix IC for the better. I have experience in this position as former Vice Commander Sev and I have some close ties not only to the Officers, NCOs, and a good majority of the Enlisted but with the current Command Team as well. I worked closely with these mentioned individuals and I know that IC can and will make an amazing comeback under my careful and watchful eye again. That being said, however, I just think it would be beneficial to have IC Command to be at decent strength. I am coming back to the fold to better IC once again and possibly get my favorite battalion to greater heights. Under that notion, I will be pushing forth more Sims to keep IC moving as well as focus on mingy side of IC a little more. I have seen that side of IC and it is not that bad but it's existence is still prevalent. It will be slowly trimmed down and appropriately snuffed out as well as better equipped IC with good Officers and NCOs who are capable at their jobs. 4. How much game time do you have on the server?: 872:39 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?: The main purpose of a Commander or Vice Commander is to guide willing individuals and teach them leadership skills, how to conduct oneself in certain roles (may it be NCO or Officer), or how to handle their responsibilities. Although that is small portion of their purpose, Commanders and Vice Commanders do handle certain things on a daily basis that most in the battalion won't be able to handle. Command Teams are set up to establish stability among a possible lawless and chaotic battalion with no definable Command. Their purpose is to not only establish some sort of law and order but to set some sort of example of humility, composure, and promote the core values of said battalion. Due to their position as Command, Commanders and Vice Commanders are more experienced with a variety of situations which can better help those who are stuck in a rut. May it be dealing with battalion disrespect, incompetence of an NCO or Officer, or just plain minge-like activity, there is nothing that any Command Team cannot handle. They can also hand out punishments as they see fit and make examples of troublemakers. To my understanding, Command Teams are usually the most understanding folks there is and will approach a situation with grace and clarity rather than with hostility and anger. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander?: I do the experience in this department and will hold the core values of IC to even a higher regard than before. IC is my family on this server and I do understand them to a degree. I know I can handle what it is to come as a regimental command and I will not flake like I did last time. IC members trust me to lead them, to teach them, and hear them out about their concerns and worries. In IC, we are a brotherhood of people who stick together and accomplish mission objectives, make memories, and just have some fun at the end of the day. I know I can be trusted to lead these troopers into battle and that I have their backs at the end of the day. I can't exactly fill those shoes that were left behind one of the most amazing Vice Commanders I have ever had the pleasure to be led by but that individual has set some things in motion for me which I have learned from and even used myself from time to time. I want to be like him and as well as be a similar mentor to someone else when it is time to either move up or move out. But I don't see myself leaving anytime soon, so don't worry about it. 7. How often can you be Online?: 8 hours max. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?): I have none.
  10. Hello, folks. It's your favorite neighborhood Sev, Wraith. I am here with some news for all of you - I am resigning. I understand what's going on and how Ravix's and I's resignation will affect IC as a whole. I had a blast, I love this community. It has this pull that just brings you in when you find the right people to hang around which makes the server way more enjoyable during any hour of day and night. I made some amazing friends and I am so glad that I met all of you. I love coming on and seeing random explosions, stupid memes, and seeing the most zaniest stuff. I couldn't tell you how many times I almost died laughing because of one of you guys pulling some wacky stuff. I got a few honorable mentions here that will be in this resignation post. Please understand that if you are not listed doesn't mean anything negative, I just couldn't fit every single person that comes to mind: Rux - I love this guy. He was one of the many people that actually got me back into the server after leaving for many months. Just remember, man, to knuckle down and make sure that your grandmother doesn't get stuck in the snow again! I love you, man. Hotshot - God, where to begin with you? Honestly, I had the most fun with you and I remember that one time we did an event together. Thank you for spawning one of my favorite voices/characters I have ever thought of. Captain McSpice Pants will forever live on in my heart. Also -- I think another amazing event is order. I love ya! Nimo - There isn't much between us aside the fact but our interactions is something I'd like to cherish. PC - Pretty good guy overall. Maybe we should play a game of HOI4 soon or something. Make sure to keep your head up and continue on being the best AHGM ever! All active IC - This YOUR message that I will be giving you collectively. Keep up the good work, show off your prowess and make sure IC is good while I am gone. It has been extremely fun and don't worry; I'll pop back in once in awhile to chat with you guys. I'm not leaving for good, you won't be able to get rid of me so easily! Other than that, knuckle down guys! Have fun and make sure to make some memories with your fellow battalions! This is basically a home for everyone! I'll come out of my reserves when I know the time is right.
