After re reading I picked up on something you state “we should have allotted times or something so we can all enjoy the server equally” see I get this if the position was given and not applied for. If your staff you chose to be here if you want allotted time to rp then don’t be staff your first priority is making sure that people on the server get the help they need. Just saying :)

They did prop climb but how would no one see them climbing up with printers. You shouldn’t have really spawned them in any way on duty. I get what your saying but how would you start stealing a car before an advert. Adverts are there to announce you preforming the action of what your doing in this case stealing a car so if you have to steal the car then you must announce before doing anything that involves you stealing it correct? Ps not trying to argue just trying to understand the concept on this rule However in this case the car was unlocked so I honestly don’t know.

However it states in the staff handbook just because it’s not in the MOTD doesn’t make it a valid excuse. For example in this scenario refer to raiding Pd you don’t advert the raid after your inside doing things you advert before you do anything this is not directly in the rules but it’s common sense and in all my past experiences you must advert carjack before interacting with the car in anyway. So what’s the difference with a carjack

Only time I really get a frame drop is when the server is full to the max other than that not really and you guys need to know the difference between lag and frame rate drops cause those are 2 very different things caused by different issues

It’s a staff app there put up so people can give there opinions about you so SMT can decide if that person should be staff based on the comments yes could he have worded it differently but that’s still his opinion and another thing it wasn’t even your staff app or you he was calling annoying?
