I am going to actually +/- Support since I have not met you, and i am online from about 7AM EST - 2AM EST. While most of this time i am just AFK farming EXP/money, I still "lurk" on the server and watch chat, who is on what jobs, etc. I haven't seen you on except about 3 or 4 times.

I believe the purpose of the AFK citizen job is to help boost the server and push it higher on the activity so it shows up at the top of Multiplayer servers.

As staff, you have to follow the rules. I do not think that Billy PURPOSEFULLY intended to break the rules, but knew he did it. I have witnessed the server late at night when no one is RPing, and its just a hell of random shit constantly escalating to more and more rules being broken from all sides of players (and staff. I have enough recordings of staff breaking rules when no one is on to get multiple staff removed). We all just mean to have a good time at these late hours, so I don't think Billy should be removed. Maybe just a strike? He is a good staff member.

Good on PD, havent seen you long though. -You did not read the staff handbook because you applied to early, and before you had the minimum amount of posts on your account. Get some time on the server, and just hang around and be yourself. The way you are right now, is perfect. You just have to get more well known, then you will most likely get accepted into staff. You have only 1 warn, and take your job seriously. I have a great amount of faith in you, and i see a lot of potential in you. Don't give up! You have a REALLY good chance to get accepted once you meet the requirements. I have never heard a single complaint about you.

Hello, This is something I thought of a moment ago, and is pretty crude, and could be fine-tuned with some thought process. For PD, and any department- what would you guys think if we gave Supervisors (especially PD) the ability to "formally report" enlisted officers, for either good or bad conduct. It would be no different than when you go take your driver's license test, and you are evaluated on your actions. This would ensure officers who actually value their times as government will behave and act accordingly, and it will help us weed out the "bad apples" that Command doesn't always see, due to LT+ not always being on PD. I am a decently active Supervisor, but I don't feel like I'm a supervisor. I just feel like I'm an officer with the title of "sergeant". There should be more of a leadership/guidance role with SGT-SM. (150 Word Minimum) I love Gaminglight and the community that has always been there for me and others when we are bored. We have countless hours of fun day and night. I wish to provide this fun that we all know and love for others, but at times there are people who want nothing but to take this enjoyment from us. They cause problems and ruin our immersion and experiences. I have been a staff member previously on GamingLight, but I never really got the chance to prove myself useful, because of a very dumb joke I made that someone took seriously, which got me removed from the staff team only roughly a week after getting accepted. I wish to undo all the bad things I have said or done in the community, and to other players. I want to show others that I have changed tremendously in the past 1-3 years since I last played on Gaminglight actively. I have met so many great people here, and I want to do whatever I can to serve them and ensure they are taken care of and have a good time, so they will return the next time they crave the amazing Roleplay experience we have provided for years! I have an absurd amount of warns (23), which mostly came from 2018 and part(s) of 2019. There is no other way for it to be said other than I am sorry. I was acting stupid, with no cares in the world for anyone but myself at the time. I regret my actions all the time, and I am constantly improving on myself day by day. I am at the point where I am ready to put my bad past behind me and put my best foot forward in the staffing community. I see how hard the staff work, and I want to do what I can to help alleviate the stress of constantly feeling overwhelmed with staffing issues. I want to help those Moderators and higher with anything I can. I want to serve on a team of great, friendly people who want to help solve other people’s problems and restore joy again by fixing wrongs, or just simply helping someone when they have a question. Some SMT may remember how mingy I was, or how annoying I could be. Some people even started rumors about me, simply because they didn’t like me, or didn’t understand me and the troubles I was going through at the time. It’s in no way an excuse to say “I had mental issues, so that’s why I was a shitty person.” It is simply me admitting I have flaws, and I worked on them and got them fixed. This community is full of great people, and I’d hate to feel like I can’t do anything to help them when it’s needed. Regardless of how big or small the problem- I only want to help others, and to make sure they have fun and feel heard, understood, loved, and appreciated. This would be a great learning experience for me. I would enjoy being able to actually be a staff member and not mess it up, and lose it in a week of being accepted. I have matured a lot since then, and I absolutely adore this place we call “home”. I would do anything to help someone if they were in need. I ask that you all bring me into consideration for the next generation of staff that will hopefully make a large positive impact on our future as a server and as individuals. Thank you for your time and consideration. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would bring them, freeze them, mute/gag them and inform them that Mass RDMing is against the rules, and that player/staff diss will not be tolerated at any time, regardless of the situation. I inform them that I will be warning them for the infractions & jail them. I will then calmly tell them that our server is for relaxed/fun, polite and respectful people only. If they wish to continue being immature and rude, I would politely ask for them to leave the server and that they may return once they have calmed down a bit, and realize what they have done wrong. If they stay on the server and continue to minge, RDM, or be disrespectful I will have to do no other than have a higher-up either jail them for a longer period of time, kick them or have a higher-up ban them as a last resort. 17.