  11. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : IC OSS COL 6924 Sigma 2. What Regiment are you applying for?: Imperial Commandos (IC) 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?: I believe I am one of many capable officers within IC that is better suited for this position. I've been Low Regimental Command for some time and guiding my fellow Commandos is what I have been doing for so long. I usually rehash on their combat, hacking, and demo/scout sniper skills from time to time. I ran PT to punish those who might've made a mistake or demoted them when necessarily needed. After all that has been said, I usually tend to my duties as Colonel of IC which is basically overseeing Tryouts, assisting/participating in Simulations/Training courses, and giving advice/aid to those who are becoming or had already become an NCO or Officer. I have learned many a thing from my higher ups and I wish to keep on doing that and becoming VCMDR will still give this ability but on a more higher level of understanding. After all that is said and done, I usually consul those in my battalion about certain that had transpire among my fellow brothers. We hold each other together and aid those who happen to be suffering, especially those outside of our battalion. I love this server, especially during the most dysfunctional of times, and I wish I can do more. I don't know that becoming a VCMDR will get me there but I believe it is a step in a certain direction I would like to take. 4. How much game time do you have on the server?: 2 years+ 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?: To govern, assist, lead, and guide members of the immediate battalion/regiment. Both VCMDRs and CMDRs alike can do these very things and take those under their wings if needed. To a degree, their job is to mainly trim the mingy side of the battalion, promote order, and guide those who are willing to commit to the cause. Due to their positions in the ranking of battalions/regiments, VCMDRs and CMDRs keep law and order to stable degrees. Although expected among NCO+ and Officer+, our VCMDRs and CMDR have taught me and others among IC valuable lessons such as accountability, composure, and what it means to be a leader. They are the glue that binds and holds against wear and tear. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander?: I understand my fellow Commandos and have worked alongside them extensively after mission, event, or sim/training exercises. We are basically a family and we work together to make IC a better place for those who are joining. What I am saying is I'm suited for this position seeing that I have the trust of my very own troops and I can say that you shouldn't have any worries about any mingy IC under my watchful eye. I usually keep a close eye on my troops during sort of event, mission, or simulation/training and help those need it or have trouble understanding certain concepts. Although my actions may go in vain, I still try my hardest for my battalion's wellbeing. 7. How often can you be Online?: I'm always on the server during the majority of the daily/nightly hours but it usually ranges from 4 to 8 plus hours. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?): I have none.
  12. In-game Name: SCP 001 Gate Keeping SteamID: STEAM_0:1:575026720 DiscordID: Major Rogal “Eliksni” Belitrov#3088 What division do you want to join (Military or R&D): Military How would you rank your knowledge of the lore?: I'm not as well versed in the lore of SCP but that doesn't make sense to necessarily anchor it down. The lore of SCP universe is quite fluid with different variations of the world. It's all up to the reader/enjoyer. Why should you be in Chaos Insurgency? (75 word minimum): I believe I would be best suited for CI through my experiences in ImperialRP and fireteams I usually do during those events. Yes, I understand that doesn't necessarily translate into the SCPRP server but I thought I'd give this shot. I already escaped once. I hope to hear some word back on this and probably see some progression made. I hope this isn't too much of a bother, either. What is something that sets you apart from other applicants?: I wouldn't know really. I guess my patchy but relevant information on certain SCPs like 106, 096, 1000, and etc. How active can you be?: I can *possibly* get on at least three times a week. Do you have both Teamspeak and Discord: Yes, I do have both seeing that I need both Discord for updates/alerts for ImperialRP and I need TS to keep in touch with my battalion.
  13. Just like Ravix here, I agree with all of his points here. I understand that most things are either overused or underutilize but there is one point I need to make while I have this time. You don't take initiative when it comes to taking Command for IC. At least I don't hear or see you doing it. If I need to be corrected, please let me know but I have never seen you take that role for any Event or Mission. For those who have no idea what I am talking about, we allow lower Enlisted/NCO the ability to lead during events or missions. It's our own personal GC (Ground Command). By allowing Lower Enlisted/NCOs to do this, we give them the capability to gain experience in a leadership position as well as learning how conduct oneself as such. I believe this is an amazing tool that we use here at IC to assist in the possible future pick for Officers when the time comes. But, right now, I have to add on to Ravix's minus here.
  14. Current rank: SFC When were you last promoted?: Four days ago. Have to ever been striked in IC: how many warnings do you have, and if you have some, how have you changed since?: No. How active will you be? Be honest: I am highly active on IC as an NCO. This will never change, however, seeing that I quite enjoy IC. Do you hold a specialty in IC? If not, which would you prefer: I do not hold a specialty but if I did, it would be Demo. Are you qualified to train IC RCTs: Yes. Why do you want to be an IC 2LT: We always need room to prosper. Why do I want to be 2LT? I feel like it is time for me to take on this responsibility. Why should you be trusted to become an IC 2LT: I have no strikes, I don't minge, and I have proven myself to VCMDR Sev on multiple occasions and I will continue to prove myself time and time again. do you understand that receiving a strike will get you demoted from 2LT: Yes. What advantage would you bring to ICs by becoming an 2LT: Coverage over early morning/late night lower enlisted ICs who decide to hop on.
