I just want to say that State is a very RP heavy department and the department showed me absolutely nothing but the best of the best. I am leaving state due to my acceptance to the staff team, I want to clear up this life up so I can focus more on Staff, SWAT, PD and EMS. Everyone who I have talked to in state are well disciplined and overall nice people, may you all have goodluck! I appreciate working with you all, may we work together in the future. - Support I think we should entrust in our staff team to do the right thing, superior staff will ensure the working staff will be doing nothing but their best. This will just add people complaining about staff procedure which they may not be educated on and can cause drama. I think this shouldn't be added and continue the way staff conduct their tasks.

Nick Hunter's Police Course UPDATE PO1, Essentials (Police Officer 1, Essentials): Status: Reworked | COMPLETE PO1, Essentials was reworked for the main reason of the training system being removed so I put a lot of basic fundamental material into PO1, Essentials. This class is aimed for OFCs-SNR. Material covers the very basics. PO2 (Police Officer 2): Status: COMPLETE PO2 was written to be taken after taking PO1, Essentials. Using previous knowledge of PO1, Essentials combined with knowledge you will learn from this class (PO2) you will understand the material of fundamental police work and responsibility. A room clearing simulation has been added to this class. SUPV1, Essentials (Supervisor 1, Essentials): Status: In-Progress This class will be aimed for CPL-SGM. These are for the supervisors that are fairly new to the Supervisory team. This topic strays away from regular police work but instead covers the role model, professionalism, instructional part of Supervising. It should still at least be reworded, and explained more. FearRP goes in-depth, NLR should have a couple lines on the specifics as well.

Okay, now reading the posts above I understand it better, I agree with Beelzebub on having it reworded or having it under one line combined together. I made this post basically because there was confusion when I heard people arguing over it. Thanks for the feedback.

What you want to see? - In the MOTD under "1-) The Basics" it says about NLR (4th Line down) "If EMS is online and revives you. Then your NLR timer starts when revived." But this conflicts with another rule stated in the same category "1-) The Basics". Further down the list under this category it also states... "If you are revived by EMS, then there's no NLR, therefore you remember your past life based on what happened. You MUST RP IT OUT THOUGH." Why should we add it? - I overheard an argument about if being revived by EMS gives you NLR or not, I think this should be fixed to prevent confusion and arguments in the future and an easier time enforcing the rule by staff without having to debunk the MOTD. What are the advantages of having this? - The advantages are simple, fix 2 rules overriding each other and to fix future confusion and arguments. Who is it mainly for? - Everyone.
