Denied First of all, I would like to thank you for your suggestion! Our community truly runs off of suggestions and it is much appreciated. For the reasons stated above this suggestion has been denied because we do not believe that it will benefit the community or can have foreseeable related issues.

It would just be too confusing to check a bunch of different places with the size of our staff team. Use discord.

These benchmarks are not relevant to us because we use a fully reworked ULX. I would never use ULX straight out of the box on a server with more than 64 players.

Please know we are making a conscious effort to remove content that isn't widely used but sometimes we will have to make hard decisions like removing bitminers for the better of the entire playerbase. We ask that you bare with us as we optimize the server further over the next few weeks!

HUGE Optimization Round 01/24/2021 Due to our recent feedback form, we realized that about 90% of players would rather us have less content with less lag on PoliceRP. So that is what we are doing with this. A lot of addons are currently on our list for removal for the future but we will start with these and see how it affects lag. Added NEW 911/CAD System Handcuff/Kidnap System (switching to a more lightweight system) Changed All jobs switched to new kidnapping system Optimized Deathscreens Weapon Balancing Removed Bitminers (THIS IS TEMPORARY!!!! This is primarily to test without the addons in a live environment. As many of you know production environments are VERY different from test environments and this is serving as a test for us!) Panic Button (replaced by new CAD system) /911 command (replaced by new CAD system) Current Handcuff/Kidnap System (over-engineered for what we actually use it for) Trashman System Police Trunk System (surveying around the server, not many people even knew how to use this) Drugs+ PS: If you are turned away from the server due to this update, all we ask is that you play the server for the week and see the improvements to server performance. A lot of these WILL be replaced with better, more optimized addons that will benefit everyone!

Your Map Differs From the Servers Gmod Fix The most common cause of the "Your map differs from the server's" is that you have an outdated version of the map OR the server hasn't auto-updated to the latest version of a map and you already have. To properly fix the issue, you first need to remove the map from your GarrysMod folder, which can be found under your Steam folder in your SSD/HDD Once you navigate here, click on the maps folder Scroll down to the .bsp file that matches the servers, right-click and delete After deleting the .bsp file, attempt to load back into the same server. If the issue persists, the server may have a non updated map file. You may also not have enough STORAGE to download the map

Couldn't CRC Map FIX The "Couldn't CRC map" issue on GMod is VERY common especially when manually installing addons/extracting addons. This error is mostly saying that it did not install properly and you have to reinstall it. The fix for this error is very easy. Get Rid of Current Copy Depending on how you installed the addon/map it could be in a few different locations. Delete it from the following places: garrysmod\addons garrysmod\maps garrysmod\download garrysmod\cache OR with the 2020 workshop update, it could be located in the steamapps\workshop\content\4000 folder. Just search the workshop id of the map which if you go to the workshop link it is the numbers at the end. Redownload the Map If you are getting this error when joining a particular server, we HIGHLY encourage you to let the server auto-download the map for you instead of you subscribing to it through the workshop. When downloading things manually through the workshop, we have noticed there are a lot more chances of things going wrong with the download. If you are going to download the map from the workshop, let the map download with your game open, once finished restart your game, then join the server you were trying to join. Hopefully, this helps people as much as possible with this issue! Cheers!

Not a huge bug. We have no control over the layout of that screen as it isn't hosted by us.

WireMod would not work on our server properly.
