There would be 5-10 spots at most (depending on what those SMT minges do). It would be the surface D-Class since actual towns usually have civilians within them

Yes, problem is that the foundation has small hallways, also when your fighting someone they usually have a gun out instead of the hammer, so when they do pull it out your dead. Yes I do understand most of this and from a owner or management or the customers as they expect that they want what they bought or sold. The other 90% the people whom have I not purchased the hammer such as myself see this as a version of "pay to win" seeing as you purchased a OP weapon which is finally at a fair place, I would be fine if it is buffed a little but -support to its original state.

Its pretty bad, u know I jump around a lot. For example a gamma command has 275 hp and 250 armor, either your really good or its OP since I get 3 shotted

What you want to see? - Civilians added back Why should we add it? - So Chaos Insurgency and Epsilon-11 and MTF for that matter can actually feel like their in a town or in the world. What are the advantages of having this? - Civilians would bring something we have not seen in quite a while, they would spawn in the town and could roam the surface, CI to them are the local military occupants or police until they get proof that proves otherwise, they would think the same of MTF. This would also allow Event team more options to work with for events, I do understand that with the mining system abolished some players would not understand the addition of this and get bored, but you would have a lot of unique situations to deal with. Who is it mainly for? - CI/MTF/Surface occupants. Links to any content - Just use the old civilians model and D-Class fist swep ( my apologies I could not find the links to them!)

-support You have more custom classes then almost any branch, and you dont need a OP hammer to kill 9-10 CI raiders when you have a site full of armed people
