  1. I can attest to this. After hearing all the BS he has after tonights TeamSpeak call, I can tell you this man is not lying, and is as active as he possibly can be. If everyone knew this man's story- they would probably have him at COL by now. Good luck sir.
  2. I see you on all the time, Sato. You are definitely one of the best CPT's ive seen. Good luck my dood.
  3. Major +SUPPORT!! -I've seen you for a LONG ass time now dude. You are an OG. -You know your stuff, and would be a great fit for PD Command. -I don't get to spend enough time with you bro. -he betrayed Soap, so he might be workin for Makarov... Good luck bro, (doubt you will need it) you would benefit us all so much as a LT.

    K

come back before you get your toe stepped on by SMT.
  5. As someone who is a commanding officer of a unit of 300+ people, I would not personally have you in a command position. Not that I don't see you as a good person or anything- (please don't think that is what i am saying. ) If you can, show more leadership skills; Have patience, thinking before acting, etc. That is mostly what is useful when it comes to command/management positions. TL;DR-- Shooty shoot skills and racing abilities are cool and all, but leadership capabilities is what we need in PD. If you don't recognize that leadership is the most important part of management, you aren't fit for the position. good luck tho dude! You do good as a staff member.
  6. You are a really chill guy, and i look forward to seeing you as a LT. You will do great things for PD.
  7. Thanks dude! The /911 has been a really big issue for a lot of us. Radios also pullin a "ghosting" was annoying too. Can i get a hooah for our SMT+?
  8. I do suppose you are correct! It is indeed a lot for newer officers to learn and i 100% agree. I just threw the idea out there to see what others thought! thank you for taking the time to help decide if it is a useful subject or not.
  9. I can understand that, but its more professional/formal than going up for your promotion and being like "yo wassup bitches, i want my promotion to SNR." Yes yes yes. This is about respecting superiors, and is useful psychologically in teaching manners and professionalism than to be an RP situation in a game.
  10. clearly staff made up their mind. Best thing to do now is just accept your punishment and move on. You gonna start a riot in the streets? yell #ACAB? it wont do anything, wont change anything. def wont change the way we dish out punishments to rule breakers. Take it as a way to learn what NOT to do next time.
  11. This!!! You are young, i can tell. I was there a long time ago when i wanted staff, and i thought i had all my shit laid out, ready to go. Same here dude. if you want some help or tips, i will do my best to help you! You hold so much potential for GL, i would hate for it to be wasted/overlooked.
  12. ABSOLUTELY YES!!! YOU ARE THE BEST DUDE!!! GOOD FRICKIN LUCK!
  13. (NOTE: This is not a Report form for "OFC Minge 1A69 was being a bad copper on police. i want him demoted!!") To report, follow these procedures: Stand at attention and knock (just once) on the door. When instructed to enter, march in a professional manner to a point, three paces in front of the Supervisor/Command member's desk (if he's/she's sitting at her desk). -- Tip: Whether or not you salute is up to Command. Normally, you don't salute unless you're reporting to a Command Member, but some Supervisors may feel that since there are not enough Command members in PD for you to practice on, you should practice on them. While holding the salute (if required), say, "Sir/ma'am or the Supervisor's rank (if required), OFC Jones reports." (example: "Sergeant Major, OFC Jones reports.") If you were instructed to see your superior in his/her office, you'd say, "OFC Jones reports as ordered." If you're told relax, at ease, or something to that effect, stand still and don't look around. When the conversation is finished, you'll be told, "Dismissed." That means the meeting is over, even if you have something else to say. When dismissed, snap to attention, salute (if required), and exit in a professional manner out the door. Once outside the door, you can relax, sit down, throw up, or whatever. This could be useful for if/when PD Supervisors or Command call PD members to PD for any reason, or during promotions where police would report for their promotion. LMK what yall think, and what could be added or removed to it.
