I am pretty sure he took certain letters out of the word "minge" to manipulate it and make it look like he was saying the N word.

The problem with photon is that we were sacrificing server population and players. The lag was unbearable and less people were on the server, it was becoming a problem. - Support.

As an admin, our job isn't to force people on staff who don't want to do their job. Its like me waking a fellow worker up, serving them breakfast and forcefully driving them to work. It causes problems and isn't how things should go. If they dont want to get on duty and are relying on higher ups to remind and force job them, then we have a problem. + Support

+ Support In the past I have had to dealt with defendants/prosecutors running and minging in PD, without officers actually being able to taze or arrest them (because they are considered a government job).

In my opinion, this ban was justified. Me and Nimo responded to a support notification with Vlad (or Mike) with the exact same TS name as Mr. Valkyrie (dont know how to spell his name). Upon arriving, he told us in TS chat to get Zeeptin because he had a "money issue" and owed 500 dollars. Obviously this seemed kind of strange, so we asked him to confirm he was actually Mr Valkyrie. He then changed his name to "Mike" and told us it was a joke and that he didn't mean it. - Support. You shouldn't be joking about stuff like this.

I would advice adding your own "touch" to the application. Maybe format the text differently or color it to add differentiation.

Honestly, just respond to some forums posts and make some of your own and your content count will increase without you even noticing. Try playing a wide variety of jobs, both criminal and PD and make some new friends.

This allows you to socialize with other members and meet new people The Forums - Try to be as active as possible. This can be as simple as sharing your opinion on a staff application or writing a SOP for the regiment your commanding! - Try to stay open minded and respectful on the forums. Don't be hostile or randomly down vote posts - Being active on the forums also allows you to stay updated on whats happening within the community, so stay updated - Don't post anything inappropriate, this falls under common sense. We are all here to have a good time - Don't spam the chatbox or be obnoxious within it. Remember though, it isn't just a small little decision you make off the top of your head. Staffing can sometimes be stressful, but it still an enjoyable and important role.
