I have decided that I want to focus more on staff and the event team, as I've played on this server in a RP way for a couple years, I want to focus more on my staffing career with Gaminglight. Gaminglight is a multi-server business, not an ordinary Gmod community. Your suggestion is valid and the voice of the players are VERY important, I am voicing my opinion too. Best of luck with your suggestion!

+ Support Active member of the community (Since July of 2019) 0 Warns! Good answers to the scenario questions, proves that the applicant actually looked through the staff handbook. Good application. Recent forum account creation (Not really a reason to -support but let it be known) Spamming forums to look active. Although the applicant spammed to reach the minimum requirement to apply, I don't believe that is enough to terminate the application.

+Support MOTD States: "1 form of FailRP is rushing with a riot shield to hit a criminal with a weapon." This is the only rule in the MOTD that I have found in regards to 'Shield rushing'. I feel that this is already considered 'FaiLRP' from a staff perspective if this was a ticket but it should be made more clear in the MOTD.

What you want to see? - A rule called 'Providing Care' is introduced to the server. Providing Care rule: If a dead player has waited the 3 minute EMS timer and EMS arrive on-scene and are actively providing care to players, you CANNOT respawn, even if you have waited the 3 minutes. Why should we add it? - This recently has been a reoccurring issue, players wait the timer of EMS and respawn even if EMS is on-scene providing care. What are the advantages of having this? - To allow staff a more definitive answer to solving these problems when these reports come in. It is very deterring as an EMS provider when you arrive on-scene during a busy day just for a player to respawn when you are just about to provide patient care. Who is it mainly for? - Everyone. At the time of this forum post I warned him again for prop minging because he was just now on the server prop minging again. He is not going to stop.

What you want to see? - I want to see the addition of 'Tactical Insertions' into the server. Why should we add it? - It should be added because if members of the Event Team want to create a FFA (Free-For-All) or TDM (Team Death-Match) or other events that require players to respawn often, it is difficult for the Event Team member to coordinate every single person that died and TP them back while watching to make sure nobody is breaking the rules or trying to ruin the event. What are the advantages of having this? - Eliminate the time of finding out who died and bringing them back to the event. Event goes smoother.
