  1. Best defense ever. This isn't your steam id. Please correct your steam id or we won't be able to process your appeal.
  2. I love when the format has Post name: “General Suggestion - NameOfWhatIsBeingSuggested” and people decide to just copy and paste that in the format randomly, rather than actually titling the post correctly.
  3. As stated by others, this suggestion should be directed at CI Command, as it is a SOP issue, not a MOTD or server wide issue.
  4. Work with CI Command to develop something that they approve of and then we can perma prop stuff when something is developed. A formal suggestion isn't needed for something that can be authorized by CI Command.
  5. DENIED As this is a warning appeal, rather than a staff report, I am upholding the warning and denying the appeal. Based on the video evidence you provided, it shows you close a door, the researcher in question then opens it, requesting you kill them, to which you state is referring to the D-Class on the other side of the door. At no point does the video show you telling the researcher to not open the door, explain your low health, or take any other action than just blasting the researcher with your shotgun. Proper action in this instance, if he were endangering you, would have been to express that, order the researcher to step back, attempt to handcuff the researcher, and then shoot them. Jumping directly to shooting is improper, and failing to follow an order from a MTF member is not a valid reason for an immediate KOS. On a side note, you're more than welcome to put in a staff report using the clips you sent to my DMs via discord while I was at work, however I find zero evidence to support any sort of staff bias charge against the admin in question. The final decision for that is obviously not up to me, but just my two cents.
  6. Custom Jobs that are deemed inactive (or whose owner is blacklisted) are also periodically auctioned off to interested parties.
  7. 1) The first amendment (freedom of speech) guarantees the United States government can't arrest you for expressing your ideas and opinions. Last I checked GamingLight wasn't owned by the United States Government. 2) You are free to absolutely express your own opinions here, but that doesn't mean you aren't free from the consequences. The server rules and staff handbook clearly state that racism/homophobia/etc slurs are not tolerated in this community. You are therefore being held accountable for your action that you freely chose to express. 3) Well, Call of Duty, Fall Guys, and every other multiplayer game routinely bans players from their services for engaging in misconduct, such as cheating, exploiting, toxicity, etc. In person facility like gaming arcades will kick you out if you cause a disturbance there, even if you paid your entry fee. It's pretty well established that if you break rules, your privileges to participate somewhere can be revoked. 4) The ban actually is quite clearly labeled as being issued by Head Admin Rookieblue, which is me, by the way.
  8. Accepted Thank you for the report. Appropriate action against the player and or staff member will be taken to ensure that they receive the correct punishment.

    Bright Appeal

If you're disputing the second warning you should be making a warning appeal for it.
  10. Denied After evaluating the evidence and testimony provided, this warning is upheld. As clearly shown in the second video, the appellate in this case was receiving fire, quickly ducked into cover to heal, and then exits from cover shortly after. The cover in this case was the D-Block elevator, which while does provide cover, still allows combatants to maintain visual contact with each other. Simply ducking behind somewhere that provides cover does not constitute a break in an active firefight. This would be the same as someone rounding a corner, healing, and coming back, or in the previous map, a D-Class shooting at GENSEC from lower D-Block, ducking behind the tower to heal, and then shooting again. The appellate's arguments in this case are not persuasive, nor hold up to scrutiny.
  11. Accepted Thank you for the report. Appropriate action against the player and or staff member will be taken to ensure that they receive the correct punishment.
  12. Denied This incident was already handled by in game staff. A verbal warning was issued and I don't see enough evidence to override the staff member's discretion.
  13. It may have been OOC, I honestly don't remember it anymore. But the only difference between advert and OOC is yellow chat, so that really makes no difference.
  14. While playing on PoliceRP as a Dispatcher I observed the above player advert, "Who wants a blow job". In this specific case there was no need for a sit, as the evidence of the offense was extremely blatant for all to see, and multiple people in the chat made comments about the statement. Our server is primarily played by those underage and we take immediate and harsh actions against players engaging in ERP to avoid any potential issues. Had I taken you into a sit, the end result would've still been a warning and ban, and there was no evidentiary value of taking you into a sit. Additionally you knew what you did wrong as well, and should've clearly known that it was not allowed, which further shows a sit was not necessary in this case.
  15. Moved to correct location. If you were restricted due to a chargeback, I'm frankly shocked you weren't blacklisted.
  16. SCP 1424: SCP-1424 is a safe class SCP. SCP 1424 appears to be a canine of the Alaskan Malamute breed. SCP 1424 is generally very friendly and has some anomalous characteristics. SCP 1424 is permitted to freely wander the HCZ, LCZ, and D-Block. SCP 1424 is required to follow personnel when provided with a dog treat SCP-999: A safe class SCP. SCP-999 is allowed to roam the facility and poses no harm to foundation staff. In fact, SCP-999 has been seen treating a patient's depression and appears to promote joy in people and entities around it. SCP-999 has the intelligence of a house cat and has a diet that consists of candy. Its favorite activity appears to be routine tickling of both humans and SCPS. Allowed to roam the facility, with the exception of D-Block. If given candy you must follow the person around. The above SCPs must comply/follow personnel that follow their rules.
  17. Accepted Thank you for the report. Appropriate action against the player and or staff member will be taken to ensure that they receive the correct punishment.
