Fully agree, staff team is more then capable of assisting the community understand rules. Being personally upset with an outcome of a sit does not negate the current and clear cut rules included in every servers MOTD

I check the forums on a daily basis via mobile, mainly stick to my respected server topics aswell as general to see if there is anything new Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat? I personally feel I would be a good addition to the forums diplomat team as I have a great feel for the forums layout and what is expected in each topic channel. In addition with my near constant availability (via Mobile) Im able to assist in topics on the go as well as at home. lastly I feel my level head and Unbiased look upon topics can aid in assisting the community on a forums level. Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision? A situation I would describe would most likely be a situation I had at a workplace in real life, in said situation a member of the managerial team was harassing a co-worker of mine verbally. I took it upon myself one night when very hurtful words were said towards my co-worker to step up and act in the situation against the manager in question, I knew the risks of possibly loosing my job for doing so but at that time making sure my co-worker was okay and treated with respect was more important. at the end of the conversation my co-worker was attempting to leave work early but was unable to get a ride home. I then took the action of driving said co-worker home on my own volition to make sure they got home safe. this situation was a very difficult one for me, risking my career and income to make sure people are safe was definitely a nerve racking one but for sure the right choice looking back. How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers? I would first go to the players profile to see where they have posted to find all posts regarding the subject at hand, I would then lock or hide said posts depending on severity to prevent further community issues. i would then contact SMT in assistance with the situation Via the Needing-SMT area in the staff discord and await their response while checking the forums for any following posts. How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? I would firstly asses the situation regarding the thread, from that determination I would issue a written warning in the thread to politely ask the people involved to keep conversation Civil and Constructive. If the issue is still present after such response I would lock the thread to await SMT decision on the warn. I appreciate the time taken to look over my application and hope to be one day working alongside the Diplomat team.

Woke up to being dead in spawn by same perpetrator

In Regards to the situation, I accepted a RDM report from Shivers. As I checking the logs and inspecting the situation I determined from the logs and inspection tool that it looked like a crossfire situation. As I left the logs situation it was apparent in the OOC chat that there was discourse between members on the server shivers included. when asked to stop by both myself and other staff shivers continued and was muted by Matilda. This caused shivers to lash out in voice chat regarding SL members and staff bias over them, whilst attempting to explain the sit that was reported shivers continued to lash out about staff members and other players, after being verbally told multiple times by me to "be the bigger person and calm down so we can assess this" he chose to continue with brash comments about me aswell as other staff team. I then chose to go for a formal warning to properly report the issues at hand. shortly after there was a report (which I had assumed was regarding me) and matilda took said sit, all that I can recall from that sit as I was not involved was that shivers was asked to make a forums post and was unmuted, roleplay continued afterwards Id like to state I nor other staff dont condone things said from all parties involved only that shivers had continued after being asked to stop. 3WAY Piss Shivers ➞ Expert Thief (Diamond+) platinum: I'm talking shit with 4 SL people but I'm the only one that gets muted 3WAY Piss Shivers ➞ Expert Thief (Diamond+) platinum: [OOC] You aint got shit. In regards to this situation. A report was Made by State Trooper Hans Against a player named Bar ( had no knowledge that it was infact foo with a different name) When I Tp'd over my microphone was sadly not coming through in game so quickly fixed it. Hans had informed me that a Prop/Entity (in this case a solar panel) was spawned inside the vehicle as Bar (foo) was being transported to DOC. Both Hans and Foo were rather upset with eachother and after being told by both me and Jon Shoeshiner (who was on DOC Trooper at the time) to try and calm down so we can get the full story Foo Continued to respond with hostility towards Has and the situation. during said hostility Foo chose to Repeatedly use the phrases "you are a Fucking Retard" and other obscenities' towards Hos In which i pulled Bar (Foo) to the roof and jailed for 300s and gave a formal warn for Player Diss | Prop minge. Foo has previous warns for Player diss and deemed it fair to Warn him again for the situation. After the warn and jail were served he chose to DM me in game with questions regarding the sit I Explained simply why the warn was dealt. He then Proceeded to make a report asking other staff for their verdict and to explain the situation again. (the staff who responded was Matilda) i was then asked by Foo after that sit to Tp to him in which i responded by saying "if it is regarding the warn its a Forums issue" Thank you for your time, I hope this situation can be resolved and dealt with accordingly
